Was told the ID documents would only be viewed but on getting there was told of requirement to take a picture of license and passport. Given there are no privacy certifications for the business, this should be outsourced to a certified third party. Wasn’t comfortable with it and ended up without a car and two purposeless Uber rides

Very Dodgy place!!!! First I went to rent the car and the guy was nice and all. After renting car for months I took it back. He bombed me with the list of things that needed to me fixed with a quote of over $1500 also the invoice looked very sus. Bunch of thugs doing business out here.

Rented one of their cars to visit some scenic spots around Melbourne and the experience was okay. I called them in the morning and rented the car by afternoon. The process was quick but they did take pictures of me along with my driving

My partner went there to hire a car, she agreed to pay $180 per week but after the guys started talking in foreign language the increased the price to $250. Doesn't sound right. Never go there again

Arranged a car on a short notice. Had some mechanical issue with car but it was solved straight away. Good team and will definitely use their service again.

I took car from them and kept it for over a year through whole pandemic. Ali ameen looked after me in rent price. And finally i ended up buying my own car.

Once I have signed documents and pay deposit, they gave me a car with filthy interior and bad odour, I had worse experience with them. Would not recommend.
