Just had multiple members of staff outright ignore me. The monopoly event runs until today, all screens inside and outside (drive through monitors) are advertising that you still get monopoly stickers when you buy certain food. We decided to get a meal each for a last ditch effort to get some of our missing pieces. We ordered through the app, waited in our bay and when the food arrived. No monopoly stickers. None on the drinks, none on the burgers, none on the chips. We asked the person why there wasn't any stickers, and she walked away ignoring us. So brought the food inside and asked at the main counter. One member of staff there understood me and asked another member of staff. This member of staff was very rude, as she blankly stated "promotion ended, no more stickers" and then turned around and ignored me outright. I asked more questions as I knew that was untrue, and pointed out that the screens behind her are still advertising it and it's still on the app so it hasn't "Ended" like she said. She continued ignoring me. I understand how busy the job can be, and I couldn't care less about the monopoly stickers if they gave me a valid excuse, but to lie and to ignore me is completely unacceptable. Went back to the car with all the food, no monopoly stickers, and another one of our group took the receipt and went in to talk to the manager. Only to then be told that they have run out of the stickers. Well why wasn't I told that to begin with? Why isn't there signs on the drivethrough and the screens inside telling everyone that there's no stickers?? The monopoly promotion does influence our choices and makes us as consumers buy more to get more monopoly stickers. So the fact that the manager and the staff knew there was no stickers, not telling anyone until it's too late and even attempt to lie about it is ridiculous! Honestly love this Macdonald's, go here often after work to de-stress but now I feel so disrespected and I don't know if I will go back there now after this.. Completely ruined the atmosphere and overall feel of the place now.

Avoid at all cost, the most expensive McDonald I have ever had, they sting you with a car park charge notice fine they share the earning with a private cowboy company managing it for them which not showing enough signs around, they have no regards for your family needs and you are only allowed to use their car park for 1:20 minutes even though they share this car park with Krispy crème and sometimes their queues are long and by the time you get your foods and find a table to eat* then your times up and have to rush back to your vehicle and move out of the car park.!!!! Shame on you McDonald making all the money you fleecing people on your low quality MG filled foods yet still making money by stinging your customers with your car park fines with cowboy contractors (MET) company that they only interested in your wallet even if you have some special circumstances to stay 2 minute longer than they permit you.!! *Shame on you* McDonald and your thief parking contractors.!

I will never understand how the drive through here can be so bad. From stale wraps, to wrong orders, flat drinks to rude staff. I've had a stale chicken wrap with one single piece of chicken, some brown lettuce and a single slither of tomato. Another time I asked for a Sprite zero with no ice. I received a Coca Cola with ice.... No ice seems to be a major issue in there. They don't do lactose free milk. This seems to be a UK wide thing which I don't understand. Lactose intolerance is widely known about and very common. I once sent a chicken wrap back 4 times before the manager made it himself because they kept putting bacon in. This took over half a hour. When I once mentioned there was ice in my drink and I asked for no ice, the woman snatched my drink away, spilling it everywhere and huffing and puffing. She then went to a colleague and moaned about me to her. Loud enough for me to hear every word. When I got my drink, I asked to speak to the manager. She said "no, you don't need to speak to him". Eventually, after going in store, I spoke to the manager and he said I was not the first complaint about that lady. I haven't seen her since. I didn't want someone to lose their job. I wanted them to understand how they come across to their customers and have better training. I still eat here because it's easy put only ever buy drinks (expected to be wrong. Nice surprise when they're not!) And happy meals for the kids.

Just a warning to anybody thinking of using this place for home delivery. On the 8th of September 2022 we ordered meals for 3 totalling £26.33. We used uber eats we got or order which was missing a item and the food was stone cold on delivery bearing in mind we live 1.5miles away. I telephoned the McDonald’s to complain and spoke to the manager who informed me the reason the food was ruined was because uber load up the delivery bike rider with 3 separate orders and unfortunately we were the 3rd order to be delivered so our food was stone cold. McDonald’s passed the blame on to uber and refused to be held responsible. Uber after 2 days of email refund £2.15 for the missing item whilst the rest of the order went in the bin leaving me £24.18 OUT OF POCKET. For this reason I will not be using uber eats again.as the restaurant took no responsibility I will not be using them again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THERE IS A 2 IN 3 CHANCE YOU FOOD WILL TURN UP STONE COLD DEPENDING HOW MANY ORDERS WERE PUT ON THE BIKE BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. WOULD HAVE RATED NO STARS IF I COULD

