ZERO STARS-I ordered pick up to save time. The Walmart order was ready in the time frame. When I went to pick it up I waited well past the time slot I had reserved to pick up my order. I pulled up in the spot. there was only one other car there waiting for their order. I called the store when I got there because I was having issues with the app. I called 5 different times and got no answer. I finally had a worker call me back after another 20 minutes and he said he would bring it out. I watched another 9 customers who had come after me get their order. I kept waiting. there appeared to be no issues with my order and my email order stated it was ready. I had my drivers license ready. After nearly an hour I gave up waiting and left. I will never ever use this store for pickup. The staff were unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. after I left I called to let them know I wasn't going to be getting my order and needed to cancel. The woman on the phone said I would have to call 1-800 Walmart. I was very upset and did not want to say anything rude so I hung up. I found the number, called the customer service line and was told that I would not be charged for my pick up order since I did not pick it up. Low and behold this evening I looked at my email and I had a notification that my order was picked up and I was charged for it. I am livid! You are supposed to have an ID to pick up an order so that someone does not steal it. I was stolen from! I immediately called customer service again (1-800-walmart) and asked for a refund back. I was told my order was picked up by someone. I told her it wasn't me or my spouse. I was issued a refund from Walmart customer service. I can't believe the behavior of some of the people that worked the pick up this afternoon. I feel disrespected. I hope the person who got my order enjoyed hauling 96 cans of doctor pepper, 4 lbs of sugar, 5 lbs flour and melted ice cream into their home. I will never ever use this store for pick up again.
I had to run into Walmart yesterday to fix an honest grocery pickup mistake. Never in my life have I seen such great customer care or been taken such great care of myself. Upon arriving to customer service, I witnessed Marie ( she appeared to be customer service manager or maybe just a manager, im not sure) go out of her way to take care of the needs of an elderly women, she kindly asked the other guests if they would allow the elderly woman to go first ( this woman was struggling to stand). The other guest were kind enough to let the lady go ahead of them. The manager then contacted another employee to grab a gentleman that worked there to help the elderly lady get to her car and load it. The manager also helped another lady in the line who was elderly take care of her needs timely and efficiently. I’ve never seen a team work so well together and this manager was the glue. Marie was encouraging and respectful to everyone especially her employees, the other employees were happy to pull together and keep everything running smooth. Marie also greeted everything with a smiling face and was attentive to what they were saying. Customer service was super busy that day but wait time was not long for anyone. I was helped quickly and then the lady in charge of grocery pickup , Abrianna (I probably miss spelt that) was quick to come help me. She graciously walked with me to grab the items I needed, bagged them, and walked me out so that I would have no trouble. She also told me if I ever had items missing from my pickup order to simply call and they would bring the items to my car. I was so impressed with the customer care from everyone. Especially these two ladies. I hope this review gets to the big bosses because these ladies and Walmart team are doing an excellent job. Seriously best experience I’ve ever had in a store.
Just a bad place to go period. The auto department is useless I would tell anyone to stray away from them for anything auto related for repair. This image is from a oil shop that had to take so much time to get off the oil filter due to Walmart doing a horrible job putting it on. The guys said the tech must have not hand tighten it and used a tool which is not standard practice. So it took them more time and cost me more money. I told the shop I went to Walmart last time and he said that place is full of basically students who don't have really experience. So don't take your car truck or anything their for anything auto related. You'll be paying more money down the road. I've had so many problems before with Walmart and this time I am no going back. They say they do things by the manufacture standards but they don't. Last year I brought my truck in with one flat tire they said was not repairable. And was trying to force me to buy 4 new tires due to they said was the manufactures recommendation which I did. I called Dodge and they said this is not true if the truck is selectable 4 wheel drive then you can replace a single tire. I went back and got the manager on the phone with Dodge and he looked so stupid. Then goes on to say afterwords "Its Walmarts recommendation" I wrote Walmart corporate which never replied. So they do things the way they want them done with tech who are training and have no real knowledge. So please don't take your car, truck or anything to Walmart spend a few extra bucks and take it to a real shop.
