Terrible attitude. The employee there should really be trained in customer service. The first time I’m here, I waited half hour outside in the snow for the staff and it’s their working time. She was saying she’s 10 minutes away, then after 20 minutes she said only one minute, then I waited another 5 minutes. After I returned the car my card was charged but they didn’t send me my invoice and the amount charged is not correct. After 5 days waiting, I called again the guy answered the call is so rude. Before this call it’s a terrible experience but I never thought to share here. But thank you for making this even worse and everyone should consider before rent here.

I used their services for the past 4 weekends as my car was in service for that long. They seem to be the cost effective one. They start from $45+taxes and if you have your insurance then it is $49+tax. All their cars were new ones. They don't have a key drop off in case you don't need it on Sundays. Apart from that I enjoyed their services. And particularly Ms.Beverly in the reception was very helpy every time I called to book the car. Thank you.

I spoke with the team at AIM rental and they offered me an affordable rate I could note refuse. In addition, the service by the staff was amazing.
