Went to the branch early this morning just to deposit some money in there "Smart ATM" but of course the ATM wouldn't give me an option to deposit cash. I'm guessing it had be disabled for whatever reason. I come to expect this kind of stuff from the ANZ. When I return last to go see I cashier to deposit the money, with no doubt I'll have to wait over 20mins to get served. If I was able to move to debts to another bank I would. But I'm stuck with this service. Pull your finger out ANZ!
I’m typing this after I waited 20 mins while 1 teller was open serving a line which started out the door. Meanwhile, 4 other staff are currently sitting on their desks with no customers. No explanation or apologies either. Pretty ridiculous. Better off going to Brimbank