I regret to say that this Walmart now has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire 12 years of living in Nashville. Today, October 1, 2022, I had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. On that day, I went to my local Walmart to buy engine oil and engine filters because all five of my family's cars were due for an oil change. I was using a device located in the oil section that would help me find the right engine oil and filter. While I was doing that, an employee came up, unscrewed the device, removed it, and took off with it. I only turned my attention away for 2 seconds, and I wasn't even done using the machine!!!!!!! How could this employee be so careless and neglectful?!?!?!?! If you're a store manager, I would really appreciate it if you could possibly identify this employee and discipline them to do better. Because of this employee's shear carelessness, I was not able to buy what I was wanted. And please keep in mind that I'm working under a tight schedule, so this really messed my plans up.
Was checking out, self check out was all that was available and had to wait a long time for that!. I accidentally scanned an item twice. Waved for a girl to help me and she finally started walking towards us. Started to walk by and I said, excuse me, I need some help. She looked at me with a little discust and said with huge attitude, " okay!!!", then walked past me. Lol, I didn't realize the guy behind us was who she was walking towards. She walked back and forth past us several times, getting a manager to also help that guy. Not once did she tell us, just a minute or I'll be right with you. After she was finished with him, she walked back to front. We finally had to go get the manager to help us. I wasn't rude, I just asked if she could help us. Customer curiosity wasn't her strong point. This was my third bad experience in Nashville, my first was with Wyndham timeshare so that I can't hold against Nashville, your going to have a bad experience with them wherever you go, lol.
I chose to bring my daughter to this Walmart to pick up supplies for her dorm room while I am in town because of the location and service that I received when visiting last year. Apparently, the employees have changed because while checking out, 3 employees in blue vest chose to stand close to me and my daughters and STARED at us the entire time while I checked out and paid. They were staring so hard that I could feel the heat of their eyes on my skin!! They were not off in the distance, they were standing near us like they were a part of my family. Like, if there was a problem, someone should have spoken up to me. I, trying to be the bigger person, ignored this ignorant behavior so I wouldn't act a fool in front of my girls and let others see me in a stereotypical light as a black woman. I will never again visit this location if I can't shop and check out in peace. Walmart, if you are seeing this, please coach your employees on customer service.
I admit I hate actually going inside Walmart and avoid it as much as possible. It’s just too much craziness to deal with. I’m giving 5 stars here solely for my InHome delivery experience from this particular store. I get delivery to my front door, and the InHome delivery people always do a great job. Usually it’s either Arneka, Jeff, or Sebastian, although there have been a few others. The InHome service is great. No added expense of tipping, which is not allowed. (No third party delivery confusion that I sometimes experienced with Walmart+ delivery, plus I “had” to tip, which I did, but it added a strain to my grocery budget.) InHome delivery people are Walmart Associates. They are professional and reliable. The total cost of having Walmart+ and InHome is comparable to Amazon Prime, which I dropped a few years ago and haven’t missed at all. I’ll add that the few times I’ve done pick up at this store, that has gone quite well also.
Came in today for a tire plug and was refused due to them saying it was in repairable. Now he’s the issue i have to buy 4 new tires. I bought 4 brand new tires last year due to some policy which makes no sense for a 4X4. So I was told we have to replace all 4 but we’ll get you 40% discount. Tires have 10k miles on them. So I told them I’ll get it fixed somewhere else just rotate the tires. Almost 2 hours in the store waiting for a rotation. Came in with the request to fix drivers rear and took a picture now still same tire not moved at all. They didn’t even do the tire rotation. What blows my mind is they would rather waste my time and not do the rotation which would void my warrantee. Don’t come to Walmart for tires they are just there to sell new tires and not work. By the way the manager never leaves his office so what are you paying this guy for.
What makes this Walmart Supercenter different to us than others, is that Steve Williams, the longest tenured Walmart manager I have ever encountered in the 37 years I have been shopping @ Walmart, is more than an acquaintance to us. He is gracious & respectful to his customers & team members as well. I told Mona in the Pharmacy while I was purchasing the only item bought yesterday, that OrEO my Service Canine and I haven't seen Steve in quite some time. As we were leaving the store, there was Steve. He seemed like he was in a hurry to put out some kind of (figurative) fire in the store, and sincerely asked us to come back in a few days to be able to visit with him a bit more. Quite frankly, I will likely avoid any Walmart-ing the rest of calendar 2019 due to the intensity of the increasingly commercial nature of the so-called holiday season.
