DANGEROUS. Made a booking directly with Warren. A subcontractor and a 5-month-in apprentice were supplied. The subcontractor disappeared for hours leaving the unsupervised 5-month-in apprentice doing the installation work. After they had gone a celiing light-fitting slipped down exposing the wiring. I called another electrician who said the installation was non-compliant and checked all the other work done by Aus Electrical. In addition the hard-wired smoke detectors that I had had checked by Aus Electrical and was told were working did not go off when the house filled with smoke from a fire inside the microwave from a hotpack. Warren was abusive when I complained about the sub-standard work and an equally abusive debt collector has been harassing me about the account night and day even though it is long paid in order to stop the harassment. The grubby, sloppy work and rude unprofessional behaviour on the day were one thing but the non-compliant work and resulting danger and lack of responsibility taken by Warren and his abusive conduct are completely unacceptable and the police, fire brigade and ESV have been necessitated and I had a witness on-site on the day Aus Electrical did the work. A traumatising experience in every way. The debt collector's harassment continues.

My engagement with AusElectrical was via a builder whom I had contracted to rebuild my ensuite and family bathrooms. AusElectrical performed all the electrical works that included the installation of lights, fans, switches and heated towel rails. They also reinstalled the ceiling ducted heating air outlets in the bathrooms. In addition to the above works I engaged them to repair/reinstall new bedroom and hall lights, switch dimmers and also external car porch sensor lights. This work was done over several weeks as it needed to be aligned with the other trades that were occuring. I found the AusElectrical electricians and their apprentices to be professional, communicative to both myself and other tradies, friendly, respectful and flexible. They were always on time when starting work, and kept me informed on work progress and activities. Their work was clean and tidy and they tided up well at the end of each day. Their prices were reasonable and fair. I highly recommend them.

I rang a number of electrical companies and they were either too busy or never got back to me. When I contacted Warren, he was very busy but managed to squeeze me in! He was prompt, very helpful in discussing what I needed to have the work done, and no job was too small. Toby and Andrew came to fix downlights and replace my outdoor sensor light. They let me know they were coming, arrived on time and were so friendly and polite they were lovely to deal with. They completed the job in no time! It's hard to find good tradies but this team of electricians were excellent and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Came across Warren and his team after bathroom and ensuite renovations by Reliable Building Construction, who used AUS Electrical for any required electrical work. Found the experience positive and refreshing so we used Warren and his team for further work around the house. They are busy, but still managed to fit us in before Christmas. The team arrived when they said they would, did what they said would do, cleaned up after themselves and provided advice and tips we had not considered. Would happily recommend and will use AUS Electrical again.

We have used Warren and his AUS Electrical team for the past 5 years for numerous electrical works at our residence. Staff are always on time, professional, consultative and courteous in their approach to their profession. Warren's team have completed rewiring, aircon installation, garden lighting, shed electrical, and more recently succesfully completed a large house renovation. We could not speak more highly of AUS Electrical, and would not hesitate in recommending them for any electrical works.

Toby worked on the new lighting and electrical installation for our bathroom renovation, and we were extremely happy with his professionalism, promptness, great communication, and efficiency, and we also really love the gorgeous new lighting and fixtures he helped us choose. We will definitely use Aus Electrical next time.

The team at Aus Electrical were very punctual. Arrived on the promised date and at the exact time, including a message to advise when they were on their way. The team were extremely friendly, clean and completed the requested work to a high standard. Will certainly use Aus Electrical again in future.

Can't recommend Warren and his team at Aus Electrical enough..they were just great. Go figure they were due to start the job on the 29th April it was finished on the 23rd. A 2.5 day job!.The workmanship was second to none even the electrical inspector complimented them on their work, Tnx again guys!

Warren and Jay installed a new generator at our place. While the installation took longer than normal due to covid etc, the team at AusElectrical remained patient, responsive, friendly and professional in ensuring everything was done for completion. Couldn't recommend the guys more highly.

After buying a new property and needing some urgent repairs done, Aus Electrical moved some things around to make sure that this happened. They were responsive, friendly and got the job done with some of the issues being quite complex. Will definately continue to use them in the future.
