"This is an excellent addition to Covent Garden"
"Simple, high quality and timeless clothing"
"Particularly love this store"
"Upscale and minimalist version of H&M so if you have a problem with the ethics of H&M then look elsewhere"
"Uniqlo-level quality for much more money because everything is ethically sourced/made"
This is an excellent addition to Covent Garden. Ethically sourced materials and produce. Light and airy store, well organised and nicely presented displays. Makes me want to move to Sweden. Everyone very friendly. Lovely minimalist cafe served excellent cappuccino. Again very helpful staff, One being a Scarlett Johansson lookalike.
Simple, high quality and timeless clothing. Perfect if you like Scandinavian style. I purchased a few t-shirts from here that were really well made and have washed quite well so far. They also have a small but very well curated selection of home wares and home furnishings, so be sure to look at them as well.
Particularly love this store. It's so cozy and light. And I love the cafe. Visited the other day and there were so many vegan goodies!! Spoke to the staff who are positively lovely - the young lady with the dark brown hair in particular. She was so helpful. Number one shopping spot.
Upscale and minimalist version of H&M so if you have a problem with the ethics of H&M then look elsewhere. Quality is good, perhaps a par below the likes of APC, Folk, Norse Projects etc. but with the prices significantly below them. Not quite fast fashion as H&M.
Uniqlo-level quality for much more money because everything is ethically sourced/made. They appeal to the new millennial, a consumerist conscious of how they spend their money, that understands that less is more, and blah blah. Pretty bland clothing overall.
The staff said they can’t serve any hot drinks, since there is no hot water. 2 mins later I literally saw the staff making hot water and tea for another customer, using the kettle right behind him on the kitchen workbench! Not acceptable.
Confusing price differences on the SAME products. I bought a pair of jeans on discount without tags, so I checked the other pair (exact same design, different size) which is £69. When I paid I was told it cost £79. The staff was also not
On March 11 evening when I checked out I asked the staff to wrap my clothes and put it in a bag, she stressed the word “wrap” several times, looked confused and refused to do so. I am pretty sure what I say is easy to understand as that
Kate and Karishka are great people with and without the arket badge they wear. Extremely empathetic, diligent and strive to give customers a smooth experience. I came with a sticky situation of having lost my gift receipt and they both
I love story got many reasons , clothes , homeward and wonderful coffee and normally very friendly staff but unfortunately not today -I could not scan the wrong code for my 10% off , which I have never had before despite shopping there
Very blunt unfriendly Covent Garden manager when his helpful staff asked him to offer me 10% for a faulty sale item, he just came out from his room, show his grumpy face with his blunt tone of voice and said, ‘that is the reason is
First time coming to this branch and liked it a lot more than the one in Regent Street. Not too crowded so you get to enjoy your experience and clothes are well organised, making it easy to find whatever you're looking for.
Lovely serene cafe on this quiet Monday in early January. Still thinking about the truly delicious cinnamon bun and next time will have just one shot in my coffee. Lovely friendly staff. And good shopping too.
Got a cinnamon and pumpkin seed bun, and a plum and cardamom and plum bun from here. Nice soft dough, lovely crisp crust, nicely spiced. Maybe a little on the pricey side compared to other places nearby
Love the aesthetic. Very clean and elegant. Quality materials, timeless essentials. A solid collection of colours, and kind helpful staff. Not to mention the lovely quaint little café toward the back.
Received excellent customer service in the Covent Garden branch yesterday, unfortunately I didn't take the name of the guy who served me and it's not on the receipt but he was extremely helpful …
My go to place for high quality basics. Their heavyweight t-shirts, merino jumpers and twill overshirts are excellent. Well cut, durable, hold their colour well and never need ironing!
Really excellent stuff from the people who brought you H&M. Like a modern Gap. Great stuff for the house too. Very stylish, not disposable at all. Get your basics here!
Beautiful place to shop. Great choice. Quality clothes. They even recycle your old clothes and give you a 10% off voucher for your next purchase. Forward thinking!
I love this brand so much! The quality of the clothes is amazing and the customer service as well! The café inside of the store it's a plus!
A great store of a big size and a nice coffee shop on the ground floor too. Great for clothing, homewares and all sorts of unusual gifts.
Cozy atmosphere and very friendly and professional service. Food was okay. Savoury sandwiches were 'spiced' to a very nordic standard.
Good quality, good value. But the cut is strictly for very tall Swedish women. I am too short (1.65m) for many of their clothes.
List of bad things about Arket store cafe •My friend asked this lady with Milanese accent if they do whip cream and then
Best Arket location in Covent Garden. I found this store larger and better selection than the Regent Street location.
The cafe had a minimalistic yet delightful ambiance and the coffee tasted good despite the minuscule quantity served
I find the clothes here very nice and well priced. The staff are friendly and the shops layout is easy to navigate.
I love Arley, especially the cafe. Fresh salads made to order by the team on site and great coffee! 100% recommend.
Not worthy of my money, rude staff not welcoming to customers and they will ignore you while the shop it’s empty.
Was given a faulty product, staff gave a rude face when I asked to return it and manager offered no help
Loved it stopped off for refreshments, at the same time buying some Christmas ornaments.
Terrible service by the café and very rude staff. Avoid the Arket Café!
The staff were friendly and helpful, they were also very attentive.
Not good customer service from women department
Staff were helpful. Really liked the selection.