I frequently shop here for just about everything simply because, well, it has just about everything. I mean, come on. Where else can you buy groceries, grab a cake from the deli, get your tires and oil changed, get your prescription filled, get your taxes filed, do banking, get your hair cut, get a new phone, get supplies to redecorate your home, and get your eyes checked all under one roof? To be quite honest, I'd say that a lot of people's errands could easily fall under at least one of these categories so it just makes sense to have it all done in one place. We're all trying to save time and money and what better place to do that than Walmart? The surrounding area around this particular Walmart especially helps round out all of the essential businesses you would ever need to interact with in your day to day life.
Just no self checkout of I want to work after work if stay at my job that pays me not do free labor for Walmart - quit cutting jobs and give jobs back to the working man and women! Get rid of self checkout ! - this feels like more of a police or jail now. CCTV all over the place staff pretending to be helpful only to ensure that you are not lifting. Feels like CCTV is on every isle. Also the bathrooms having notifications that shoplifting is bad. It seems like every Walmart is becoming more and more questionable on how it's treating it's community. Armed police at every entrance. Eye balling you down armed to the teeth with several magazines of ammunition and intimidating postures... Walmart is becoming very anti consumer. It's safe to say I do not feel safe shopping at a Walmart at all.
Came in to cash a check and pick up some items, entered the left entry as you face the store, headed to Customer Service, where I usually cash my checks, but they have a Money Center that performs this service (larger store than the eastern location) that's located in the central register area. Check cashed, I turned to the front, again, and located a power cart to do some quick shopping, heading to the pharmacy area to grab a box of glasses cleaners for the car, then to pick up a curtain rod for my apartment. I got my shopping done fast and easy, then went to check out, and with the busy crew, actually waited longer to check out than it took to shop. They were working hard, though, and I'm a patient man. They do a good job, were pleasant, and the shopping experience was enjoyable.
Horrible store and the laziest employees! I placed a pick up order. Received an email saying it was ready. Later, I drove out there to pick it up. I put in my parking space number and it said my order would be out shortly. Ten minutes later, I got another email saying it had been picked up and thanked me for shopping at Walmart. I had not received anything. I asked an employee at another car what was going on. He was confused and said he would be right back. He didn't come back. I had to go to the door and talk with a supervisor. She looked at her phone, said nothing, and went inside and never came back. After 40 minutes and no explanation or my order, I left. What an enormous waste of time and money. Will never shop there again. Lazy employee, inside the store and at pickup.
Walmart is a well-known retail chain that offers a wide variety of products at affordable prices. The store is known for its extensive selection of groceries, clothing, electronics, home goods, and more. Walmart is a one-stop-shop for many people, offering everything from fresh produce to household items. The store is also known for its competitive pricing, making it a popular destination for budget-conscious shoppers. Walmart has continued to expand its offerings in recent years, including the addition of online grocery ordering and pickup services. The company also offers a range of services such as a pharmacy, photo center, and auto care center. Overall, Walmart is a convenient and affordable option for many consumers looking for a wide selection of products in one place.
First let me say that for the most part I like shopping at Walmart, now comes the BUT, what I really dislike is being forced to use self checkouts because of the lack of live checkers. The stores have lots of checkout lanes with only one or two open. Sorry I shop for items, load basket, unload basket at checkout and now I am forced to work to scan and bag my groceries, and do not get a discount for doing so. I am elderly and like to select my own groceries but I think doing the whole process on a regular basis is a little much…….Walmart open your eyes to this problem, hire more checkers, do more to get more people to apply and then work to keep these employees. If I happen to occasionally get a good checker, they are very rarely there when I make a return visit.
