We called AAA in desperation the Saturday pm before Thanksgiving. They were able to get someone out the next day. The job was not done as professionally as should have been originally. However when I spoke with Shawn Duncan the service manager he showed authentic concern about our experience and personally scheduled a site visit to review the employees work. Shawn and the AAA office team listened, made it clear to me that our experience was important to them and they would resolve any issue we had. Shawn came out & reviewed the completed work. He acknowledged my concerns, fixed the problem and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the results. Shawn later called to let me know he was able to help with the cost of the repairs since they had not been completed upto AAA standards originally. I feel valued, heard and safe with AAA plumbing due to Shawn's immediate response and taking ownership of the problem. I expected to argue and fight, that never happened. Both calling the office an working with Shawn directly the most important thing to AAA was to ensure the job had been done to the quality they expect, that I was happy and that I knew how important my business was to them. Finding a trustworthy plumber is a nightmare, not anymore. I now have a top notch, honest, talented and real plumber to call on. Septic tank clogged and backed up into our house. On Easter Sunday. I called the number listed for emergencies but that only applies to normal plumbing issues, not opening a septic tank. The person on the line suggested I call back on Monday morning at 7:30am to be scheduled. I called at 7:30, dealt with a very professional lady who took my info and told me she had an afternoon opening and the the service technician would call me back when he was about to come over. She estimated it would be after 2pm. In fact, the technician called around 1, said he’d be at my house in about 10 minutes. Jake M, the technician, was absolutely the best ever. Very polite, very professional and very good at his job. He found my tank, dug down to the hatch, fixed the clog, pumped the tank, inspected and tested the tank and was finished in around an hour. He offered suggestions to prevent a recurrence, took my payment and was on his way. No muss, no fuss, and he cleaned up before he left. I was totally amazed, having dealt with a different company concerning a previous septic problem in Western NC. That was a nightmare. Jake and AAA City Plumbing were other extreme; competent, friendly and professional. Reasonably priced and easily scheduled. If I have reason to call a full service plumbing company, it will be AAA City Plumbing, and if it involves septic issues or maintenance, I’ll ask for Jake.

Dave is absolutely the best. I wasn't expecting anyone to come out on a Saturday without charging me an arm and a leg. I had scheduled Friday evening as my kitchen sink started to back up and then was completely clogged. This morning John from AAA City Plumbing called me to see if I still needed someone to fix my sink. I was away from home so I told him I would call back when I get back home. Later I called John who said He was going to send the person on call. Anyway, to cut a long story short, when Dave arrived, he went straight to the kitchen ran some water through the two sinks and immediately knew what the problem was. He then did some magic and wallah the drain opened up. Dave didn't even charge me what he had quoted me over the phone prior to his arrival. He charged me less than half of that amount as he said he didn't have to run a snake through the drain. I was impressed by his professionalism and his honesty. Dave is a very lively and friendly person which makes you feel like you are being taken care of by a good friend. I would recommend AA City Plumbing to anyone who may be having a plumbing issue.

Service tech Walter and Amber in dispatch are amazing!! Thanksgiving night we came home to water pouring down thru our ceiling. I called first thing the next day and Amber made sure someone came right out. She kept me updated on his arrival and was very pleasant. When Walter arrived and saw that I was panicking he calmed me down and surveyed not only where the leak appeared to be coming from but all the areas that looked to be damaged. I explained to him that a restoration team would also be coming out. Once the restoration team arrived he helped to advise them of the areas of concern. Walter quickly found the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done. He was very honest and transparent with everything. This is the first time we have had an issue of this magnitude, but Walter took his time and made sure that I understood everything. He is very personable and absolutely amazing!! We plan on getting the work done thru AAA City Plumbing and will recommend them to anyone we know! I TRULY appreciate Walter!!

I love my AAA City Plumbing of Rock Hill, SC. Joe F arrived on time on 9/16/21 to install a new toilet. He offered to try to repair the toilet to save me money but I wanted it replaced because it's a 50 year old toilet. Not only did Joe F do a great job but he replaced my toilet seat covering too! I just found that so thoughtful and above and beyond! I also had them back to repair a leaky outside faucet on 9/17/21. Again Joe F was my plumber and not only did he fix this in a timely manner, I asked him about another outside faucet that was not leaking but had a broken wheel valve. Joe F did not attempt to bilk me out of money, stating that I could find a replacement wheel at most home outfitter stores and the fix would just entail removing a screw. I asked him about other services and learned they could install a garbage disposal which my mother had removed and they also perform detailed home inspections. I love this company and it's true...they ARE my plumbers for life!

Septic Tank alarm was going off. Called AAA Plumbing and they were here within 24 hours. Long story short, thanks to technician Brian, it was discovered that we have 2 Septic Tanks, not 1. The two other technicians, Ian and Chris had a really difficult time locating the second tank, which could not be located because the entry lid was 3ft under ground and 10 feet away from the larger Septic Tank which has an above ground entry lid. After probing for many hours, they were able to locate it. They used a backhoe to expose the lid, they pumped it, replaced the lid back, filled in the other two holes where they searched, cleaned up and they were done! Minor damage done to Landscaping lighting but I expected far worse results because they were working around two ornamental trees, plants, Irrigation as well as low voltage wiring. Very professional group of guys.

