I am beyond happy with the service we received. Moving is always messy and hectic, and my last experience with a moving company was not a good one. Fast forward to this week. I receive texts from the team letting me and my fiance know that they are on the way and hit the ground running as soon as they arrive. These 3 young men are absolute gems. I cannot say that enough. They assessed the items and path to the truck (our old apartment building was a maze from hell) and got straight to work. These fellas were like a well oiled machine. We really, really lucked out with this team! They were so careful with our belongings and surroundings. I even overheard them interact with some neighbors of mine in the hallway. They are all so kind and personable. The team unloaded our items in the new place with care and respect. They were careful to read the labels and always asked questions if they weren't sure. Get this, they remembered and used our names. I really liked that. I can barely remember to put shoes on let alone remember a stranger's name. It's just another way that these fellas impressed me. They were even excited for us when we arrived to the new apartment. (We definitely upgraded) I feel that they were genuinely happy for us! I also have to mention that their driving and parking skills are on another level. Impressed again! When all was said and done, our quote was accurate and there were no surprises with the total cost of the move. (Another plus and one less stressor!) My only regret is that I didn't arrange lunch for all of us. The team was absolutely incredible and truly made our move a good experience. Their kindness and professionalism was off the charts. 5 stars with 2 thumbs up. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Like most people, I was skeptical with what company to choose for my move. I’m 100% glad I went with AAA movers. Here’s an outline of their process: 1. A moving consultant coordinates your move details. From scheduling your move-in date, any materials you might need, and what your inventory looks like so they can assess the amount of movers you need. A deposit is required but this is part of the total balance owed so it’s not anything extra. 2. On moving day, a mover will give you call to inform you they’re nearby. You’ll also get text confirmations. 3. You’ll meet your movers and then they’ll confirm what is being moved and how. 4. The movers wasted no time getting to work. They were efficient and mindful of my belongings. 5. After they’re done they’ll confirm your destination. 6. They’ll head over and once again, they wasted no time getting to work. 7. Once the move is completed, a mover will review your final total. They were very upfront with costs and there were no hidden fees. This is something your moving consultant is upfront about as well. 8. Please tip your movers!!! Mines definitely deserved it. Notes 1. You’ll get email confirmations for everything. 2. Sometimes your moving consultant won’t pick up their phone. However, this is because they’re most likely busy with other customers. If you leave a voicemail or send them an email, then you can expect a prompt response.

Terrible experience. All around unprofessional and it’s been about 2 months of emails back and forth with their customer service (me getting quotes on two driveways) to fix two giant oil stains from their truck. That was just part of the problems seeing the movers left my house by ripping up my grass, leaving truck parts and trash in my yard, and dinging up my new home. The actual movers wasted about 45min folding blankets and getting their truck ready which I paid for. Wouldn’t recommend them as nothing has been resolved and of course they have taken my money with a $44 refund bc they told me I would get 10 wardrobe boxes free of charge but ended up getting to use one box which they took back and threw the clothes on the floor and built in along with other typical moving issues like dents, scrapes, etc on furniture. I hope they have the integrity they seemed to have when we signed the contract but it’s been radio silent since having to ask the owner to be accountable for his company. I’ll update this post with any results.

AAA Movers has been phenomenal to work with. I started with connecting with Val who reassured me that their team would have my back through every step of my move. They had people to help with simply moving furniture in prep for the move, they had packers, they had connections to help remove whatever would be left at the end of my move and the team that showed up to load the vaults even had the attention of my neighbors on how efficient they were and how tightly they packed up the vaults so that the load would not shift and would be safe in storage. Thomas was the foreman and his team worked so well together. They were in constant motion but were communicating with one another continuously. They were jovial and professional. They helped one another and completed the job early. Thomas, Kevin, 'Jesse, Damian, Carter and Eric B.need recognition as a stellar team! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Moving is stressful and your teams helped me make this transition with relative ease.

Our move went without any problems.. The mo ers were polite, careful, fast and yet willing to take their time with our items. They asked how we would like things taken care of and they treated our items as if they were their own. They laid down rugs to protect the floors, they wrapped the furniture very well. They were timely. When we arrived at our new place they put our items in the proper rooms and if they weren't sure they asked. They even offered to move the furniture around until we had it where we wanted it. They guys that helped us I would totally recommend them to anyone else and if we have another move in the future will request them again. The company has a two hour minimum they were able to move a one bedroom apartment into another two bedroom apartment in a different complex across town within that time limit. Their prices were fair and the estimated cost was pretty close to our final cost. We were very satisfied with our experience with AAA Movers.

