Alex was amazing to work with! We contacted him in the morning about the vehicle we were interested in, and since we would be coming in from out of town he generously held the vehicle for us for the day so we could take a look at it in the evening. Not only was he completely up front about the issues with the vehicle we were purchasing, when it developed a small issue before we came to look at it he had it taken to his mechanic to fix. We met with the mechanic at his shop, who was also wonderful. If you are looking for an honest, upfront dealer I highly recommend AR1 Auto Group. Update: When we met with the mechanic he let us know that he was replacing the radiator, which he did not. Within a week we had to replace it and other parts to the cooling system. Additionally, the vehicle turned out to be a salvaged title, which we feel should have been disclosed prior to purchasing the vehicle. I was impressed initially with AR1, but wouldn't suggest buying a vehicle without getting a report on the VIN number first.

After my car was rendered a total loss, I only had a certain amount of money and time to find a car. My mom originally reached out to AR1 about a 2009 Toyota Matrix they had for sale. They waited with my mom at their 2nd location (off Heubner) as I got off of work and stayed late to let me test drive it. The car was well taken care of, clean inside and out, and ran great. I had to turn in my car rental the next day and did not know how I would get from the car rental agency to AR1 to finish the buying process. Marr volunteered to pick me up in the Matrix and take me to finish the paperwork at their 1st location on Grissom, which i think is amazing customer service!! Everyone at the dealership was so friendly, professional, and understanding. I highly recommend coming here for a great used car and excellent customer service!

Me and my friends were looking for a used nissan and we came across an ad on offer up for a really good price and we called him and asked if we could see it at 8pm that night and he stayed open for us and one of my friends is a mechanic so he was with me to check the engine, oil and test drive it. He even said this is a car worth triple what they were selling it for and I bought it within 45 min. Very good place to purchase a used car. They take care of their vehicles and keep them clean and well maintained. I will come here from now on to purchase any future vehicles HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! =)
