What can I say about my Agent Elizabeth Hernandez with Aaron Pinkus office. EVERYTHING! I was referred to Aaron Pinkus office when my husband and I purchased our first home. The referral came from my sister, and I'm so glad she referred us!!! My husband and I receive nothing less than impeccable customer service from Elizabeth. Every time I called or emailed her, she's ALWAYS responded within a couple of hours after we've reached out for assistance. Anything she may not have an answer for, which is rare, she works with her team to make sure we receive an answer and does her best to make sure the outcome is the best solution for us. We were insured with GIECO for over 10 years. With the purchase of our first home we felt we needed and deserved more personable service from an insurance agent for both our home and auto. Someone that we could connect to directly and express any issues of concerns we may have And thats exactly what we got! Angela is who we deal with the most and she is a superb agent with any questions we have but anytime we have needed anything we have never been disappointed with anyone there. Great place to make sure you have the insurance you need and they do no high pressure you for tons of insurance. We just switched to State Farm from another insurance company, and are already thrilled with our choice! Elizabeth at State Farm has been extremely responsive, informative, and kind throughout the entire process. The entire staff at the agency has been a joy to work with. The receptionist, whom I had not spoken to yet, recognized my name and congratulated me on our home purchase. I haven't had a great experience with insurance companies in the past, but this has been such a positive experience so far.

Lindsay McKinley, is very pleasure, patience and helpful each and every time I call into the office. She always make sure that I understand every word that she has explained before I ok it. My mother been in insurance with State Farm for quite sometime and I just got on the policy by myself for a year now and I can say I have never had any issues. Lindsay is one of the best!!!!!
