I've been here 5 times and only twice did it work, the machine usually just whirs for 3 or 4 minutes and then gives this error, today I has the issue again and another customer waiting behind me told me it's frequently broken for him too
New location down the road from the previous location. Brand new and much nicer building. Same friendly staff. In particular Indira Gunturu is who I have dealt with and she has been amazing. Definitely would recommend her.