First with moving out of my home, I had a bid and it went way over the bid price! Second the first guys banged my furniture into walls and gouged the wall, I had to mud, sand and paint that, then they hit my front door and dented it with my furniture. Your paying 230.00 an hour and your movers are taking breaks smoking pot on my dime…and that’s a fact…Then when they delivered my stuff to my new home, the guys were excellent…except they lost the bolts to my king bed, all I get is a bunch of excuses…they got their money, but they don’t give two sh… about the fact I can’t sleep in my bed, telling me to order the parts and they will pay me back for them…..I wouldn’t even know where or how to order parts… I would not recommend them, they were horrible and very unprofessional, rob was very nice but when he handed me to someone else….I never heard anything ….

The guys, (never get it quite right, hate old age memory) Braiden & Jason were terrific letting me just talk, ordering ways to do/suggesting ideas. And I asked if it was OK and they said yes keep talking. Took everything I asked them to even if I wasn't sure it was something we had discussed over past weeks. They took the lamps and I took the lampshades and bulbs. My son and I emptied the freezer into 4 Styrofoam coolers and 4 insulated bags which as I wished took freezer LAST and the coolers and the freezer bags. Upon arrival, freezer and all the bags and coolers off into new apartment so we could repack. Everything in freezer looks good, just waiting for freezer to make it back to zero. Bottom line, AAA finer than 's hair! And I get a $50 rebate! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Having used College Muscle Movers in the past and having an absolutely horrible experience, AAA restored my faith in moving companies. The three movers that arrived were professional, respectful, and efficient. College Muscle Movers took 6.5 hours for same move a year ago - AAA movers took 3.5 hours. The care they took in handling my possessions was evident as they wrapped, disassembled/reassembled, and carried things to and from their truck. These movers knew what they were doing! The quote given was very close to final cost. I would definitely recommend AAA movers to family, friends, and co-workers without reservation. A great experience all-around with AAA movers.

We had the best experience ever with this moving company from scheduling with Scott to the four young men that helped us both days. They were all very professional, responsive, nice young men. They kept it moving. They did no damage. I even requested if they could be the ones to come back the following day. I may not have all of their names accurate but we had: Dewey, Matt, Nick, Jason, and Brandon or Braddon, I would highly recommend this company and this crew. We even used George and his team for a safe to be moved and they were also very awesome! Thank you guys! We could not have done that without you. Also, very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

Working with Justin on the estimate and the move details was easy and straight forward. He gave a good overview of the process up front as I'd never used a mover before, and walked me through the details and logistics as we went. Great communication. On moving day, the moving crew was personable, respectful, and hard working. Everything went very smoothly. Working with AAA made the stress of moving a lot easier. I plan to stay in my new home a long time, but when the time comes, I'll be giving them a call. In the meantime, I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who is planning a move. Thanks Guys!

I initially spoke with Bill for a ballpark estimate. He walked me through what I thought I had, and gave me a rough estimate. His knowledge of moving impressed me, so I hired them. When the crew came out, they were extremely professional and polite. After about 4 hours of clearing out my apt, we headed over to my new house where my sister and brother-in-law were waiting. The guys got to work unloading, and while unloading, they both commented how polite and professional they were. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and if contacted, would be happy to recommend them personally.

These guys were very disappointing. They lost a heavy marble table top during a one stop move less than a mile from the old location to the new location. They were also on their phones a majority of the time. One guy wandered around most of the time like he had nothing to do and one guy just disappeared for 45 minutes with no explanation. What should've been a 4 hour move was 6.5 hours. The company claims they looked everywhere for the table top but where else could it possibly be? I'm very frustrated and sad - this was a family heirloom and is irreplaceable. Don't use this company!

Had a great experience with AAA Movers. While the front end of the process was a bit pushy in terms of getting me quoted and signed up to use them (I get it, that's their job but got bombarded with emails and calls until they got me on the phone). Very helpful discussion to understand trucks needed and day-of prep. Had 4 young gentlemen that were my actual movers on the moving day. Very sweet guys, very polite, and worked very quickly. I really enjoyed their high energy while they were hauling boxes and moving items all day long, impressive!! Great work guys!!