Used to be lovely a few years ago. The drive thru is very slow. There's always a que in the drive thru. Staff don't prompt you for your mcdonald's code to earn points. When you mention the code to them it sounds like they don't know and that its a hassle. They never offer you any sauces. When ordering for example Mozzarella dippers they never give you the sauce. They make you wait on the drive thru and there's no particular order. For example you will be waiting to order and the vehicle behind you somehow gets served before you. When they tell you to park most cases there is no where to park because the delivery drivers tends to take up the most of the spaces. Totally unacceptable and their service has gone down hill over the years. Don't come here anymore prefer to go a different mcdonald's store.

I have visited this store and ordered on line from Enfield retail Park macdonalds many times and pretty much every time I do there is a mistake, or Items missing from my order. I ordered a big tasty meal and got a chicken select meal instead as I ordered this online there was no way of getting it changed so I had to settle for a refund witch is very frustrating, it did make me wonder though when dose a beef burger look like breaded chicken? I once asked for 9 nuggets and they did not pack them I have had missing drinks and the list goes on. I can not tell you how many refunds I have had to get from them or replacements let alone talking to managers to get there staff to do there job right. I am literally sick of having to have these things amended when it is simple enough to have it done right the first time, it would save them a lot of time and money to just check the order before it goes out. 2 years later and its still the same, this mcdonalds is a joke and it's a shame they can employ people that are interested in doing there job properly.

Absolutely livid. Ordered a meal for my family with a money off voucher. Payment didn't go through so I attempted to pay again. Won't let me use the voucher. The manager was very unhelpful. Forced to remove the voucher in order to pay again and feed my family. Got home to find out they gave me a mcchicken sandwich instead of the chicken big Mac. Missing a filet o fish and cheesy bites and to top it off the first payment did go through and therefore has charged me twice. Only thing to assist me this time of night is a virtual assistant that is so slow and next to useless. Will just wait till the morning and take it up with someone from customer service over the phone

This McDonald's is a very busy one due to its location. Interestingly this large illuminated sign claiming to be 24 hours is partially false advertising. Try going in at 10.40 on a Saturday night and you'll be told in a sharp manner that the inside restaurant is closed. I guess that would explain the large drive through queue. But not a single sign that I could see anywhere stating this or the actual operation times, which I and the other 6 people trying to get food found ridiculous. Much to the amusement I'm sure of the several delivery drivers waiting inside that have the illusion that it was open. If you're going within its "normal" operation times, which I have, don't expect 'fast food' to live up to it's title either! This place has definitely gone down hill since the pandemic.

Delivery from here is better than most round the area. In house can get very busy at times and wait times can be extensive.

Do not, for the love of all things holy, order out from this place. They cannot fill a single order properly. There will ALWAYS be something wrong. They'll send you no dips. Or 1 straw for 3 drinks. Or pickles on a burger where you ordered no pickles and the BOX SAYS "NO PICKLES". Or just send you the wrong item! I mean, why bother actually reading what the customer has paid for when you can just send literally whatever you feel like? This place is an awful, awful joke. I can only assume the pittance they pay the kids in the kitchen does nothing to keep their attention. Seriously, though, this branch is just the absolute pits, do yourself a favour and hop over to Krispy Kreme. They only do donuts, but at least they get them right.

Miserable woman on counter (manager? Dark top), snapping at polite customers to place orders on the machines, when they're paying cash. May well be company policy but jesus christ, have you not heard of customer service, treating people like people? Have you not heard of being polite and helpful? None of the customers you sent scampering away knew how to order on the machines and then pay cash at the counter. Other customers had to help them. Thankfully your colleague, another woman wearing a headscarf from inside the kitchen saved the day by coming to help, with a smile, and was lovely.

So lately the drive through system is “wait on the car park and we’ll bring it over to you”. This does not work at all. Twice I’ve done this and twice they’ve taken ages to bring our meal because they “struggled to find my car” (I was on the car park right next to the restaurant). On the same car park they’ve given my order to someone else, only for them to almost drive off, give them the order back to which they handed to us, which is now (as you can imagine) cold. my order has been messed up too by this place. Please stop with this awful system, it doesn’t work. If you’re busy then make people wait longer in the drive-through.