Lots of space and plenty of room! While some Walmarts are crowded with products that tower over your head and confuse buyers this one takes a different approach. Plenty of viable shelf space can be found and really cuts down on the decision making process. I especially liked how short the lines were and you won't feel crowded getting eggs or chicken. There's even live in-store entrainment when a delivery of sanitizer arrives, people crowd around and start making quite a scene jumping up and down. I felt like I was at a concert! Someone was yelling "Last stick of butter, Battle Royale!!" Which I assumed was a new Fortnite™ expansion so it's good to see them getting current game titles in. Overall a great experience that left me wanting to come back for more!
Placed an order for curbside. Confirmation said they had everything and would hold for 4 days. Went to pick it up on days and had already been restocked. Staff was nice and said they could re-pick it, so I waited. Person who loaded it in assured me the order was complete but when I got home, I found half the items were missing. Unable to get through to anyone at the pickup desk or the store's customer service - line would ring almost 3 minutes, then disconnect. Was going to place a new order to replace the missing items, but 1 item I had ordered 7 of is now out of stock. No refunds in my bank account so far, still showing full amount was charged. Tweeted about it and have gotten an auto-reply asking me to DM.
Typical Walmart...got what we needed, semi attitude from employees, wasn't greeted, but nothing too bad,as I've been to this location before and been a great visit. That was until, travelling with an elderly family member of Nashville, I was informed to not travel alone or at night. He explained that usually he and other elderly would drive to different locations ,outside of the area, due to the fact that a neighbor in his Senior living had been mugged at this location and others claimed to be followed in the parking lot. Not sure I'd go back even if It had been a 5 ⭐ visit. It definitely caused concern so I had to give this particular location a 2 ⭐. And most likely not returning.
I Absolutely Hat Going To Walmart NO Matter Where It's At. Explain To Me Why After A Customer Is Done Shopping, We then Have To Ring Up Our Items. I Don't know About Everyone Else but After Fighting With Children, Usually Beinging There for 2 Hours bc Its So Packed You Can Barely Make Down An Aisle, The Absolute LAST THING I Want to DO is TO RING UP MY OWN Purchase. WALMART, This IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & WHY AS A CORPORATION, YOU THINK IT IS. How About You Invest All The Billions On Hiring Employees So Your Customer DO NOT Have to Ring Themselves Up After Spending All There Money In Your Horrible Stores. The Only Reason I Have To Go Is Bc Its All We Have In Dickson,TN.
I requested three times for an associate to see if they could get shopping carts into the store. There were none and I had to goto the lot and retrieve one myself. It is evident that the Manager of the store could care less about the carts as he never responded. By the time I was finished shopping I could have used a secondary cart at the check out so I could off load the groceries from the shelf into a new cart while my wife continued to empty the cart we retrieved. No one and I mean no one was interested in getting carts into the store. Unbeliveably bad customer service. So maybe you outta get a manager that is waware of what is going on and do something. Thank you
In my Opinion their pickup needs works. I waited for about an hour and a half for them to come to my car and told me that my item probably isn’t even ready and then finally showing them my name for whatever reason it wasn’t popping up. I also had gotten a confirmation from Walmart to say is that my item has been picked up at 12:50 PM but it’s weird because I was in the parking lot when that happened. this morning I had gotten a reminder text message to come pick up my order and I’m thinking there’s no way it’s already picked up because I’m here and I haven’t gotten my order yet so after a while I finally got my order so sometimes I wonder if pick up is even
As a Nashville native l can honestly say this is the best Walmart in the city. I stopped by the automotive center everyone was kind. I decided to shop while getting my car worked but didn’t have a cart. Out of no where a worker named Rico asked if l needed help (which NEVER happens at any other location). I needed a cart and he went to get it for me even though we were in the back of Walmart. The restrooms are always clean, automotive is always available, and they always answer the phone. Whoever management are they’re doing a great job. Y’all have a good team!!! I’ve been shopping here since l was a kid and I’ve never had a bad experience, thank y’all.
