Physically went into the bank to draw down monies from a Term deposit account, ANZ advised me they would be available exactly 30 days later. 30 days came and went and my funds weren't available. They say they have no record of me going into the branch and no record of my request to draw on those funds. They want me now to wait a further 30 days to ACTUALLY receive my funds. What a joke!