I took my daughter and her friends to this branch after Jump In session on Friday night after 9pm.It was so clean and the service was better than some restaurants. When one of the girls dropped her ice cream, the staff were on it. They brought us a new one and cleaned up the mess immediately. They were so busy with orders from drive through and deliveries, yet the staff in the kitchen were laughing and being friendly.It left the impression on me, as you don't see this very often in many of the restaurants, let alone McDonald's. I notice this kind of thing, like people's energy, and I think that they deserve praise.

Very helpful staff having been stuck on m25 for hours needed a toilet and food stop. This is where I came. What a kind an caring staff who were so helpful. I m disabled and having sat for so long in a car I was having mobility problems. They cared and attended to helping me get my food and also getting to the toilet. I can't thank them enough. Well done McDonald's

Too be honest this Mcdonalds deserves a higher rating normally because I've been there a few times and it's always clean and pleasant. This visit was. Crazy busy as it was half term off school.. It was very very busy ques going to the door and no were to sit really. I. Made my order on self service and My food was bought to me lucky I didn't have to wait long for someone to leave so I can get a seat In the zone 1 that I said I would be. My chips seamed to be half full but I couldn't be bothered to go and complain, they must have been trying to make cut backs so they can give everyone their food...

Ordered food online and collection was seamless however my turn came after 35 mins wait in drive thru queue, because the person taking the order was also processing the payments so they were holing people to wait before they order while she processes the payments. That was causing more delays. Food was hot but not hot enough to feel freshly made, which does not add up when there are long queues and people are buying it fast.

My rating is 0/5 stars (Had to click on a star to create the review) Absolutely appalling. The queue in there was epic - Once I arrived at the window to collect my order - I was told to wait in the parking space and a member of staff would bring the food over to the car, as the food wasn't ready. So drive through became park up! Waited 15mins for food to come which was stone cold. So I asked for a replacement order which took another 17min. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Put it this way - The Starling bird that landed on my wing mirror had a far better experience then I did.

Very good and fast McDonalds, staff are friendly and happy. Food was cooked and presented well and served hot. Only uses drive through but always looks busy inside as well

Absolutey terrible customer service i am appalled. The manager was there shouting at us and the employee who was serving us. I come here nearly everday. Never coming back. I have never written a review in my life but i wanted to let people about this terrible customer service. The food was dry and cold and.I ordered frappe but they gave me a coke and got mad when i wanted to order my frappe at the window.The manager said this what your doing is wrong and hopefully the manager gets more nicer. The driver had to close the window so we dont hear the manager shouting.

My order arrived with a missing drink and when I called in she said there was nothing they could do but ask for a refund from Just Eat (which takes 7 days). I’ve order something that I wanted to consume so obviously i don’t want a refund, I want the drink. When I asked if I could pick it up, they told me to bring evidence AND bring the food with me! Don’t make the mistake in the first place if you can’t provide me with the customer service to correct your mistake.

Its a McDonald's, hat more can we add. Except during these Corvid-19 times, this McDonald's is clean and is clened regularly, the staff are well aware of distancing etc and make us patrons safe with 5hat knowledge. This McD's is busy in the restaurant and the drive through. The service is fast, efficient and polite. Food and drinks was what I have become accustom to, although surroundings made it a pleasant meal. If passing or a planned stop, this is a good place to be. I thank all the staff that made my visit pleasant, thank you.

No surprise, people working here have ZERO value for their customers. The till (customer service) have a great power to change the dynamics of their customers. The meals are prepared appropriately, and is well presented. The taste was exceptional, although the meat felt dry. The screens at drive through is really effective and efficient. Hope to see further improvements with Customer Service and Improvement of Food Standards. Certainly, discrete auditing would provide imperative feedback to the managers and leaders.

I have been to Enfield retail park McDonalds today with my toddler son and I was so impressed how clean it was. Literally everywhere was spotless and the staff was really friendly with their service and roles. Everything was getting cleaned regularly as well. Staff was cleaning the touch screens that are for to order food. Also cleaning tables and chairs regularly. Also one staff was walking around with balloons for the children and asking every individual child which one they would like in a friendly way.

It's always busy, the drive thru is frightfully slow, inside isn't much faster. It is clearly a hang out spot but there's rubbish everywhere. There's nothing fast about this food.

I ordered drink without ice, but she brings with ice when I question, she started to read receipt and took my drink at the back, I wanted to be sure that she is pouring new drink rather then removing ice from my drink, but I could not see her what she was doingwith my drink, I am very sure she brought back the same drink just removed ice probably with her fingers I just couldn't convince myself to drink it I had to bin it. I wonder why drinks area is out of customers site?