I wouldn’t know what to do if I went into this store and they actually had carts available. Had to go all the way back to the parking lot to get a cart. I’ve NEVER been here where they had carts in the store. I usually try to avoid going to ANY Wal Mart and regret it every time I do. It was the typical walk a mile to find a checkout that’s at the opposite end of where you parked because half of the lanes are closed. Then you have to check yourself out. Nasty employees including the greeter. I was the one thanking him and telling him to “Have a nice day!” Worthless. If you want to get your steps in, come here
The tire department is horrible. I am a senior and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I bought 4 tires 8 months ago. I bought the road hazard with them. I had a flat tire. I took it to be fixed. It could not be fixed it was a road hazard problem. A hole in the side wall. I take it to Walmart. They tell me they don't sale those tires anymore. So I asked what can I do I I was told I need to buy a tire. I paid for a high priced tire. I asked them to rotate my tires they refused. Said I would have to bring it back. This is not rright.
Someone stole my hat out of my shopping cart when I stepped away two days ago. I go back today to ask if it was in lost and found. I was referred to a manager who said she’d go look. I waited 25 min and when she never came back, I asked another employee, who’s badge said team lead, where she was. I said she was going to look in L&F for my hat and he, without looking, said there’s no hat there. Something that could have taken less than a minute took 25 because…. Who cares, right? Obviously no one here because F us
Was here on 10/25/22 at around 4:20pm to pick up my groceries. And it was raining really hard. So the employee kind of a heavy set guy was telling me to park at the other. Bay which I didn't want too cause there was a car about to leave and I figured well I'll be closer. So he literally made me wait to get my groceries because I didn't park into the spot he wanted me to. Very very un professional and terrible I won't be back to this wal mart anymore sad times were living in.
The machine stoled 100 hundred dollars from me and instead of the CSM doing the proper protocol she insinuated that I was lying and stealing. I told her she needed to look at the camera and see what took place. I also asked for the mangers in the situation. They di make it right but for the embarrassing moment I had to endure before it was made right . I will not ever walk in there again until I know them people are no longer employed. Money lost for them
They’re so ridiculously overkill about loss prevention here that it affects people who aren’t even doing anything wrong. I don’t need to be barked at “ma’am please don’t forget the stuff on the bottom of your cart” when it was literally the first thing I scanned SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I know how ridiculous they are here. Someone needs to tell them to chill out or at least be more polite about it because it’s making me not even want to shop here anymore.
Be careful shopping at this Walmart was charged 2 different taxes,it said tax 1 and tax 2 I called corporate and they said they would take care of it, the manager of the store said I could come and get a refund $.89 cost more in gas to go back and pick it up,so I gotta wait until I go shopping again.what an inconvenience, how many times have the stole money like this from me and other people? Better check them receipts or you may get got too
Worst experience ever. Waited an hour in that store for my last item which was cologne. Nobody ever helped me when they said they called someone. I walked around that whole store and saw people just on their phones. So I got my items i paid for and drove all the way to Dickerson road and they helped right away. I'll never go back to this store again. I'm very respectful, but the attitude I was getting is not worth going back..
If you’re looking for service with a smile don’t come here….went with a co-worker to get him an Xbox and the rudeness was real. After asking 3 people for assistance and waiting a hour Shelia graced us with her smuggy oh my goodness I can’t believe you inconvenienced me for this look on her face and proceeds to snap and say your going to have to pay with a card because I just got here and don’t have any money in the register.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. I only come here for propane exchanges. Every time I come it takes me more than half an hour to get that process finished. This time there weren’t even enough employees/they couldn’t find a manager to actually sell me the propane nor did they have enough people to unlock the propane cage…. Avoid this Walmart if you can, never had a good experience and I’ve lived in Nashville my entire life.
Always A Place To Get Things Taken Care Of. At There Vision Center I Was Quickly Taken Care Of, In Getting My Eye Glasses Readjusted To Fit Better. The Wonderful Thing About This Particular Center. If You Purchased Eye Wear From Them They Stand By Their Product 100%. At No Additional Cost To You. I Highly Recommend Their Eye Wear process, To In Clude Eye Exams. Thanks Walmart For Years Of Good Service. You're The Best.
Did some shopping for chicken for a party. Walmart had the best price. I don't like that they've pushed out smaller businesses or that they put some of their suppliers out of business by pushing prices too low. But they have started to pay better wages. They even now offer benefits to all employees working more than 30 hrs a week. Amazing what a shortage of workers and workers standing up for their rights does.
