"For those who said they got refused on returning their products don’t be fooled! I tried to return a pair of $90 shoes that I wore once and after 2hrs in those shoes the heels on both shoes were in such terrible shape"

"I went to star mall on Sunday and I did visit more than 10 store all were so helpful and have a nice way to deal with the covid 19, the only one was so bad proseuser is Aldo, first she ask us to Wait out side although the equpency is 5 costumer and there were only 2 costumer, so we left after waiting for 10 m and we came back and the lady there let us inter after we cleaned our hand with sinitizer and she explained that we should not touch any thing just tell her what we need, I did shooes one of the sandals she ask me to wear a socks to try it, so I refuse and I said I prefer not to buy now then I told her that this is too much her answer were that she should take care and protect her self not costumer and she was extremely rude"

For those who said they got refused on returning their products don’t be fooled! I tried to return a pair of $90 shoes that I wore once and after 2hrs in those shoes the heels on both shoes were in such terrible shape. I went to return and was told by the manger I couldn’t return because of their “policy” and because they were worn!? ZERO SENSE TO ME!! So before leaving the mall I reached out to customer service and told them the issue the manager was giving me. Turns out they have a “90 day defective policy” I let the customer service agent speak to the store manager and she too had to explain to the manager about their “90 DAY DEFECTIVE POLICY” sad that the agent even had to tell her “ doesn’t the product have to be worn in order for the product to be defective” So if you’re trying to return a product I recommend having a customer service agent on stand by.
I went to Aldo last night, browsing for flats and work shoes. I thought I was gonna walk out empty handed, but then I noticed the Barbie collection and the Disney collection on the top shelves! The young gentleman in the store was very kind to us! He had an amazing attitude, and in no way we felt pressured to buy. He was very natural, graceful, kind, knowledgeable of the product he was selling, and patient, even though we were there after closing hours. He brought several pairs out, and never complained. I left the store with 2 pairs and a purse, and wanting to come back for more! THANK YOU! It was an amazing and satisfactory experience! This shows us that the quality and great product alone doesn’t do it, but the amazing associates behind it who make our shopping experience wonderful!

When I was finally helped I recieved my online order from them and got a severely dented and torn shoe box. They refused to switch the dented box and give me a new box eventhough it's a gift. Lousy customer service
Extremely rude. I went in March 30th just looking for sandals. A girl was helpful brought some sandals over and then another pair of tan vans. I didn’t ask for the vans but she said “I brought you these bcs they’re cleaner than the ones you’re wearing right now. Would you like a wipe to clean your shoes” I walked out. RUDE Go to La Cantera
I've been to plenty of shoe stores and this was the worst experience, went to pick up a purchase that I ordered online the girl was extremely rude as ever I'll never walk into that Location again the shoes were ok not worth all that rudeness I was given
I saw some really cool shoes and purses. I especially liked a pair of earrings. There were many attendees, I especially liked that. They're at a really convenient location, (corner) , as we walked to get to DILLARDS. I would love to go back.