The cleanest McDonalds in London. Thanks to Aisha. We requested some crayons and paper for our toddler and she kindly said that they don’t have them anymore, but brought some memory game instead. Drive through, they asked me to park and wait till food was ready. I waited for 30min, it did not arrive. I then drove through again. They offered me the same food which was now cold! I refused and so they cooked new, I checked. I waited this time by the window till food ready and queue was long! Basically 1hour and 15 min to get served. In the future I will always wait by the window till served and go to different drive through.

15/03/2022 I ordered a delivery on line via Just eat. They delivered the wrong order. The food part of the order they did get right was cold and we had to microwave it before we could eat it, and we didn't get the two large coffees we paid for. I've tried calling their number several times to complain and to ask for our coffees - but - to add insult to injury - they don't answer the phone.................. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Do not order from here!!!!!! Me and my friends ordered nuggets and some burgers via UberEATS. We didn't get any fries at all, even thou with all ordered large burgers and even extra large fries. The drinks were leaking. When we received the bags, the burgers were soaked with coca cola. Do not trust this McDonald's restaurant!!!! We really pay for alot more then we got. It's like unwillingly tipping them...

It's really nice. My son loves Mcdonald he also Autistic but there is a big problem with Mcdonald at 8pm. All seating area is close off upstairs, and my son loves to eat in, and sometimes there are no available tables.

Ordered coffee here as I was passing through. Extremely good coffee very dark, nutty and sweet with a decent amount of creme. For the price of £1.59 a very good coffee indeed. The establishment was clean with cheerful staff who delivered my order promptly so I really don't have anything to complain about. I didn't sample the food but assume it to be consistent with the MacDonald brand.

5 bags. Only 2 came, the other 3 were left at McDonald’s and we had to go there, which took 20 minutes itself, to collect it. So now we have cold food. This was meant to be for a birthday party, and now at home I have 7 crying kids that their McDonald’s is cold and the party’s not fun or happy anymore.

I've avoided entering fast food chains since C19 struck. I drove past this Mcdonalds but my craving for a big mac, chips and strawberry shake was just too great. I tentatively entered and was presently surprised how C19 compliant they were, and it wasn't too busy which was another bonus. A simple pleasure I know, but the taste of a big mac after 7 months was pure bliss.

Came for a quick breakfast but my muffin was prepared incorrectly twice in the row. Should have been 3 stars but the issue was handled professionally and I only had to wait a bit longer. Also the overall feel of the restaurant is good and it is clean in comparison to some other McDonald’s I have been to. There is a drive through as well as parking spaces available.

Very bad customer service in the morning at 9:30am. Lots of drivers drivers waiting and some customers waiting… no staff at restaurant front. Wanted more milk for hot drink, waited and waited, ended up not getting extra milk as no staff. Two staff was sitting round the corner look like their were on their break. Food is generally ok like any other McDonald’s.

I ordered the food on my app but it was cold when it came to our table. Felt very uncomfortable as there was a group of I'd say 15-17 year olds who were noisy and there was also 2 of them fighting outside but it nearly came inside

I've been waiting for 10 mins in the car park for my meal. I am watching cars enter and order and park I have counted 10 cars so far who have ordered and still waiting for their food. Very slow. Why do they continue to take orders if they are back logged? It will result in negative reviews and cold food. And bad customer service. Does not make sense.

Simply amazed by the attention Richard gave to a group of elderly. He served me very polite and smiling constantly. But he dedicated a good amount of time to this group until himself brought the food to them. He only left them when they were ok. Well done Richard!!

I don’t usually have a good experience with McDonald’s, but lovely Georgina was the sweetest woman I have ever encountered, she kept us updated on our food and was very polite when handing the food over. Definitely made this McDonald’s 10x better just by being polite

This is, in my opinion, the best McDonald's in the area. It's always clean and tidy, the service is fast even at its busiest times, the orders are always delivered correctly and the food tastes nice. Bonuses: 8 ipads, all working; dedicated staff; table service; tables outside; drive through; opened 24/7; free parking. I would recommend it.

I have been purchasing my burgers from "family run" Kebab shops. Haven't been in a Mc Donald's in a few years. I was shocked to see what I bought. I have come to understand that this is the future. Shame. Some people won't mind because that's what they are used to. Honest opinion.

