This is our first time dealing with ARC Insurance Brokers, we've never contacted them before and did not advertise our intentions to renew our professional insurance with someone else other than who we already engaged with, we just received a phone call from someone in BC, and somehow we were linked to Tyson Lush in AB, it came up as super nice experience so far, he was exceptionally meticulous, made it easy for us to understand our professional insurance. Before, it was just a formal business deal to obtain an "Error and Omissions" insurance coverage to protects our clients' assets, but we've never really knew the many details of the policy same as the way explained by Tyson in ARC insurance.