I literally used my last bit of energy and will power to run to the store after clocking out of a brutal 8 hour shift. They were closed at least 30 min early and the doors were shut & locked with no one around to explain at 10:25. Just post online guys, PLEASE. Or at least have someone to answer the phone. I called at 10:10 before I headed over. No answer. I understand being understaffed but this really blows.
Despise this retailer, although sometimes there is no other option when need something now. Except, last couple of years they are even short of stock. Went to simply get a key made. Kiosk wouldn't work, went to automotive, out of stock of my key (Ford) not sure would be getting back in. House key cost more than the automobile key. Was overcharged on house keys and cashier had to price override.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would the incompetence of this store is astounding. They did not open on time, they were understaffed, none of their departments were open and the the staff that was their was on their phones or would not acknowledge customers. I am now driving 30 miles away to do a return and I honestly will bypass this store completely from now on and go to Target.
Walmart is Walmart. You know I'm right. Buy oh, they moved the camp that was down in the woods and there was a cop there tonight shining his lights down into where those folks once lived. Not sure where they went, garbage is still there. The fence and all makes it creepy af. It just feels like a war zone over there. I have no idea why. Good luck nashville. I think we're gunna need it.
Lazy personal that works here. The store had floors being cleaned striped whatever an rolls where blocked off so I asked if one of the works could go over there an grab me a can opener an no that's my answer yeah so there my experience with them just hey like fast food restaurants or just please stay at home go get your welfare anything I'd like someone that wanted to help
The cashier was extremely helpful. Had card issues so they called for a manager. Waited 30 minutes and they never showed. In my experiences with every Wal-Mart including this one is that the manager would rather lose a customer then have to help with a problem. Highly disappointed. Would have given less if not for how helpful and understanding the cashier was.
Grocery online pickup is a joke! They notify you that your order is ready but be prepared to wait an hour once you get there to pickup. And that’s on a Tuesday morning!!! I understand they are understaffed but don’t overbook pickup times and notify that it’s ready if the wait time AT THE STORE is going to be over an hour!! And no one will answer the phones.
Horrible! 2 days before Christmas and not one cashier! Crazy long lines and finally they opened a few lanes. Why does Walmart have all those checkout lanes and never uses them all? Lines back up to the pharmacy. I will pay more for a product somewhere else with great customer service than to go to a store who clearly have not concern for their customers.
This is in direct reference to the auto center on the morning of Thursday, November 5, 2020. Great staff! First, a mechanic helped me even though it was technically before their opening time. Then, after they had opened and the whole staff was there, they made the process of my buying two front tires completely painless. Great crew. Highly recommend
The parking lot cart stalls were completely full and overflowing into driving lane. There were only two shopping carts inside at 7:10 PM. The store was dirty and had over-running garbage cans. There were carts packed with items not belonging to customers blocking isles. The employees we saw were working hard and nice; however, there weren't enough.
I'm not sure what else I can say, it's Walmart, some visit are more entertaining than other's especially if a Karen is in the store, or if someone decided to share there eclectic ensemble with us. This was a boring visit except for the blood splatter on the bathroom stall door. Even though they were notified of it I'm sure it's still there.
Terrible customer service. Said they would send a car and didn't. Completely degrading and rude and disrespectful. I was trying to get blankets and pillows because my family was in the hospital. So careless and inconsiderate. Will never come here again so mean and the security /dorr person is foolish. Don't come get anything bee
Several items carried at other Wal-Marts not carried here. Often out of what I am looking for. They try to do way too much restocking while customers are still shopping and block the aisles with pallets and make you dodge associates pushing pallet jacks. The peanut butter cookies at the bakery are amazing though.
Several employees here took the time to help me find a couple items. I was looking for that I had saw online and just generally gave me the impression that they Cared about what it was I was looking for and took the time to Explain some things to me, not something I'm used to in today's hustling bustle economy.
This store was much better and well staffed only a year ago amidst the pandemic and now that things are much better, you can barely find any help. There is usually only one person staffing the help center as well as return section work long line. Also, the parking lot has many homeless people wandering around!
