If i could i would rate it 0 star but i only have the option of 1 star minimum to rate.So i went there to buy some naaan. First of all the place looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. Full greasy and smoke everywhere. Anyhow, I paid the monies and The employee started making the naan. He didnt even wash his hands and started making naans. In the process he took out burnt naans and the boss/owner a chubby guy wearing red polo shirt saw that the naan got burned BUT turned a blind eye on it. The employee packed them in a foil wrappping quickly so that i dont see it. I infact saw the burnt naan comeing out of the oven. But i wanted to see what they do next. They gave me the naans like it was a transaction done with. I opened the bag and started taking out the naans all of them burnt from the bottom and some from the front too. When i called the boss/owner, i showed him what he and his employee has packed for me, they went into proper defensive mode. And started telling me that is what they sell here if i dont like it, i can go buy from somewhere else. I told them wether they would like to present this naan to their familes at dinner or even eat it them selves??? They started being abusive and told me to not buy from here again. I said to them dont give me my monies back just start eating these naans infront of me and keep the money but they refused to. BAD EXPERIENCE ALTOGETHER! avoid seriously guys.

The shop is so dirty and disgusting. They don’t even wear gloves and the prices so high for restaurant like that. I will never go there again. I went there today and I bought a burger with some chips and they charged me too much for that and when I asked him why it’s so high for something simple he said impolitely everything is going up. They don’t even talk respectfully with the customers. It was really bad experience. Please never go there. We don’t have to spend money for bad service.

Saturday 5th March bought a cheese burger meal and large lamb chops. When I got home cheese burger was fine. But the lamb chops were off I had to throw it away. Returned to AAQA 6th March informed them what happened. The person who served was not in. So the gentleman told me he can do anything. Come back and speak to him. He was not concerned. Did not even check the last lamb shop on display. They have lost a local customer. They do not seem to care. One star as I can not put 0

18/05/20 Monday -: Ordered 4 * Lamb Kebab roll meal and 12 * Chicken Wings. Ordered over the phone and exactly after 10 minutes went to the shop to collect, food was ready so collected paid and went home. When food containers opened, found that all Naan breads in all boxes were burned beyond consumption and kebas had no flavour at all. Chicken wings were also taste less. wow what a waste of money.

I ordered a fish burger meal and the fish burger was so bitter I felt very sick, it had been cooked in old oil and burnt. When I told them they didn’t rectify or offer anything and instead charged us So infuriated as they have no customer service skills whatsoever. I only have one star to write the review as a chef I feel this place should not be open I they think cooking in old oil is acceptable

I bought the £5 12" pizza collection offer. The base was very thin and too chewy to eat. As for the cheese, it was burnt in several places and seemed to be of poor quality. As for the overall shop/kitchen, it looked like it's never been cleaned. There was grease and dirt on all surfaces including all their equipment.

Our go to local fried chicken shop but their grilled platter of lamb chops and lamb kababs with fresh naan is perfect for sharing or on your own Peri peri chicken is also flavourful and juicy. My kids love the chicken fillet burger as the chicken is always freshly fried and tastes fantastic. Overall great fast food at competitive prices for everyone to afford!

It's our local doner kebab joint in Hounslow near to treaty centre. The doner chicken is always fresh and large chicken doner portion is good.

We have been visit many times but last time was not good customer service to my son so he stopped going back to them. Your making money from us thats why customer services is very important . My son always spended a lot money . Your customer gone mean you lost your money because of your services.

Thought I would choose a safer option in that a kofte would have to be cooked from scratch, but upon eating discovered it tasted like a "supermarket kebab", from a highly discounted supermarket. I won't waste any more money here.

This shop have good food with a proper portion.. I had chicken tikka in nan I had lamb chops on Sunday 10 November at 7:30 pm Amazing meaty pieces.. One star less because they are too messy..never use hand gloves. Bins are always over.. Seating chairs are greasy n dirty.

Yuk!!!!!!! Dirty place, garlic sauce was off it smelt really bad and when we told them the had an attitude and was rude. The chips was fried a few times in old oil its ta!sed bad. Never going here again as I dont care much for food poisoning. My sister already feel ill.

3rd class D grade DIRTY FILTHY take away !!!! I was probably the first few customer of this take away yesterday in the afternoon, their lamb doner was OLD very hard to chew. It was may be sitting there for days!!!! Never going back to this take away again.....

I ordered 2 chicken Tika sandwiches and 1 large lambshop meal for take out. When I got home only 2 meals were in the bag 1 chicken Tika and the lampshop. I paid for 3 meals. And the lambshop was not cooked properly. I will never go back to this place. More

Pizza base was not cooked at all. Chicken was no fresh in the tikka roll and the garlic sauce was very smelly, near spoilt. No hygiene rating displayed as well for obvious reasons, doubt they’d even get a 1. Poor, awful experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Really enjoyed the juicy tender lamb chops with salad naan and nice chilli/garlic sauces. Very good price and was still hot when it arrived. My girls going back to uni tomorrow so it was a nice send off to eat tasty food takeaway. Thank you

First time went there ordered food and waited 30 min and the staff was really rude and the shop was extremely dirty. Worse take away I have ever visited. If you don’t want food poisoning then avoid this shop 100%. Clean your shop

I don't know whether you are into food hygiene and all but if you are, don't even think about going to eat here. To be fair the food was really good until I saw how it all gets done in there.

I love their pizza base/crust. Big Meaty is delicious. I have also had the lamb cutlets which I thoroughly enjoyed too. Hopefully I will visit again the next time I am in Hounslow

Very well mannered staff always happy to help. Chips are always made to an excellent standard and the sauce combination is unique and very well made would highly recommend.

Excellent Burgers are addicting, loved it so much, chicken fillet burger was great. Drinks are good, pricing is great and staff is lovely. Would reccomend ☁️
