While I was deployed with the army my wife went to Aaron's because our washer stopped working. We decided to go with a new set so we wouldnt have to worry about anything going wrong in the near future. As I was deployed I was not able to be there for the install to make sure everything was installed right. Well this is where the problem begins. During the install the dryer vent hose was not replaced with a new one and on top of that they pushed the washer and dryer so far back into the hose that it was bent beyond use and started to collect lint. As well as that mistake the metal tube that comes out of the dryer to attach the dryer vent hose was damaged, bent in I'm assuming to make the hose slide in easier, IE lazy installers. Well now 8 months later as we got the dryer in November of 2018, the dryer quit heating yesterday July 16 2019. So I come home from work pull the dryer out and had to buy a replacement hose because of the damage to the hose they did not replace to begin with. It was full of lint, which can cause the heating element to go out, and did so in our case. So I call Aaron's yesterday evening to try to get them to fix their mistakes. On top of all the mistakes the lady I talked to was rude and kept trying to pass me to other people to be dealt with. I even talked to one of the installers who after I told exactly what he did wrong put me on hold and passed me back to mrs rude sales associate. After going back in forth with her she started talking about some club membership that would have covered the dryer if we had paid but since we were paid in full, might I add paid off early, they wouldnt do anything. So I start asking about the club membership and come to find out they failed again. My wife went into the store every time to pay the payment and apparently only paid the club membership 2 times. So I ask my wife what is the club membership and why did you quit paying for it. She responds with I have no idea because she wasnt told anything about it. Well the sales associate tells me they ask if you want to pay for it each time you go in the store to pay. My wife said she was only asked her name and they took are payments with no mention of a club membership. The sales lady rudely says well I cant help you anymore I'll have my sales manager contact you tomorrow. She took my name and number down and today July 17 2019 I did not receive a phone call. We also had to pay $380 to repair the heating element that was overloaded/overheated due to improper install clogging the hose per the repair technician. So basically we were screwed over from the install and Aaron's doesn't want to own up to their mistakes and fix the problem. That's a great way to treat people especially veterans who were unable to help their spouse with the process ,as I was deployed, and Aaron's took advantage of her. This is a disgrace and I will not be stopping with a Google review. I hope this helps you to not choose Aaron's, as if they will screw over a soldiers family, I'm sure they will yours too.
This store is one of the most unprofessionally businesses I have ever dealt with. I’ve been a customer for a year now and I’ve never experienced a problem until now! I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in my life, from a regional manager (Quinten) at that! My payment has auto drafted on the 1st of every months, for a year now, with no issues! Right now, we are going through the COVID-19 PANDEMIC! I called on 3/27 or 3/28 and spoke to Ron. I advised my payment would need to draft the 15th instead of the 1st of April and explained why. On 4/2/19 I received a call from Quinten about my payment. I advised that I called days prior and set up for it to come out on the 15 this month only and resume the 1st starting in May. He asked if my pay dates changed and I told him no. He told me in his exact words I”m not going to just put some random date in the computer I need to know why.” I told him to take the money off my card on the 15th and that I called and went over this days prior. He told me that Ron didn’t put anything in the system. We went back and forth for another several minutes before I asked to speak to a manager and his exact words were “the buck stops here with me” I asked for his name again which he told me he was not going to give it to me AND he never did. While I was speaking he placed me on hold and NEVER came back so I eventually hung up. I called back and got the name of the person I spoke to which is how I know his name now. I’ll never get anything from Aaron again and I urge any and everyone reading this to not make the same mistake I make. There’s plenty other competitors with better leadership skills. We planned to get a TV soon but obviously it won’t be from here! Also since this has happened I’ve been called 3 times about the payment and today my boyfriend who I did put as a reference just received a call about my April payment! Why is he being called about something I’ve spoken to several people about. THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION IN PARTICULAR!
I am not happy with my experience.I am paying $2500 for a washer and dryer the washer was fine.but my roomate as he was leaving for work watched the delivery men pull out the dryer on its side and scoot it across concrete leaving scratches on the side.They couldn't get it into the laundry room but we're able to get the washer in.the left scratches on the floor and scratches and chunks out of the wall.the dryer is sitting in my living room.I spoke to a manager who was very nice he was going to replace it and set up a delivery for Friday afternoon.I had several things I had to do but I waited around for 4 hours for them to come but no one came.I called and they said its be after 8pm but they close at 8 I did not want them causing a rucus in my apartment building that late so I called back and cancelled it.when I did we asked when the store manager would be in and with attitude the man said Monday so we asked for corporate number and he would not give it to us.very dissatisfied.I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager because I have to have a dryer I have no choice but to use this one that has been scratches.
