Horrible where do I start with your horrible service that was provided, I've made a booking with your company, and I wish I didn't, the fact that you've mentioned that you were the "best in Sydney and that you've collected so many awards" that is absolutely NOT true, collecting awards in damaging and breaking goods yeah that's what you should be rewarded for. I specifically spoke about the service and how my items are so precious to me. I also spoke about some items that you have to be careful with like the marble table and other easy to break items. your salesperson by the name of Momin has assured me that your removalists are very experienced with 15 years of experience, and they are very careful. That is NOT TRUE, you are misleading consumers with your lies. your Removalists have damaged the 2 properties the old one and the new one, they have damaged the ceilings, the staircase, the walls, the doors and they have damaged my marble table, as well as other glass holders which I'm still unpacking, they have damaged my son's toby drawer telling me its IKEA's fault. They did not assemble my son's bed, which was part of the contract till I had to chase you, I took these photos to show your horrible services, and how your careless removalists treated my items, and these are some of the photos I took as I'm still unpacking, because of your horrible service I have Anxiety looking at my damaged items. I contacted your company many times about this, but you showed no care at all, instead you're blaming the customer for the damages you've caused and done, I can't believe this, the fact that how you've damaged the 2 properties and my items. your removalists are way far from experienced they don't care, they just throw things on the floor, even when its clearly says on the box Fragile, and I had to tell them please be careful with these as you can see it says FRAGILE with BIG RED Writing. you refused to compensate me for the damages you've done, absolutely disgusting. I will never use your horrible services again and you'll never be recommended. To all the new customers out there don't be fooled by their 5 star reviews it's all fake.

I used this company in November 2022 to move from one unit to another in the building directly next door. They are just separated by a drive way. So no driving was necessary and no packing into a truck and then unpacking it. I explained that in my communications with AAA and the walking was minimal, at least it would have been equal to that required to move out and pack in from the loading bays of two further distanced properties. The two men were apparently unhappy with the excessive walking (literally it was 50 metres between 1 door and the next so not outrageous at all - and had been specified before in the booking). When the job was complete the removalist held my keys and said that they were going to need an extra $200 to cover that walking. As a single woman I felt very uncomfortable with how he was holding my keys, alone with him in my new apartment and so transferred it to him digitally and then he handed me by keys back. Very unhappy customer and I would think they try squeeze you for every extra dollar if they can. Avoid.

AAA recently handled our relocation from ACT to Sydney. From start to finish the experience was professional, friendly and highly competent. The office staff were very helpful in recommending the appropriate truck size/service level for us and turned out to be precisely correct (truck was completely full but had to leave nothing behind). The movers themselves (Truck 5 - Yousef and his team) were efficient but extremely careful with our belongings. The complimentary shrink wrapping on all the furniture was an extra level of care that exceeded our expectations and ensured no damage was caused to anything. We have relocated multiple times before and no other mover has taken this step at no extra cost. Thanks AAA for a stress free, professional but cost effective service. We would definitely recommend and will certainly be using them again for any future moves.

Truck number 6 - The team has been exceptional and has made my family and my moving experience from a two story house to a one story house a smooth process. We have a lot of large furniture and belongings due to always owning our own family home and not expecting to have to rent. The physical team were great in explaining costs, in asking and putting things where we wanted them and giving us advice on the smoothest way to move our belongings. Leading up to the move, we were all worried and feeling overwhelmed about how we were going to do this move, but thanks to AAA City Removals, the worry has been lifted. Undertook a large removal job involving collection from two locations and calling a second truck at short notice, which was good news. The guys worked hard and were amiable. The lower score is because the price ended up almost twice the rate that had been quoted with a number of additional costs because of stairs and walking distance etc which hadn't been previously communicated. I would recommend them but suggest working out the small print with them in advance to avoid a nasty surprise at payment time.

HQ customer service is good. Although unfortunately the experience on moving day was not great. Damaged a stairway ceiling of the outgoing property. Lost a wheel off my office chair (HM Aeron) and damaged my computer monitor despite it being wrapped. The moving team did not initially own up to these damages/losses and it was a frustrating experience overall. Box return was also disappointing as the "damaged" boxes ultimately damaged by the removalists team meant that I couldn't return a few.

Really pleased with Frank truck 6s team who moved us today. Arrived on time and were really fast loading and unloading. Truck 55 has delivered good quality services. Price was reasonable. The removalists were responsive and has helped me dissembled the couch and bed, then resemble them in the new place efficiently. They didn’t charge me extra with the long walking distance between the truck and lift. If you’re based in Sydney, I would highly recommend them.