I go here frequently because it's a one-stop shopping experience. I dislike the self checkout being the only option most of the time. It's not handicap friendly at all. I'm used to the associates being rude as hell, so I'm not bothered by that. I go here at least twice a week simply because it's convenient.
Got in, found all my items quickly then it all fell apart when checking out. I was purchasing alcohol which required an adult to check my ID … there apparently was none available!?! I waited for 15+ minutes … finally left WITHOUT the alcohol. Not sure who is running the show but they need to do better …
Stood in line at walmart to return a defective $5 back pack wanted to exchange it found on and now I have to stand back online to exchange according to Betty my customer service rep confirmed by a supervisor If this is policy it’s ridiculous and unheard of in retail please feel free to enlighten me
We usually go here first but we were shopping for school clothes for the kids and apparently they are in the middle of a remodel and they shut down bathrooms because they were experiencing sewage issues. Wish we would have gotten the memo earlier. Hopefully everything is back to normal.
New Mexican here, came to pick up money with my hispanic boyfriend we had to almost cuss out these folks because they didn’t know what country New Mexico was?? If we had blue eyes with blonde hair they’ve would’ve not had asked for his passport! Never coming to Nashville again.
It's a big shopping area. I went here to buy shoes but I couldn't find the suitable ones. Here I bought shots. They are good. Here strawberries are big and you can buy cottage cheese for less price. You can find a lot of different plants. I took ceramic plate. It's very cheap.
Busy had 2 regular check out lines open. The check out lady was very efficient in sacking groceries. Suggest y use that one. Not very busy no check outs open don't have enough people to work them every one is pulling orders. That should not be a priority over inside service.
Terribly gross, lots of loitering, frightful parking lot, broken glass from previous car break ins, disgruntled staff, poorly stocked on some items, and homeless peeing on the side of the building and within the entryway. I have low standards because I still shop here.
Well where do I begin I was walking across the parking lot right outside the sidewalk at the doors and because I'm a pedestrian and had the right of way someone in a vehicle threatened to shoot me.... The customer service at this Walmart doesn't like to do there job
I still use the website but: I have all but stopped going in a Walmart because the one nearest me is at the end of the city's bus line. I just do not feel very safe in the store or parking lot. I have been approached too many times as I am about to unlock my car...
Showed up 15 minutes til close to get formula for my daughter , and was denied entry by security and store manager. For no reason other than it was 15min til close. Worst customer service ever. Wish walmart cared about the customers that want to pay for goods
One photo kiosk was down, the other one messed up before my picture printed. Then they directed me to a different Walmart and they did not have a photo kiosk?! Almost had to make a 4hour walk. Because of incompetent workers and faulty equipment
Bathrooms at front were out of order. All but 2 stalls at back bathroom were filthy. Self check out scanner glass unclean. I would not buy food from this Walmart. I reported bathroom condition to manager who said he would take care of it.
Is a beautiful place and comfortable very niceThe service it’s super fast and friendly people. The food is amazing. Have a Lotta options. Vegans and vegetarian have a Music life. On Sundays have a music live I very recommend this place
Very clean, not as many shoppers so no wait in line. Parking always open but little dirty in parking lots. Not the same deli selections as all other Walmart stores, they don't offer the larger quantities in deli as all other stores.
Worst pick up and delivery experience I have ever seen. 3 times my order has been delayed and then never showed up. Called to find out what’s going on I get attitude or they say “ It’s on it’s way “ 2 hours later it never shows up.
My experience at Walmart was awesome! Found everything I was looking to get. Just moved into my new apartment and needed all the essentials. The girl, Tamia, at the register was very quick and loaded up the bags like I requested.
DON’T buy glasses from the vision center here. Entire staff is incompetent; All of them. They won’t even honor their warranty. Was lied to multiple times, point blank. Very very bad experience. Rude workers; not knowledgeable.
I was having a hard time finding the hand towels you would use in your kitchen. I Asked an employee. From about 3 feet away she ignored me a few times and then said “I don’t know” and walked off. Exceptional customer service.
