Make sure you get your receipt and check that you were charged ONLY for your goods, not additional items!! This location sucks as much as Sales associate Roxana, a chick with platinum blonde hair! BEWARE: Roxana is a liar and overcharges for things she keeps for herself. Boycotting until they get rid of her. I went simply for a new pair of boots. Roxana got the shoes I wanted in my size and charged me. Roxana asked for my email because "aldo only emails the receipt". I gave her my email; however, I never got the receipt. About an hour later, I realized that I didn't get my electronic receipt. So I went back to the store, found Roxana, she printed and gave me the receipt. Then I said to Roxana,"oh I thought Aldo didn't print receipts". Roxana replied that she had to reprint it and walked away with a nasty face. so I just noticed that I was charged for an additional item called Forcfarc. I have no idea what this item is! She probably didn't email the receipt because she got this item for herself. I am frustrated that Roxana lied about this made-up" email only policy" and charged me for an item that I didn't ask for and didn't receive. Now I have to contact Aldo and possibly pay a visit to the store to get my money back. I simply wanted to purchase a pair of boots, I shouldn't have to waste additional time and money for a sales associate's negligence and mistakes! Avoid this nonsense, go elsewhere.

Definitely the WORST & disgusting service they provide. My friend saw a cute pair of shoes and asked if they have a new pair of it. But they don't, because it was on-sale. The guy who assisted us was nice, and told us he will try to wipe off the sample shoes to see if we will take it. We notice the sample shoes is worn out even after they clean it. Then a very UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL dark skin sales guy came over (maybe the manager) and said "WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?" The way he approached us makes us feel VERY uncomfortable and IMPATIENT. He even told us the sample shoes IS the NEW shoes. Since he insisted, so I showed him the shoes (far far away from his face) and point out the worn-out part and all the dirt and scratches that was on it. He refused to even look at it himself and told us to get it off his face. Again, the shoes was far away from his face because he was way taller than us. He knew that was a sample shoes for customers to try-on. And still trying to sell it to us and told us it was NEW even we asked for BRAND new one. Because if they don't have it on the store then we definitely will order online instead. Definitely will NEVER EVER SHOP IN ALDO STORE IN SOHO AGAIN. This kind of Sales person will kill the brand. 06-21-2018.

Absolutely horrible experience! Today me and my fiance came in looking for shoes for our trip. Immediately we had an associate run to the door with hand sanitizer in her hand forcing it onto customers and us. We have our own! We are well into this pandemic. Then proceeding to tell me my mask was inappropriate for it was slightly see through. So no I can't shop here unless they provide me with the mask they want me to have. No I will not take your mask. I've been wearing it all year! If you are scared for your safety stay home and stay 6 feet away from me. She VIOLATED that ONE rule to tell me I can't shop here with my own mask!!! That's funny. You work in SoHo in a high traffick area. With people visiting from all over the world. I have never been stopped during this whole pandemic for my mask being inappropriate. Get over it Me and my Fiance' could have argued but instead left next door to Steve Madden and spent $250 there. Obviously Aldos is doing great in this pandemic to have their employees chasing customers away. I will be calling coporate as well. This all can be seen on camera. Thank you Aldos for reminding me why I don't shop with you guys. Advise, shop right next door you will have a much better experience with Steve ;)

This is the worst shopping in my life. I bought a backpack in this store when Black five. I saw a favorite one three minutes later. I decided to return the previous bag and buy this one. The clerk told me that you bought this bag first, you can return it any day after tomorrow, the third day I can return it, and the manager told me that Black five just bought it for two days, and within three months, Yesterday I took my bag and returned it, and the manager told me that I could not return it these days. I was really a black shop. We should not go to this store to buy it in the future.

I drove 3 hours away from Pennsylvania hoping this store had 2 pairs of shoes I’ve been looking for. I made it to the store at 6:52 pm & they closed at 7pm. The minute I walked in I was greeted & felt welcomed. I explained my situation to the employee & she told me not to rush despite their closing time being 7 pm. Every single employee working in that store (till closing) on 12/22/20 were phenomenal. From the minute I entered to the second I walked out I was treated so kindly. Thank you so much for making my 3 hour drive so worth it! & yes they did have both heels I was looking for!