I noticed a small water spot on my ceiling come from the bathroom. I called AAA City Plumbing in the afternoon on a Monday and they sent Stephan out first thing on a Tuesday morning. They called me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within a half hour. The repair was fixed quickly and efficiently. He wore his mask the entire time (even when I said I was okay with him taking it off). I never felt that I was being ripped off and lied to like I have with other plumbers. I immediately googled the price range for the repair I needed and their price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend AAA City plumbing and will use them in the future if needed!

Eric was amazing! The entire team at AAA+ City was very responsive! Customer service was incredible. I had a sewer backup problem, and they came out on a Saturday to help me! The team addressed the situation very professionally, although they did have to come back to use a camera to see if I had a break in my sewer line. They quickly assessed the situation and helped me decide that I could wait to address it if I needed to financially, Since I plan to rebuild on my lot! I’ve used larger companies in the past, but would recommend to everybody that you use this firm for all your plumbing needs in the future! They were well priced and honest which is a big plus!

I dealt with three different plumbing companies before finding AAA City Plumbing. They were all a nightmare and I have never been more thankful to have found them and that I gave them a call. We had a leak under the slab and kept getting the run around from everyone else that we contacted and had come out to look at the problem. AAA City Plumbing scheduled the initial estimate visit quickly, showed up on time, presented us with several options of how to repair the problem and then were out within two days to make the repair. They are the best and I will call them any time I need plumbing services in the future!

These guys are TRULY wonderful. I was having an issue with gnats in my drains and they came out immediately and helped me out. They were incredibly professional (as always) and felt as though they had my best interest in mind to help me. I am a single female so sometimes it is tough to not understand what I need in the "blue collar" world and these guys are always there to help and save me! I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and quick work. The manager, David, was a doll and the owner Dean even helped me out! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

Matt was polite and prompt. My issue was that AAA City plumbing quoted about $240 more for the unit than would have cost me if i went and purchased it myself from the same store they purchase from. The benefit that they add for that additional cost was...a 90 warranty. Definitely not worth it. (I originally left a 2 star review) After leaving the above review, the owner Dean contacted me and went above and beyond to clarify what was originally discussed and then took it a step further and resolved the issue at his own expense. Dean did not have to do this! Thank you Dean!

Thanks to Parrish for being so kind and informative during our conversation over the phone. I was so relived after talking with her. I felt like family I was able to get same day service, Parrish contacted me to let me know when the technician would arrive. Frankie was on time and very helpful. I even asked to get some pipes replaced. He had to go purchase a part he didn’t on his truck. I’m so pleased with their work and the fair rates! Did I mention I called on Saturday after my first guy ghosted me! AAA Plumbing worked me into their busy schedule. I’m so thankful!

I had called because I was experiencing a sewer gas smell coming from my bathroom and it was nasty. Eric came out to my house and he was earlier than expected, he explained things to me and what he was going to do, he was friendly and professional. He was able to fix the problem and now i can finally breathe again (figuratively and literally). I have used AAA twice now, and as a new homeowner, I feel really at ease and confident that they’ll get the job done and not jerk me around. Highly recommend them! Eric was so nice! I had a great experience on the phone with Jamie who helped get a technician out same day, she did a wonderful job while we had a very urgent need at home! Chris who came out to our home was respectful and answer all of my questions while working on our problem. Chris made sure to explain everything he was doing, he also made sure to let me know if certain things I wanted done would be outside of the scope of the price, which helped avoid surprise billing that so much of us hate. Grade A company, would recommend. Reasonably priced.

Called on Friday with multiple issues. We’re able to come as soon as the next but our schedule didn’t allow for it. When Matt arrived I walked him through the problems. He listened and provided great insight into the solutions. He was able to get me a quote and start within 30min. Matt was here ALL day. A prior owner of our home had some previous DIY work done and it wasn’t done properly. He was able to correct the issues and get us up and running again. AAA is our go to for plumbing work and we will be calling them in the future.

Ms. Parrish you knocked the ball out of the park again! On Monday Dec 4th I walked into A.C.E. Academy for a normal day, but it was more then normal. One of the students at the school went to the girls bathroom and seen water all over the floor. I called AAA Plumbing. Ms. Parrish was her up beat self as always. She asked if any child slipped or fell on the spill and she dispatched two techs to our school within an hour they where assessing the damage. Ms. Parrish always put her clients first on every call. Give her a raise now!

After receiving follow up septic tank service from AAA, I was impressed with their promptness and promise to repair or replace their warranted part. Their crew arrived as scheduled and the technician took the time to explain the details of the replacement. Additionally, the technician further outlined his installation after the job was done. The replacement followed the necessary steps to ensure the performance of pump and follow SC code. I again would use AAA for septic system repair and also recommend their services.

My tankless water heater broke this morning and I called AAA City Plumbing because they were in the neighboring town. They had a technician at my house in 30 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and an approval for warranty replacement in about an hour. The technician (Stephen Dierking) was fantastic and was very friendly and kind. It was very obvious that he loved his work and it was clear that he loved helping people. Having no hot water is never a good thing, but I did get to meet Stephen and that was a good thing.

