I changed employers and my dentist of 8 years was no longer a provider so I had to change and I was nervous but AZ Family Dental far surpassed any expectations I had. Scheduling was easy, even when I had to reschedule due to work! They were super accommodating from the start! Then, the day of the appointment, I arrived LATE due to car issues and they were so understanding and pleasant! The exam was thorough, the doctor was amazing and even did my cleaning! Where else does that ever happen? My hygienist was friendly and personable and made me feel like I was her only client the entire day! My insurance was a bit tricky but the receptionist went above and beyond making sure she figured it out and provided me a copy of everything so I wouldn't have to deal with anything myself! And there is more! I got a personalized, handwritten Thank You note mailed to my home after my appointment! This office goes above and beyond to make their clients feel valued and important. My husband and I hadn’t seen a dentist in 4 years and we both dread going to the dentist. I did a lot of research and this place looked like a good one to try. Ashley is the best and so easy to make appointments with. She was so kind on the phone and in person as I told her I was absolutely terrified to go to the dentist. She was very reassuring and wonderful. Marcella is the bomb and so kind, reassuring and gentle. She definitely eased my fears and did a wonderful job with everything. I’ve never had a dentist like Dr. V who took the time to explain everything really thoroughly and made sure to answer all my questions. And he is very good at his job. I had two filling replaced today and it was way less worse than I imagined… it was as good as having fillings replaced will get. No joke. Honestly, this was the best dental visit I’ve ever had. The whole staff is kind, reassuring and you can tell they know what they’re doing. Truly, very grateful. If you hate going to the dentist as much as me (you don’t) go here. I had an upsetting experience with the dentist I had when I moved here and my mom gave me the suggestion to come here because her experience had been so great. I greatly dislike going to the dentist, but the team here makes it so comfortable! Every team member, from the front desk Ashley, to all the dental hygienists like Diana, and Dr. Vacanti made my experience so pleasant! They are so warm, kind and sweet and really make me feel comfortable, and they also really know what they’re doing and how to help you best! I even had some deterioration on my teeth from too many sugary drinks/coffee, and Dr. Vacanti prescribed me a special fluoride toothpaste to help my teeth heal and grow stronger! They have never made me feel judged for how poorly I have taken care of my teeth and they have helped me every step of the way to restoring a healthy smile and make the process so effortless. I can’t thank the team at AZ Family dental Cave Creek enough!

I am not a fan of dentists as is per childhood trauma in the past. Lindsay up front was very welcoming and easy to talk to and really took in my concerns and past experiences. As a new patient, and new to the area recommended by family ... This is a great practice, but expect at a min an hour or so for your first appt. Then scheduling a cleaning at a later time. Im glad that I didn't have to return to work otherwise I would have been getting nervous watching the clock. The main reason for this is due to the size of this practice at this moment. Once they grow, everything will get sorted. Dr V was gentle and understanding as well. The comfort they each give off is relaxing. They know how to make you feel at home, sounds weird but its wonderful . Semi easy to schedule as well! I love that I can text them and schedule an appt. Our whole family goes to this new and upcoming dentist. First appt was on Aug 30th.

I had cracked a tooth a few weeks back and immediately went to an endodontist and was confirmed for a root canal but the pricing was just way out of my reach.. so I let my tooth sit exposed for weeks until the random sharp pains coming from the nerve finally sent me over the edge. I called when the office opened and they were able to squeeze me in right away for a consultation. The pricing was more affordable than the other facility i went to, and AZ Dental is very flexible with payment options. Needless to say, Dr. Vacanti and his tech, Diana, began my root canal procedure THAT DAY. The amount of care, kindness, and professionalism that pours from this place is insurmountable. Even the gentleman at the front desk, who helped with the payment process and scheduling was so kind and professional. I wish I could give them 100 stars! This will definitely be my go-to dental office moving forward.

My regular dentist is in Colorado, but I had an immediate need for some dental work and my good friend recommended Dr. V. Wow, was she right! Not only was he able to capably and professionally solve my problem, the staff at his office and the entire experience was so much better than any other dentist that I have visited. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but my experience at this office was truly a pleasure. From the ease of making an appointment, to completing my first time paperwork online, and then the friendliness of the staff, I was already impressed. Having had this same procedure done several times with my regular dentist, I was anticipating the usual discomfort, but I have to say, Dr. V was gentle, he explained everything he was going to do, and the end result was so much better than the other times in the past. I would recommend him without reservation!