Let me just start or by saying that I use to work for ALDO and was assistant manager! With that being said the customer service here is terrible. I just wanted to check for a price and a girl who was practically doing nothing could have checked the price for me but she gave me a nasty attitude and directed me else where. The line was huge, I’m not asking for much just for a price check! I have directed a store and know what customer service is suppose to be and let me just say that this store lack of it. I would expect more coming from a store in Nyc ! So disappointed

Not surprised about all the 1 stars I am seeing for this location. The customer service here is the worst. All the employees attitudes here suck. Its like quit if you are that miserable at the j-o-b you applied for. I received TERRIBLE SERVICE here. The one chick with the platinum blonde here needs to go ASAP! I saw her in H & M after she got off...she looked like she needed a hug lol. Anyway...the location down the street at 470 Broadway MUCH better.

I have been shopping here for many years now, and I have never been satisfied with the quality of service. As Soho is a key destination for shopping, the sales Associate Anika was very friendly and helpful during my shopping experience. Furthermore, the cashier Samiha was very smart and referred me to an amazing shoe cleaner. Very satisfied with my experience, I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.

DON'T GO THERE!!! NEVER TALK TO THE FEMALE SALE ASSOCIATE!!! She will force you buy something you don't need at all. If you don't buy it, her face immediately turn down and won't answer any of your question. Went Tuesday night around 7-8 and there was a girl there after asking for the pair I wanted, first passed the wrong shoes to me. Later after recieving the right shoes, she gave the register the wrong pairs of shoes. Haven’t wore the show once and tried to return the next day and was told I had wore the shoe before and is unable to be returned.

I was trying to look for a sneaker that I am having a hard time finding the name of, so I called the store to hopefully find someone that might know the name of it. Instead of listening to me, the lady was very rude and hung up the phone on me. Customer service is just horrible! I will be reporting this! Unacceptable

I’d give zero stars if I could, horrible quality shoes, heel broke off on the first night while standing still. The company doesn’t offer a return policy on their defective merchandise . You’re way better off paying a little more for higher quality by a company that actually has a long term business perspective .

The employee was putting the shoes on a higher shelves while I was checking things right next to her. She dropped the shoe right to my head, not even realized at first what happened. Awful approach handling the accident. Not sure if I ever buy anything again after being a loyal buyer in Europe and US.

Been trying to call this store for the past week nobody answers or the phone is always busy (probably because they're ignoring other customers phone calls). Even tried calling in the morning when they open since they can't possibly be busy as soon as they open and still no luck. I just gave up.

They have the best women's and men's shoes at great prices. Sex appeal at its best! My fave!!! Indulge if can! If you want to have them delivered to the store nearby without paying shipping fees go for it. It can be crowded sometimes but they have great styles and handbags.

Extensive shoe selection at all price points and styles. I love that they manage to have all things practical and frivolous under one roof. I have a pair of boots from here I figured wouldn't have lasted long and they've endured five winters in the city. Well made products.

So I went in this Aldo’s and met a lovely manager named Kelly who treated me better than the salespeople in Gucci. So much so that I brought my family back just on the strength of Kelly. And they bough a few shoes and a purse. Great service lovely hospitality love her!!!

The store says they open at 12 online. The person at the front is inside with the lights on. He looks at his clock and sees it’s 1203 and goes oh it’s at 1230. I intend on speaking to the manager because either he’s lying or the online time is incorrect.

Trying to buy a gift for my niece, the Spanish Girl there was unfriendly, who attends with bad taste and expresses herself without desire, I did not like her attention at all and she thinks she is a beautiful woman, I do not recommend this place!!!!

Fix your posted hours. Showed up just after 7pm on a Tuesday and the door were locked. I and two other would-be customers were told, while they let another customer out, that they were closed. Online posted hours all say 8pm.

I had a great experience the person who helped I think his name was Tandour manage to be attentive and assist myself and others, when the store was at a very busy pace. With great costumer service skills.

Love the boots here, especially the ones that have the zippers (although those are not waterproof!) - staff is awesome and will work with you to find the right boots - no matter how indecisive you are.