I can't say enough good things about AAA movers. My wife and I traveled out to Minneapolis to move my father-in-law out of his condo for the next chapter of his life. We had 48 hours to get everything done. It was a logistical nightmare. Charlie, Derek and Lashon from AAA movers made it possible. These guys were amazing. They showed up on time, were professional, and were just just very nice young men. Everything went off without a hitch and 48 hours later we were on our way home with everything packed and loaded. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I had a small move from one apartment to another in the same building, only hiring AAA to move a few heavy items (bed, dresser, sofa etc). I received a text message followed by a phone call when they were on their way. They were right on time and I received another text upon arrival. They were fast, efficient and very careful with my belongings. They were also extremely polite, referring to me as Miss Susan. I would absolutely recommend them. I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names . I hope they receive the high praise they deserve. Thank you!

Overall the move went really smoothly. I didn’t have a lot of things and only moved a few miles away. I had two guys for the move. One of them worked hard and the other not so much. At one point while the hard worker was assembling two beds, the other was literally walking around outside or sitting on the steps. I think they could have finished an hour earlier if both guys worked together. I could even tell the guy was frustrated with the lack of help. So the one guy gets 5 stars, but the 3 is for the one that didn’t do much.

We had such a great experience with AAA from booking, to the move(s). Our estimate was very detailed, easy to understand and, after the fact, very very close to the acutals! The six guys that moved us were the same over the two days and they were so great! Friendly, professional, efficient and thorough! We were very impressed. They unloaded our house quickly and professionally, held our stuff overnight at their warehouse and moved us in the next afternoon. Our old home, new home and all our items were well taken care of!

I've had an exceptional experience with AAA Movers the last three times I have moved. The Movers are always consistent. In this latest move, the company provided a third person at no charge. They text when they have concluded the previous appointment to confirm the time. They showed up and took direction well, following the guidelines from the Homeowners Association. They moved my items from storage to my home quickly and carefully. They were a delight to conversate with. My experience was great!!

We recently did an in-town move and the AAA Movers team was incredible! They were efficient and careful with our items. They had awesome attitudes, worked well together and had a great 'rhythm' to how they worked. They took extreme care with all our items, making sure everything was protected, wrapped and safely transported. They made sure we were satisfied with everything before leaving and overall were a joy to work with. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Will NEVER use them again. Just getting packers to our house was a nightmare. We were misquoted, belittled, and lied to. When the packers finally came they didn’t label any boxes. Boxes were very poorly packed. I found trails of our items leading from our house to the garage where most of the boxes were packed as we prepared to move. The more I unpack boxes, the more I realize what a horrible job they did. I’m scared to see what all is broken and damaged as I unpack our items.

AAA Movers did an excellent job during our move. They were prompt, neat, professional, and very efficient. They even complemented us on our packing skills. 10/10 would highly recommend. UPDATE: Keep an eye on how your things are loaded; I eventually found broken nightstands and bc I didn’t catch it when it happened, they refused to take responsibility for it. WATCH THE PROCESS, but I still think they were quick and efficient, just WATCH YOUR STUFF, Or don’t use them lol

Jesse and Jordan were the best movers I ever worked with - (and I have moved multiple times). Moving is not fun and always a bit stressful for the homeowner. Once everything was in Jesse and Jordon's hands, I could exhale. They were considerate, cheerful, professional, extremely thorough, and respectful of my property. Here’s an added plus, they’re really nice individuals and I appreciated spending the day with them. The best of the best. Very positive experience.

Rico and his crew were PHENOMENAL! They were a person down for the loading portion, and they still got everything loaded and unloaded in the initial 3 hour projection. (They also made sure to communicate the fact that their expected 3rd mover had suddenly fallen ill ahead of time.) Everything was packed carefully, secured well, and done quickly. What a great crew to work with - 10/10, would recommend and do business with again.

Everything about my experience with AAA Movers Minneapolis was excellent. My friend used them to help her mom move and loved the way they operated. So when I sold my house and needed to move, she told me to call them. Moving can be a very stressful time, but I felt that my interactions with AAA Movers made things so much easier. Very quick and careful with our move. We had some heavier items and one large sectional couch that we didn’t think could be moved. Eric and his partner were fantastic. They moved it quickly, with zero damage and were able to get it into our new location. I was honestly amazed that they were able to do it at all, let alone so quickly and without any damage. Great moving company and really great energy from the guys.

