I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Arc Home Decor - Dandenong South, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience from start to finish. I am happy to leave this positive review to express my satisfaction with the outstanding quality of their products, competitive prices, and exceptional customer service provided by Zed. I was amazed by the attention to detail and craftsmanship evident in every piece I came across. The furniture not only looks exquisite but also feels sturdy and durable. WORST EXPERIENCE PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE!!! I would not recommend purchasing from this company as they are scammers and the same couch is being sold for $2775 on catch from Melbourne also and they are selling it for $5000 also they had promised couch would be delivered within 1 week and 1.5 months later it just arrives in 9 pieces and you need to put the entire couch together (back, arms, frame) after being told it was a 3 piece delivery and no assembly would be required. This company is also using the same photos as catch however are claiming their couch is different material when they are both advertised as velvet aswell as i asked them what the inside is made of and they had no idea…. See attached photo for reference. I will be taking matters further as they have refused a refund and the products are not opened!

I had the worst experience buying from this shop. Basically they are SCAMMERS. I bought a coffee table from them online and after they took my money $550 they stop answering all my messages in Instagram and they block my number. I spent nearly a week trying to reach them. I call them from a different phone number and they answered. They told me the coffee table will be delivered on Sunday (I had to pay $100 for the delivery). On Friday they sent me a message saying the table will arrive after 30 minutes!! when I wasn’t even at home. They left the coffee table in the floor and some boxes were open and broken. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I had a really great customer service experience with the owner. He was very patient and knew exactly what I wanted without me even knowing what I wanted. He took me through the range and we came up with a beautiful set for my dining room, it just looks absolutely fabulous. And I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was, given the high quality. Overall, a really good shopping experience, with much needed customer service in these COVID times.

order tow bed frame one king and one queen got stuff, but guys said didn't installation which we talked before to purchase, scenario arise when open boxes both bed base frame one missing and one have super king base wooden fame also queen's size bed have king size bed size table and wise versa complaint by phone no body answer now both frames not unusable totally unreliable business i never recommend.

Horrible experience!!! DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SELLER!!! They blocked my phone calls and stopped responding, I had not received the items. The experience was negative, the customer service was appalling and I’m urging everyone who sees this, not to make the same mistake by purchasing their items. You will either receive it broken or not at all.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced services good as I have with this retailer. They constantly bend over backwards to ensure that customers are happy. Over and above is the quality of their furniture and handmade rugs are excellent. Will keep using ARC Home Decor You’ve won over a loyal customer.

Do not buy from this shop. I waited 2 months for a '4 week' item and it arrived damaged. The business states on their website that they replace damaged items but he refuses to assist and ignores my messages. The item also looks cheap and tacky. Horrible horrible service.

Struggled for some time to find a rug that suits my living area, came across this shop in Dandenong and the worker at the shop was very helpful and gave us a great insight in what would match our furniture. Very good price. Very happy with the service and my rug

Friendly boys, came and dropped the furniture off and hung the frame we bought when we asked them too, did everything carefully and professionally, Highly recommend as they deliver and install and are fully responsible for furniture till it arrives in the house

Very great communication, ordered online and delivered the next day. It’s as beautiful as the photos. They didn’t charge me delivery which was very kind. Couch is perfect & exceptional quality.