So been waiting 10 min in the electronics and I personally had to call the manager on duty to get service and that took another 10min to get service, and when serviced showed up no sorry for waiting or even a smile. DO BETTER
There wasn't any security The welcome person at the door was on his phone with his head down and didn't acknowledge us as we were leaving we could stolen goods but we didn't. And no one came to assist us when we needed help
Wish it didn't smell like pot every time I go here - probably customers rather than employees so I doubt there's anything that can be done about that. They're renovating so everything is a little... Chaotic right now.
It was a pleasant Sunday shopping experience. We found everything on our extensive list. Customer service folks helped us with our tax-exempt certificate with smiles on their faces. Thanks, Walmart Supercenter folks!
If i can not find anywhere else. Walmart will most likely have it. If not Amazon will. So they are remodeling and the new self checkout is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I would fire the guy who came up with that idea.
Walmart is ok. They have sometimes what you need but not all the time. They get ready for christmas way to early. They also have weird people. Like super weird. I was there today and a lady had almost no clothing.
Not my favorite walmart.one reason is the racist old man who is at door as ur leaving.has accused me of stealing 2 times with no proof. They can watch the cameras all they want and they will see I'm not a thief
Good sales. Self checkout is the norm here, but employees there if needed. You name it - Walmart probably has it. They definitely are ready for the holidays - they have stuff almost wall to wall in there!!
Very poor customer service. Rude manager. Only one open line. Stood in line for over 30 minutes. Manger kept walking saying “I am doing the best I can”. But lines were opened up. Staff standing around.
I shop here often for pantry staples. They carry several of the name products I use regularly. The only negatives are that there are often no carts in the store and check out lines are often long.
Olive Garden food has changed I ordered chicken Marseilla was not good at all. The salad great as usual. But my main dish was dry and nothing like it use to be. Will not go back there anyway soon
Always find what I need if not I will ask employee.Only problem remodeling couldn't find anything where it was normally been, but every place has to remodel every now and then. I'll be back.
Pick up is ALWAYS incorrect and you’re always waiting at least 15 minutes after you check in, regardless of how many cars there are. Surprisingly, the Dickerson Road Walmart is much better!
Store was nice and clean and organized. The employees were nice and helpful but my only are back was that they didn't have a clearance aisle. Gotta have clearance. Otherwise good store.
Don't have everything I'm used to shopping for. I have recently relocated to the Nashville area and they don't carry the same products I used to get at the Walmart's where I came from
Laziness in the whole store self check out. With 6 employees standing around with thumbs up there butts. Nice we the people have to even scan our own products. What good is Walmart
I'll never shop at Walmart again their online shopping is risky and they use third party vendors that don't back up their products. Walmart will not assist in any order malfunction
They have been under construction lately and things have been hard to find. However the store is getting some upgraded looks and I can't wait to see how it turns out …
Ask to speak with a manager to see if product was available. Ask it show in the app. He never show up. Very frustrated. Sandra at electronics has no customer service.
Walmart thank you for giving us Truckers to park our trucks and appreciate that honesty. We don't throw trash and we keep the parking clean as it was. Thanks ❤️
Just waited over an hour trying to get a fishing license..paged for help multiple times..no one came. Customer service unable to help. Wow!! No customer service
Pleasantly surprised on how much better it is than in the past. Friendly cashier and in and out in record time. Shelves stocked and Store looked a lot cleaner.
So far this is a good walmart. We do all of our shopping at Walmart so having a good store is very important. Only thing missing really is a gas station.
Used to like shopping here. Now since the remodeling takes you forever to find anything! Don't really like shopping here anymore makes me feel anxious!
They were out of a lot of items. When I went to check out, the lines were too ridiculously long. I ended up leaving with nothing.
Don’t stay here if ur an rv. They knock on ur door and tell u to leave at 6 am. I won’t be buying my groceries or supplies here.
They need to start paying customers for having to ring up their own stuff. I bought $500 worth of merchandise. Do better Walmart
The store looks much, much better. The people working were all nice, especially Ms. Donna. She was working at Customer Service.
Walmart was the one I always shopped at before I moved. I love the store. It was a great experience when I lived in Nashville.
Waiting over an hour to get pick up order!!!! 10 cars waiting. Please hire or close this option. This is not okay.
I loved my cashier, she was funny and personable, very efficient, and made sure I didn't walk without all my items.