Worst experience ever they charge my bank without me even knowing multiple times and put my account in negative. Also charged my fiance account with out any notice and took. Whatever amount they wanted 2 times back to back and out her in the negative. They hired a guy that is name Mario and he is so ignorant was talking to him and he got an attitude and just hung up the phone on me. I advise anyone shopping around for anything that arrons sells, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The couch I got from them I got the display and it had 2 rips in the couch cushions told them about it and they said they would have a guy come fix it, it's been a year and still have the same 2 rips. Ethan is a manager and he is definitely a great guy and will work with you but everyone else at arrons is the most ignorant people I have ever spoken to in my life! STAY AWAY FROM ARRONS ON YORK ROAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I understand that this is a business....i would not prefer anyone to go to AARONS...I HAD 2 PAYMENTS left on my lease....yes I was 1 month behind....still 2 PAYMENTS left. 2.3 to be exact...anyway...i explain to the lady that I couldn't make a payment until the following week...she was rude...she told me well I has until Monday...this is a Friday....she proceeded to be rude and very unprofessional....if corporate would like to hear how they talk to customers...ill be sure to explain in further detail...they don't care about helping people in the midst of this pandemic...also..they kept calling everyday eventhough I said I would pay it the following week...this is not thr first time..i have had trouble with these people...dont shop there...unprofessional and all about money..bad customer service and feel they talk to people however they want
I’ve been an Aaron’s consumer for about 2years now, and I would not recommend dealing with this specific location. As Ron is amazing at customer service, Jeremy is piss poor. Today I received a false visit although I made a payment so i to call because his representative did not apply my payment to my account. After explaining my complaint and issues with the location. I finally asked him to have his manager called me and he tells me that I need to call the one 800 number in my complaint with just come back to Him. That’s not customer service
My wife got a washer and dryer. While we were waiting on delivery. My wife calls 5 days later they said we canceled that order we don't have it in stock. They should have called us to let us now but they did not. So my wife ordered a different one and we waited for delivery and again a week went by and my wife calls back. They said they had staffing issues could not deliver it tell monday. That's not are problems. It needs to be delivered on Monday February 27, 2023 or I will take my business elsewhere. Don't buy from here.
Customer service is terrible. I would never recommend anyone I know to come to the Nolensville Rd location in Nashville. If I could I’d give zero stars. Desire doesn’t know how to talk to customers in a respectable manner. She doesn’t know how to listen without talking over the customer. Very negative attitude. I’m not even sure why she’s working with the general public, she doesn’t have the personality for it. Definitely not a people’s person. Very rude. Not a good look for this business.
I'm sorry for everyone who has had a bad experience, but I can't say that. I have had the best experience with this store since Dec of 2021. There have been a few times my payment didn't go through, which was my fault, but they didn't bug me. Yes, they did call me, but I'm glad they did because I wouldn't have known in time, and I would have had to pay a late fee. Thank you for the great customer service!
Ron helped me with everything I needed from the 1st day I called them. I had some trouble with my availability on getting it delivered and he even offered to help me out and come to my home on a Saturday to deliver it for me. He’s so amazing and very professional. You can tell he loves his job and will go above and beyond for his customers. Thank you Ron for all of your help !
I was always a week or 2 early for payments. I was 1day late and they called all day. I answered when I got off work and they stated rudely they couldn't wait for payment. I told them to come get it. Then manager tried to tell me how the CSR spoke to me was a misunderstanding. Go somewhere else.
Terrible. I ordered online, and they took the money out of my bank. A week guess by i cask and they say they couldn't verify my information. My boss said no one called and my apartments are closed on Sunday. I never got my furniture. And they won't give nd my money back.
It seems as they are going through some major interior renovations. It was a complete mess and the employees were obviously adversely affected as they had trouble processing the simplest of transactions. Id be interested to go back once the renovations are complete.
I was one day late and thy called my landlord not cool at all they will be coming and picking up the bed room suite soon, and not only was the dresser broken that they delivered to me I had to wait a whole week to get a new one and a discount was not even offered.
They approved me, took my money and told me I couldn’t get the said item I was approved for. Now Customer service isn’t answering and I have no way of getting my money back l. NEVER DOING BUSINESS HERE AGAIN
Friendly and got me in and out pretty quick. Only one problem I rented a xboxone and the worker gave me an xbox360 controller and no power cord. Good thing I knew what was missing before I left.