From the first phone call to the end of the move everything was flawless. Casey and his team were very professional, courteous, and best of all FAST. They got the move done in less time than was estimated, but didn't cut any corners on any of the work they did. I truly can't recommend them enough. AAA was also quite a bit less expensive than another top mover that I got a bid from. Thanks to everyone on the team!!

I had the best 3 movers. They were all so hard working and really careful with my stuff. I was able to be super relaxed and feel safe with the guys here. Expect to pay a lot especially if you keep the blankets and wardrobe boxes. If you want it done right it will be $1400 but it’s worth every penny honestly. Also the woman who helped me schedule and get a quote was SO NICE. Next level kind and helpful

Very satisfied with the service provided. All three guys were very attentive to my specific request on my bed frame breakdown and positioning when put back together. Furniture and boxes were moved with care ensuring no damage. All three men were nice and respectful. All worked efficiently from arrival to end. AAA was easy to schedule online. Scott is the service department worked with me on getting the itemized list completed. On moving day everything went quick and smooth. The three young movers were very flexible with where to park and had a great system of getting items on and off the truck. They took extra special care of high value items. Definitely a great value for the price.

The AAA were great! I have used this company once before. I can't do heavy lifting like what I use to do any longer. They helped so much. I will definitely call AAA the next time I have to move! This move was SO EASY! 1 giant room: bed, bed frame, 4 shelf units, mini freezer chest, clothes, and lots & lots of boxes. 1.5 hours. This crew made me very happy!

The three men who did our move today we're incredibly polite, professional and speedy. The entire move was done in a little over half the estimated time. Great care was taken to prevent wall dings, and great respect was taken with each box and piece of furniture. We've trusted AAA for two moves in the past two years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Just had these guys help with a quick move a city up. Didn’t reserve that far in advance, but they were able to squeeze my move in over the weekend. They were quicker than estimated, very friendly and professional. A cheaper piece of furniture did break but they paid for it in full. Definitely recommended for people moving in the Twin Cities.

My movers were perfectly on time. They maintained their optimistic attitudes even when they found out the move would be from the third floor and they were going to have to take the steps. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and FAST. My entire move of my 1 bedroom apartment only took 2 hours total, including drive and unload.

Scheduling was easy and professionally conducted. Especially helpful as pickup was needed in within two days. The scheduler communicated effectively to ensure accuracy. The delivery was timely and the delivery crew was friendly, professional and quick. It is obvious they know what they are doing. Overall an outstanding experience.

I incurred an estimated $8500 worth of damaged furniture from AAA’s move, none of which they would cover, pointing at their policy as justification. Really tough to swallow and unfortunate. I am just posting in hopes others are aware of AAA’s policy, and, their enforcement of it, prior to making a moving decision. .

They broke thousands of dollars worth of my stuff and took far longer than expected, 4 hour job took almost 10. Workers on their phones constantly. Begged me to pay in cash. Owner tried to pay me off to drop my concerns which I declined. Operates more like a mob that a company. A truly unbelievable experience.

Setting up the move and getting the estimate was easy. The movers worked quickly and they had heavy loads and a ton of stairs. I was very impressed! I had much more stuff than I reported and I was expecting the total to be way more, but overall, I believe it was a great deal. Thank you so much to the movers!!

We had a very good experience with the company! We split the move into two loads and had to change the date of the second truck a couple of times due to our crazy spring weather in Minnesota! The movers we very personable, professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend for an in state move!!

Professional crew , very thorough in explaining how move will proceed - before , during as well as on completion. Used floor protector in new home to avoid floor scratch and carpet care. I do not wish to move again but this guys make it easy and definitely recommend for anyone in need.

Estimated the cost doing a virtual phone call that it would always 4.75 hours it took 8.75. We had less furniture than we had during virtual call. Movers had obviously been smoking pot. A couple of things were broken. Not sure I would use them again.

Furnishings were delivered with care and on time. The crew was very attentive to what was needed with furniture placement and where boxes were to be placed with no damage to walls or floors.
