Who closes the only branch that does Foreign Xge on the weekend for months of renovations without providing this service at the only othe city branch open weekends? Such a poor decision!! And not to even note the closure on your website cost me 1.5hrs and a 70km round trip and city car parking for NOTHING. Thanks ANZ.

Average. Some staff are very friendly and helpful, but always takes a VERY long time to be served. Business teller should also only be used for business and not anyone who wants to juat go have a sit down whilst waiting. Old way was much better.

Waited in the queue to get to the front desk. When I got there they told me they couldn’t help with my particular issue and Id have to wait 5 mins for a banker. I waited for 15 mins and no one came to help.
