Would not recommend this place whatsoever. My wife bought a vehicle here last year and it has been a nightmare. In the first month and a half we spent more time with rental cars then we did with the actual vehicle. From day 1 on the test drive, i pointed out to karan that the engine was making an odd noise on acceleration. I even had his coworker come out and test it with me to show him the sound. They made up some excuse about the car missing the connecting hose off the air filter so the air was coming up through there. They ASSURED my wife that it would be fixed before we picked up the car a week later. A week later we come to pick it up and my wife drives her new car and i drive the old one to the scrapyard. I drove the car in the next couple days and SURPRISE SURPRISE the sound was still there. We drove it back up to get it looked at again and they had it for a few days. AGAIN my wife picks it up and then starts panicking because the engine light came on. Karan first said its due to the air filter housing and then changed it to a power steering pump sensor..back to mississauga we go again. At this point i ask to speak to the mechanic they have working on it. Benati states that he did a visual check on it last time in the parking lot. SERIOUSLY GUYS. I told him id leave it for a week at his shop but he NEEDS to look into that noise. I believe he changed some valves and put more oil in and sent it back. NOISE STILL HAPPENING. Finally tired of the horrendous service we wers getting from autozone we took it to suburu who in no time at all stated the engine had rod knock and could break down any day. Conveniently the last few days of our 30 day warranty. Karan then has the audacity when we told him to say that we are costing him too much money as at this point the car needed a new engine. FINALLY the car is running the way it should have from day 1. We have noticed another odd sound a year later now and learned that they hastily did the engine change and put all the old rusted and corroding bolts back onto the engine to secure it and cracked the catalytic converter when they changed it. So now a year later we are replacing the cat, the head gasket, all the nuts and bolts, spark plugs, the timing belt, the oil pan gasket, and pieces that were jammed back in. Which conveniently isnt covered by the 2 year unlimited km additional warranty we got through Autozone and peoples choice. Would not recommend this place or his mechanic unless you enjoy headaches if something goes wrong with the vehicle. My wife drives back and forth 15-20 mins to work 5 days a week. She doesnt work in a marketing field. We never said you had to do any maintenance a year later. Merely pointing out the stuff your mechanic conveniently missed or didnt bother changing. Every mechanic we have taken the car to has said that it was the result of whoever put in the engine. So maybe you should be finding a better mechanic so you dont get another review like this

*BUYERS BEWARE*  Don’t buy an unsafe car from this slippery eel. Many of their positive reviews are paid bots with little or no review history. TLDR: They use undercoating to hide the frame condition. I purchased a 1999 Toyota 4Runner from Karan at Autozone Car Sales in September 2020.  It was clear that I was concerned about frame rust as it's a common issue for old 4Runners.  I even took it to a 3rd party for inspection because I didn't trust their mechanic.  Because of a recent undercoating, it wasn't possible to determine the exact frame condition.  Karan assured me that the frame was in excellent condition, certified by his mechanic, and safe to drive. I noticed a leaking valve cover that was patched with silicone and oil spots on the ground before I purchased it.  Karan denied the leak and suggested they were from another car since the vehicles moved places around the lot.   Later I learned the driveshaft also needed to be replaced.  Knowing that Karan was probably being misleading about the oil leak, I still purchased it because I needed it for a work project and the frame condition is the biggest concern when buying an old 4Runners.  I trusted him.  The other issues are to be expected with high mileage. What surprised me, however, was that after I brought the truck to Ken Shaw Toyota to inspect and replace the driveshaft, I was told that the car isn't safe to drive.  The frame is rotted from the inside which is visible now that the undercoat is wearing off. It's shameful and dangerous to allow a vehicle to be certified in this condition and sold.  There is no way a single winter under my care would result in this kind of damage.  Caring for a car isn’t difficult when you know its maintenance schedule. I expect a response from Karan. I will give you an opportunity to explain and then I will edit my review. Edit* As you can see from his response here and to other negative reviews, Karan is unwilling to take responsibility, placing blame on the ‘difficult customer'.  I hope my review will serve as a warning.  Don’t make the expensive mistake I did.

After what I had thought was a really pleasant experience buying a car as a newbie from Autozone, I got the shock of my life when the vehicles engine completely gave up on me after barely 3 months of use, I had to incur an out of pocket cost of almost $5k because the warranty that was sold with the car barely covered anything, only to find out during that situation that the cars air conditioning also had a fault. To say I felt ripped off would be understating the fact, the worst part being the demeanor of these people when I told them of my situation, completely different from when they wanted to make the sale. I was basically told it should be 'common sense' that a used car would come with faults, they never offered to pay any of my out of pocket costs because I had used the car for over 30days. It's been a very very unpleasant experience, when I was offered a Timmie's voucher to offer a good review (which I never even used btw, still sitting in my car) I didn't think much of it and gave a genuine review because I felt I had been treated right, but the treatment I got when I had an issue after barely 3 months was nothing to write home about. All I can say is do your research well, check the vehicles you buy from these people for yourself, especially if you are an inexperienced car purchaser like myself, have a professional check it out, don't just go off on these Tim Horton voucher reviews you see on here, because trust me when it matters the most you will be left cold and dry!