Saifull the shift manager is an awful human being, rude an obnoxious, if only his conversations could be recorded, service was absolutely slow to a standstill, will not be going to that branch again. Notice all the 5 star reviews are all Asian names, very fishy.

Walk in customer. I would newer go igain those one. Food was not fresh when I got the order cold. Seems fries were left long in oil no fresh to. Point is that place so busy with Uber Eats + drive-through. Large quantity off food must be produced in a short time. Stuff is very polite.

All the tables were dirty and full of eaten food rubbish. When i told one off the staff which i think was one of the managers and it was a lady, her answer was i know and that they close soon. This happened today at 19:45 and she didn't seem to care.

It's just a regular McDonald's. The car park is always full and there is always a queue. We waited about 20 minutes to receive our food, which is far longer than you would hope for a 'fast food' restaurant. Not worth the hassle of actually going there and trying to find a parking space. Much easier to just order on UberEats.

Used the drive through ordered 2 cheese burgers and a ‘wrap of the day’ meal. Had to park and wait for around ten minutes. When I received the order the French Fries were not crispy and also cold not to mention about 3/4’s full. Very unsatisfied.

I think the McDonalds was nice to go to after watching a movie at cineworld. It was pretty pack and a lot of groups of people there which made me quite anxious, but I don’t think that’s fixable. Staff was ok and food was the same as any other, normal McDonalds.

They're only interested in delivery now. They used to be open 24 hours, but now they'll close the restaurant to everyone but delivery drivers at some arbitrary time, and build up a 20+ minute drive thru queue instead.

I had a large order of drinks 12 milkshakes and 2 cokes. Two female staff approached me to help me get them to the car. I never asked for help (although I was going to) but found them both to be so helpful and friendly. You don't often get such good service with a smile. Thankyou ladies.

Firstly I could not use the self serve points as youths kept pushing in to use them ahead of me. I then got served at the manual till but was not asked if I wanted table service so had to wait in line for my food which seemed to take forever to come out. When it did it was cold.

Was there Saturday evening 22/5, slowest service I've ever experienced. I gave up after about 35 minutes stuck in the drive through queue, had to drive over the high kerb to escape! Won't be going there again. I wouldn't mind but there were only about 5 or 6 cars in the queue.

Ordered Chicken Burger , happy meal chicken nuggets. Also a Fish o fillet meal unfortunately this was rancid tried to contact McDonald's dearsley Road but the phone kept on cutting off ( great for customer services) Second rate company run by third rate half wits.

Visited after a concert at Tottenham. Was extremely busy for the time of night (entered drive-thru around 11:50pm left around 40 mins later) Staff were somewhat ok. Food was ok.

Problems with the scan and trace app, but otherwise very good. You know what you are getting with McD and its reasonably priced and decent enough grub to fill a hole after a hard day's graft! They are currently closing at 10pm, so be aware if eating in!!

Tasteless food. They are about their speed of service and don’t care about quality of food. Cold burgers and Salty sad looking soggy fries!! Be prepared for heart attack! Order notes are missed always and often mix up orders. This is a 24/7 McDonald’s.

How do you guys mess up your orders so I went their and ordered 2 mcrispy meals but the Asian women on the speaker gave me one of the mcrispy without buns when I ordered it originally but the other was fine so please make up for the bad services

Fairly large car park. Friendly staff and the security staff are exceptionally commendable especially in looking out for the kids. Could have done better with a bigger toll and more cashier during peak periods. Other wise it's a great experience

Busy as anything. The turning into it is hard work especially when cars don't drive down and you end up covering the oncoming lane. Birds everywhere and it doesn't help when people feed them. Other than that... Great

Hands down the worst McDonald's you will ever visit in the world. Staff are utterly useless. Avoid using the drive through, you could be there for an hour. Would advise you go further down the road to Ballsmore Lane.

I Definitely give five stars for the sweetest employee Amina, there was a problem with the waiting time she made sure to resolve it with a smile on her face. within 1 min we were out. Amazing! thx Amina!

Worst MC Donald's, always something missing, fries are stale never fresh, waited over an hour for our delivery when it was supposed to be 25 minutes. Milkshake tasted like runny milk. Not impressed

Love Fillet-O-Fish. Oh! My Days! Decent branch and drive through is good. Great customer service. Never had any problems, hence the 5* rating. Drive through always busy on weekends/ evening.