I had a completely FUBAR’d plumbing system in my crawl space, experience back ups like no other. I called AAA City Plumbing, they sent out a very experienced technician named Shane. He gave me a reasonable quote. Within a week I had scheduled them to do the job. Shane and Frankie stuck around until every pipe was in place and in working order. They were polite, friendly and more importantly professional and efficient at what they do. I would highly recommend AAA City Plumbing for any work you need done.

Absolutely wonderful to work with from the moment we called. They set expectations when they would call and show up for the appointment as well as sending a text confirming with a picture of the service tech that would be arriving. Jesse was wonderful! Very fast, quality service. The initial service fee was deducted from the final cost as promised. The plumber, Stephan, was very friendly and provided a list of items to purchase beforehand in order for me to save me money. After I acquired the items, he came out the very next morning. He actually did a good bit of work and installed 3 faucets, 1 sink, 3 intake valves, replaced a pipe, and stopped all the leaks. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone needing immediate plumbing services.

I called for a non emergency service around 5pm on Monday and my service was complete by mid afternoon Tuesday. Richard was great and very up front and honest about the entire project. He let me know exactly what he was doing and why, plus he was extremely friendly and patient with all of my questions. Of course he cleaned up after himself and everything works perfectly so it was fast, friendly, and quality work. I will certainly call again for any future services I need.

We are having a pool installed and AAA plumbing did the plumbing work to the heater. Brian, with AAA plumbing, did the work and did a fantastic job. He did not mind me standing there watching, and in fact, as he was doing the work told me exactly what he was doing. I am generally a very hands-on person and I very much appreciated him, allowing me to watch. I will definitely use AAA plumbing on the services I need. I woke up this morning to discover that one of my outdoor hose bibs burst and was spewing water. I called AAA Plumbing and they were able to get Shannon out here in about 2 hours even though they’ve been swamped with calls due to the extremely low temperature over the last several days. He was immediately able to identify a solution and quickly completed the repair. Highly recommend AAA. This is my second time using them and they are fast, reliable, and professional.

Tankless water heater (just 1 year old) decided to quit working properly. Shane Murray from AAA City Plumbing took great care of us by quickly getting the unit back up and running. He was very personable and professional. We are exceptionally pleased with the customer care Shane provided...and can't recommend AAA City Plumbing enough. Finding a company committed to customer care and service is a rarity these days. AAA City Plumbing provides it.

Of course while selling our house on the day of the inspection I wake up to clogged plumbing, so I needed a quick response to get my drains moving before the inspectors show up, I called them as soon as they opened, they came out immediately pumped out my septic and removed the clogs and got everything perfect for me. From the time I called till the time the work was done was right around two hours. Great company for septic and plumbing needs.

April 21, 2022 Issue - Garbage Disposal Leaking - I contacted AAA City Plumbing for assistance. John F. arrived on time. He checked out the issue and informed me the unit was in need of replacement due to Rusting out. He was prepared and had one in his van. John replaced the unit. This is a great, dependable company! They did a major pipe replacement in our 60 year old house last year and their prices were very reasonable compared to competitors. The guys working in our house were friendly and helpful. We also just had them out to fix a clogged sink. Waide was our plumber and he was very friendly and professional. They were also able to come out SAME DAY even though it wasn't a total emergency. Highly recommend!

We used AAA City Plumbing to install our gas stove. After multiple failed attempts from the Lowes installation service, we ended up calling AAA City Plumbing and our Tech was able to disconnect the old stove and install the new stove with no issues at all. They were even able to come out the same day we called. We were so happy with our experience with Stephan and Ian and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I appreciated the speed of response to my service call. The employee was super professional and described the work that needed to be done in great detail. However, the estimate was astronomical for our budget. We were quickly told about available financing. We looked for an estimate from another company who did the work and saved us over $2000 from the AAA estimate and completed the work.

Had a broken shower faucet leaving my water running constantly until it got fixed so I had to turn the water off to my home. Brett and Ian were out to my home faster than any service I’ve had in the past and got right to work. They had my shower fixed and explained each issue and what I can do to fix it in the future. Shane was very knowledgeable about my water heater and what needed to be done to replace it. He came out the next day to replace it and entertained my questions :) When he was done, they cleaned up any mess they made and made sure I was happy with the service. While this is my first experience with AAA City Plumbing, I can't think of a reason I wouldn't use them in the future.

The two technicians who came and gave me back my toilets were professional, courteous, informative, and expediently efficient. They went right to work and were finished in no time. Frankie and Ernest arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to determine that I had a leak in my septic pressure line. They located the leak (a failed joint) and had it replaced/fixed within 2 hours. They kept me informed throughout the process. The price was very fair. Many years of experience enabled him to replace an entire bathtub drain pipe/overflow system (original brass system from house built in 1960) in much less time than estimated. AAA City Plumbing did a whole house re-pipe for us. The whole job took less than 3 days and we were only without water for one day. Shane came out and helped set up the job and Joe & Josh did the actual work. They were professional and very thorough. Highly recommend.