I recently purchase my BMW from Karan and had nothing but a pleasant experience from start to finish. Let me start by saying, I am a PICKY consumer having a vast knowledge of the auto/auto-body industry. I called and Karan was open and honest about its condition (which is next to pristine) with no accidents and a clean record. He provided me with the CarFax as well as the vehicle service history promptly. He was fast to respond via text, email or phone and even worked with me on my financing company of choice. I trusted his judgement and started the purchasing process before even seeing the vehicle. Upon arriving to pick it up, I gave it a thorough inspection and was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I had been in search of this exact vehicle for weeks and after seeing several dozen from other dealers advertising theirs in "mint" condition, I soon realized my idea of mint condition and the average dealer was far off....Photos don't say 1000 words. Karan's open, honest, willing to do what he can attitude allowed me to drive away with a BETTER vehicle than I had expected AND he even had it fully professionally detailed for my arrival. I appreciated all AUTOZONE CAR SALES did for me and they have ensured a customer for life. Thanks Karan!

I found this used car dealer fair and understanding and easy to deal with. I live in Northwestern Ontario and was shopping for an affordable vehicle replacement. I located a suitable vehicle at Auto Zone Cars and decided to buy it. I had to have it shipped to my location and after arrival I had the vehicle checked over by a GM dealership who found a major Safety problem but after discussing this with Manoj he made good on the cost of the repair that was inadvertently over looked prior to the safety inspection and made good and assisted with the cost of the repair. When buying a used older vehicle buyers need to understand that there will be repair costs involved no matter how great the vehicle looks it should always be buyer beware or take the vehicle to be checked over by an independent mechanic before purchasing it. My Dealership assured me the vehicle I purchased with proper care and maintenance should last me several years. I was happy that Manoj worked with me to ensure the safety issue was corrected to my satisfaction. Autozone cares about their reputation and will work with their customer to ensure they are happy with their purchase. They shop for good quality clean used vehicles to sell.

Called Karan several times throughout the week, made an appointment and called one day prior to ensure it was ready to see and it wasn't. Made another appointment for end of the week, called same day to ensure itbwas ready tontest drive and see. Showed up to the dealership and car simply was not there or ready to see/drive. Karan asked mentor sitnand wait "2 minutes". Waitwd for 20-25 minutes before had to leave as it still was not there. Very disappointed he could not stick to his word simply to have the car present to see, discouraged me from wanting to do any further business. Have yet to receive a follow up call regarding the car I want and is 5 days later. 1 month later, he finally addressed the concern and replied to my review. Still did not call back in regards to the car only trying to defend his poor business etiquette. Even with his response you can see he tries to dismiss any fault instead of trying to rectify the matter. Truly not the personality you want to uy a used car from, would recommend staying away. His attitude is as bad as his customer service.

Karan Aurora is the definition of a "USED CAR SALESMAN", so do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle elsewhere. Karan will lie, cheat, and steal from you, but he's great up until there's an issue; however, once he's got your money, you can kiss it and any followup service goodbye. Make sure that you double and triple check everything that he claims, have your own independent mechanic check out, as he's as slimy as a USED CAR SALESMAN can come. I purchased a vehicle from him and asked him all the pertinent questions beforehand; he assured me I could save some money by not having it certified as it was very clean inside and out. When it arrived, the truck was a complete write off, couldn't be driven or insured due to excessive frame rust and was basically falling apart. Someday karma will deal with this piece of trash, in the meantime stay far away from this pathetic excuse for a human and businessman.

Honestly I was eager to buy the used car at this place after checking their website but the guy (wearing glasses, don’t know his name) was so mean and rude to us. He came and open the car and left us behind with no words. Their website listed for $9,990 and I bargained for $9,000. I left and came back to ask for that price again. He said no, now is $12k plus tax. What the heck are you running your business???

Bought Hyundai Sante Fe at Autozone, we adore our car! It is worth every penny we paid for it. It had minor disfunction when we bought it, appeared to be a bigger problem. The owner covered expenses (600 $) to repair it!! So, we are proud owners for over 2 years now. They associate mechanic to help if any problem occur.

Best service providers in the town(GTA), Karan bhaji and manoj bhaji are the guys running this business and are doing fantastic work. Moreover there prices are firm and very reasonable. They will provide you full support to purchase vehicle of your choice. Next time i will surely let my friends know about this place.

Stay away!!! Went to see a 2012 Lexus CT200h and right away could tell that areas of the car had been repainted/replaced. Front bumper did not line up with headlights/fender/hood. Annoying because I drove over an hour to see the car when Karan specifically said there are no accidents. Complete waste of time!

Hi I recently got a 2017 Honda CRV auto-zone and my experience with them has been excellent. Super fast service, transparent and detailed explanation of everything. They were very welcoming, friendly, and gave us a good deal. I would recommend auto zone to anybody looking for a car dealership in Ontario.

This dealership selling 2018 challanger for 39000$ gt AWD fully loaded with 12000kms. The salesman want to put bi-weekly 460$ on this one. Another challanger RT SHAKER PACK for 37000$ which is 2017 with 100000kms. Greedyness at its best. Salesman name KARAN. Would not recommend to buy from them.

Karan and Manoj were really amazing in helping me find our 2nd car, they took thier time to explain the entire process to me as a First time preowned car buyer and were not pushy like other car sales Men I dealt with in the process. I highly recommend getting your safetied vehicle from them.

Untrustworthy. Have to beg and yell at them to do the right thing. They use a mechanic who cuts corners to get a good deal and wont let you use any one else. They count down the days till the end of your guarentee. Even with problems from day 1, after the guarentee you are on your own.

I do not recommend this place! I bought a car, no, not a car, but a pack of problems: during the first two weeks I had to pay 1500 $ for the most urgent reparations, I have an estimation of ~5000 $ for the next couple of weeks. Karan stopped to reply... Very sorry for my purchase...
