From the beginning, i was given dirty oily towels. when i asked how i was supposed to clean my cafe with the towels i got told that there was an issue with the machine. No discount was given and had i not asked, i would never been told. Then, deliveries were missed entirely and i was told i had requested that we stop having towels. This was based on my phone call asking to reduce the amount of towels given as we didnt need the full amount each week. Then, even though we dropped the amount of towels being used, were still charged the old rate. Then, more missed deliveries and more oily old towels(when they delivered) that were not suitable for cleaning a cafe. they felt like they had been used at a diesel mechanics. Then when i finally switched to another company, and asked them to come and pick up the towels, they took our new companys clean towels mats, leaving us with none. 2 of my staff member's slipped over in the kitchen as they had no floors mats and 3 weeks later, they have still yet to drop off the mats that are not theres!! DO NOT USE!!!!
