Small car park very difficult to get in or out as the drive through line causes chaos. Service was decent little underwhelmed by the mcchicken burger that is being advertised but you can do worse suppose. Went again this weekend through the drive through. Service was quick but everything we ordered was wrong apart from the fries. Ordered the festive bacon burger x 2 and 2 milk shakes both vanilla. Both burgers the bun was a bit stale and the only thing on it was the burger patty and cheese so no bacon on either burger. The milkshakes we ordered vanilla but they gave us banna for both. Not very happy and highly doubt we will visit again.

Worst Mcdonald ever.... took 20 mins to make my order (granted I asked for specific items - 2 double cheeseburgers with double pickle and mustard) but surely that doesn't mean it takes 20 mins... in the end I asked the manager where my order was, she went off to find it as someone had left it in the "delivery section" you can't make it up... the the cashier takes my receipt to check and justify the wait (yeah but you ordered specific items so it takes time to grill... to which I responded if it takes 20mins to do 2 more double cheeseburgers? - she robbed me off and said to take it up with the manager...) it's just a joke.... one person came back because they were missing a flake in their ice cream ( can't be hard, it's 3 things, cone,cream, flake) one came back because there was no chips in his meal.... and I've stood there patiently for 20 mins before saying something and apparently I'm the bad guy.... look at the state of the cheeseburger... what a disaster...

This store its so unprofessional. I used to leave next to macdonalds and I’m getting food often from there. Always I’m getting wrong order ALWAYS. Or item’s missing or cold food and today the time now that I’m that review is 21:30pm. I went 20 minutes before there i order the bbq bacon tomato wrap COSTUMISE cool mayo NO BBQ sauce, and what I received?? A wrap with bbq made an hour and 15 min earlier , 20:14 a time that is stick on the package of the wrap. I would like if any management read those reviews to get back to me cause thats not good at all, i always have to go back in the store and asking for what i paid!! We got to the drive through just after midnight with 10/11 cars in front. After a 35 min wait because nothing was moving we finally got to make our order and instantly told to go to next window after 3 mins waiting for someone to talk to us, moved along to get to the window eventually to find out stuff was out off stock which wasn’t put on menus out front and then proceeded to make order. Got to the final window after a total of 45 minutes and found our order to be wrong. I’m not one to complain but the entire experience was ridiculous and to then come home and find stone cold chips and cheese nuggets that were inedible and a “new signature” burger missing half ingredients with just some cold cheese and lettuce in it was shocking.

Took ages to even get into the car park. A lot of car doing the click and collect, so the staff were constantly walking around the car oark looking for their customers. I went to the till to ve served by a human being, but had to wait a while. Put my order in with no problem. Then the wait started. After a while I looked at my receipt at what time I placed my order. In the end the food finally was served up. 18 minutes. Thats not fast food. The food was ok, but not fresh. I much prefer the old system of service.

24 hour? Waited 40 minutes in a very slow moving queue (drive through) once you've gone past the order point, no way out in an emergency...Just have to wait there like a lemon! Spoke to staff in kiosk, asked why service was so slow. She said they was only 3 staff on the premises! Why is it ok to have an operating service during the day and a practically non-existent one at night?! After the epic wait to actually get our food, the drinks were undrinkable, god only knows what was in them but after the almost unbearable wait, there was no way We was going back round to change them. Quite simple if you don't have ample staff to cover a shift, then close the restaurant!

Drive through Q was backed up all the up the A217 so my wife popped in to order while I stayed in the car with the ankle biters, half an hour later we're still waiting all the while people are parking there cars cars wherever they want while they wait for the rest of they're order from the DT, around 50 minutes after going in my wife comes out with our order after having to go back to the counter twice to get what we paid for and she wasn't the only person to do so. They need to get more staff in and probably make a note of when they're going to be busy.

Ordered through Mcdelivery app, live 3 minutes around the corner. Burgers were put together using a tennis racket, no gherkins, all food is cold and generally terrible, more filling around the burger than actually in it. French fries made using ice. Try and take it up through the app and you're given the message "sorry this order was fulfilled by uber eats" so you need to speak to them. I'm sorry but they didn't make the burgers McDonald's did and these ones are shambolic. Macdonalds your standards have dropped. Worst experience I've ever had.

Decent sized restaurant with ample space all around it. It's open 24 hours all days of the week and has a drive through facility as well. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious and has good service. Lots of tables had tablets for kids entertainment. MacDonald food never disappoints though their chicken can be overcooked/dry at times.

Really good McDonald's. I usually come for breakfast on the weekend. Service is quite quick and food is well prepared. The customer service is great. Once I accidentally placed my order on the app twice because of an error. The staff noticed the issue and helped rectify it, giving me a refund. The manager is doing a great job, she handles rude and entitled customers (and their shouting) like a champ. The place is also always reasonably clean and parking is usually available. I like this much more than the branch on Sutton High Street.

Waited 20mins on my food whilst my children were starving. Then when I received my food I only got 2 portions of fries which was half full and a cold cheese burger, I requested a swap for a hot one and still it came cold! (I am not going to wait a further 10 mins) it’s ridiculous ! - no compensation for the inconvenience this has caused! They need to have a system in place but yet you have enough workers!

Busy place, hit and miss with food, sometimes hot sometimes cold as the coffee can be also. Surprisingly long to get breakfast on a Thursday 10am, not even peak hours. Someone complained their hash brown was cold and got another. Mine was nice and fresh, had to wait a while thought. Staff seemed more concerned about serving the drive through customers than dining in customers. Hot chocolate sold out too?? Double sausage and egg with extra hash brown tastes great tho.

place is over run with delivery drivers, wont be long before theres an accident there. always kept waiting whilst the drivers get loaded up first and your food goes cold. when you do get to it, it's missing the paper and falling apart, sauce slopped out the side, messy and in all honesty wasn't worth the effort getting it. always the same and the staff don't care.

We met a nice lady offering two Halloween envelopes to my two children when they got really bored. As we got appointments this evening, the children did not get a chance to treat or trick. However, the Halloween envelopes really made their day. Thank you for being so kind.

Good luck getting any food quickly here - 12am on a Thursday night and the drive thru queue is out of the car park. Possibly because the main restaurant was closed despite claiming to be open 24 hours. Either the gluttonous have taken over the world for it to be that busy this late on a weeknight or the restaurant has horrendously slow service.

Consistently poor. Customer service is very slow, and disinterested. Fast food shouldn't take this long. Don't bother with the drive-through - once your in the queue you're trapped until staff eventually acknowledge you, or the car at the front gives up and drives away.