I went to 2 different dentists that were not will ing to help with my problem I was at my wits end and discouraged! I had a fantastic first experience. I called yesterday to book for next week and was thrilled to receive a text this morning offering an appointment today due to a cancelation. The office is super nice and new. Everyone was beyond friendly and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to ask questions to get to know my comfort level with dental cleanings, which I'm mostly good with, but it was nice to have asked prior to starting. I have been to this office twice in the last month. Once for a crown replacement and once for a cleaning. I had great experiences on both occasions! They did an awesome job on my crown replacement and they have the technology to make them right in the office so I didn’t have to have a temporary one, then come back later for the permanent crown. Dr Vacanti and his assistant are really great! They really took their time and the end result looks really good. So much better than the previous crown! All around nice office and nice people! I would highly recommend going here for anything dental!

Very friendly staff and dentist who is on the cutting edge of technology with all the latest tools for enhanced and expedited services. Dr. V. is hands on, performing most of the services himself. They all took time to thoroughly answer my questions and address my concerns. I had a very good experience and I told my daughter and husband to see Dr. V. in the future. I am happy to say that my teeth are two shades whiter from just the cleaning. I have a follow up visit scheduled to complete the work I need done now, and a plan for future services when my insurance renews.

I recently decided to switch dentists because of the long wait times to get appointments at my old dentist. My wife noticed AZ Family Dental was nearby and made a stop in to chat with them. Very friendly staff so we decided to give it a shot. I was in for my first appointment and I am very pleased. Dr Vacanti does a great job of explaining things, they take both XRays and photos, which is really helpful to see what is going on. We have good insurance and am finally going to get some work done so was comfortable with the pricing. Very pleased so far and would recommend.

New update a week later and my second vist AZ Family Dental (North) team is great. I can not say enough about the team and my experience cant wait to go back in Oct for a follow up. Thanks again... What a great dentist and staff! Dr. Vacanti was recommended to me by a former Nebraskan that lives here in the Cave Creek area. As a former employee at the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry, I was excited to find a dentist in my neighborhood that graduated from UNMC Dental school. Had am amazing first appointment. Staff is very friendly and personable. My family recommended that I go here and they knew my family by name after there first appointment. Very educational as well. They take X-rays and take pictures of your mouth with a basic camera which I thought was weird at first, but they do that so you can see what they see and they walk you through the X-rays and normal pictures with camera. Makes you aware of what is actually going on with your teeth. Amazing experience amd I usually HATE going to the dentist.

I'm so glad to have found Dr. Vacanti at Arizona Family Dental in Cave Creek! The quality of his work and the materials he uses are great. This office also offers quality same day crowns and authentic friendly service. He provides honest feedback and does not suggest unnecessary procedures. Other dentists that I visited in the past couple of years proposed pulling teeth and other invasive and expensive procedures that for me would be a last resort.

Had such an amazing visit working with Dr. Vacanti. He fit me for a sleep apnea aligner that I wear to sleep at night. He was very thorough and helpful in his evaluation. I had a tremendous experience with Dr. V. and his team today. I spent aprox. 3 hours in the dental chair due to some overdue work and they made it seem like a breeze. My last visit didn’t go so well. After cleaning and X-rays my implant, which had previously no issues, came loose 2 days later and eventually fell out. Now I’m starting over with my previous oral surgeon in California to repair the issue. Not cheap. Unfortunately the lack of ownership in the issues from the owner and dentists has strained my trust in the company and has forced me to find another dental option.

This was my first experience with Dr. Vacanti and his team. I was impressed with everything. They have the latest impressive technology and all were very personable and professional. Dr. Vacanti was patient in explaining his procedures regarding a tooth implant and replacement. Their fees, especially with a discount plan for $250, are very reasonable. Excellent dental office. Best I've ever been to. Dr. V did excellent work. They have top of the line equipment and had to have a root canal. I almost fell asleep during the preparation process and when the numbing went away I did not have any soreness. Have to have a root canal, I recommend you go here. The crown on my tooth is indistinguishable from my other teeth.

Great atmosphere and a staff team that speaks volumes for customer care. I saw Dr. Vacanti and he made quick, diligent work of my few cavities I had been dealing with.
