How are you gonna get mad about someone wanting a true product? Like you don’t want more money for your store? If someone asks for a real switch pro controller, and you hand them a third party one, why is it so bad to ask for an exchange? Game stores are dying because of people behind the counter with bad attitudes. My friend sends his wife to grab him the specific controller he needs and you belittle her and talk smack under your breath? I’m sorry being asked to do your job is soooo annoying. I work retail myself and that kind of attitude is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when one of the sweetest people ever was just trying to get the right thing for her husband. Whoever that lady with the pink hair gave my friends a terrible experience.

One of the best Gamestops I have been to in my entire life. The staff is very friendly and personable and have no problems looking you in the eye and having a real conversation about video games and everything in between. Midnight launches are more fun here than any Gamestop I've ever been to. The store manager works his tail off to make it more of an experience rather than just a purchase, and he succeeds. If you go to this Gamestop you can be sure that you're getting honest answers from people who really know what they're talking about.

Zero stars. Sub poor customer service. Received incorrect information from an associate regarding deadline to return a device. When I tried to return the device I was informed that the employee had been fired and that the manager could not process the return. The gentleman working also had poor customer service skills as he took calls and walked away from the counter multiple times, calling customers bruh, etc..

What did I do to look so suspicious to the point where the lady thought I was about to still or something, took her almost 20 min to just get me something from inside till I had to leave. I don’t think I will ever come back. They smile at you and talk to you nicely but when is time to get something you will become a statue. …

Sales guys guy ,told me just to come back in two weeks or check them out online!

One of our favorite stores ever. Great customer service. Good selection and they always have good deals and clearance and they also always have a great selection of new items every trip. My son always gets treated very respectfully he is only 14 but for years has been very well respected and treated fairly.

Typical GameStop, a small store. Do not come here seeking a bargain. To be honest I dont k ow how they survive in this industry against online competition. However the staff is eagar and knowledgeable. If you're the type that wants to see or hold or try something first then this is the place for you.

Everytime I've been to this location, the staff has been great. Needed to change out a defective device, no hassle and Willow was great! They helped me navigate through everything that I needed to do and was very courteous and informative about all the specials running and info about my new device!

Staff was really helpful in getting what I came to look for and even informed me of where I could find something something that they currently didnt have in stock. Although some Gamestops can be infuriating to deal business with, the ones in Madison make it a joy to shop there.

This review is for the employee named Ryan. He did an amazing job providing outstanding customer service. You can tell he really cares about helping people and getting the best deal. He knows his stuff too. GameStop needs to hire more staff like him.

I did the ordering & payment online with in-store pickup. It worked like a dream. My items were ready & waiting on me when I came in. The sales associate at the store was efficient & customer service driven.
