This is a traditional small mall but with amazing non branded stitched and unstitched fabrics. You can get all type of fabric here ranging from lawns to delicate cloth. Lace shops also available and tailoring shops as well. The shopkeepers are decent and you can bargain for prices. There are jewelry shops and an accessories shop too with a parlor in the basement. The mall is not airconditioned but airy. Parking is available but difficult to find and is paid. Ideal for shopping during working hours as there is less traffic. The mall only has stairs so difficult to climb for elderly and special individuals.

My shopping experience was amazing but its not a child friendly place so kids less than 7 will be bored no ATM machines here but just next to aashiyana we have forum which has shoes and bags and eatery outlets also the prices are higher than hyderi and raabi but the variety is unmatched all kind of loose fabric for shadi biah and marriage is available here u need to know your haggle ethics real bargain happens if u r well mannered. Alot of cultural color is seen please carry enough cash here as many don't deal in debit n easy cash facility.

The shopping center is Full of unstitched clothing with wider range for every material.. Now a days maysuri fabric is so inn and they have excellent varieties, a bit expensive then Rabi center well its upto the person's bargaining skills. It also has varieties for embroidered velvet, khaddi cotton, nets and cutwork fabric.. Well a nice experience for shopping with varieties at hand.. I did buy 4 3pc suit of khaddi cotton(indian fabric), 4 suits of maysuri and 4 yards emboidered velvet fabric as well. Total damage: 16,000 PKR.

Ashiyana shopping mall is a place where you'll get cloth of all types either shaffon, lawn, cotton, silk etc. I usually buy clothes from here for weddings and daily use as they have huge variety to choose from. Other than clothes you'll get very good and reasonable jewellery from here as well. If you have the craze of designing you can come here and buy clothes of your choice and get them stiched as per your designs. Mostly shopkeeper are friendly and professional. Bargaining is must.

Very nice place in general but the cleaniness is not good. If you search enough you can find exactly what you need as the variety is exceptional but the shop workers are sometimes very creepy so beware but this is Pakistan and women aren't treated well here so carry a weapon i recommend bringing a very nice shoe to hit someone with or perhaps some rings which have a lot of impact to punch someone with

This market has reasonable price for good raw cloths , its more likely you will have more options in un-stitch variety, but it would be better if you buying loooking for party wear/wedding cloths and you wanna bling bling than you have to roam before rabi center /gulf/market next to gulf seach all option togather than buy somehting, and specially you want to buy chixkenkari stuff than go directly to ashiana

Aashiana Shopping Mall is well known for its a large variety of ladies unstitched dresses. It is not too much costly but arverage prices. Cloth for suiting and gents shirts is also available at some shops. All the accessories of female dresses is also easily available. There are also some which have good collection is cultural dresses and shoes.

I could easily say after material hunting on several occasions, that Aashiana is quite the rip off. One could easily find the exact same materials(if not better) at Tariq road for half the price. I wouldn't recommend this place in the least if you are on a tight budget or value your money. Shopkeepers rarely fall for the bargaining game.

Not a good mall by any means. Strongly not recommended by me. The ladies clothes sold here are all imitation and bear very low quality. In fact the whole purpose of this mall is to sell cheap imitations of higher brands, which in my opinion is the worst thing to do... Hygienic level os is also extremely poor. For me it is a no go.

Ashiana Shopping Mall is safe.It has a proper car parking area .It has many shops where you can get Wedding clothes for a Bride.There are different shops of jewelry Laces shoes and cosmetic.You can bargain when buying the clothes and different food stalls.The shopkeepers are very polite and they offer you tea or cold .

Ashiana mall is popular for its large variety of stitched and unstitch fabrics for ladies. It has been popular since the day it opened its gates for business. It’s impossible to get parking, unless you go at odd hours. Fabric is decently priced so small boutique owners crowd here to strike a good bargain.

The best remarkable and realable chundry shop in town.. very best service along with originality.. about 25 years old shop, doing costumer satisfying all around.. This shopping center has everything! Lawn suits, cotton suits, embroidered suits, stitched, unstitched, dupattas, party, wedding or bridal wear, buttons, bows, laces and tassels. Also imitation jewelry. And first or second copy designer suits are available here at great bargains. Seeing is believing.

Not air conditioned so be prepared for lot of sweating except 2 winter months in Karachi. There is so much variety of ladies clothing and clothing accessories that most of unstitched cloths needs will be covered at good prices if you know how to bargain. Pathan shopkeepers are also good.

My 2nd visit to karachi and first visit to Aashiana shopping mall. Went there in search of karachi mehendi but start purchasing clothes really like the variety there.No price difference feel between Islamabad and karachi Aashiana shopping mall but cloth variety is different

Limited parking. Paan spillage at many places. Shops are fine, however shopping experience is not up to the mark. A couple of shops are extremely professional and courteous, however they are in minority when comparing all shops located here.

Mostly ladies clothing. Only ground floor ia open rest of the building is like ghost shopping mall. Very congested and a bit scary to shop in there as structure of the building don't looks stable.

A wide variety of women's clothing is available here, both stitched & un stitched. Caution should be exercised as counterfeits of high end brands also available, but are usually sold as replicas.

It's usually crowded at times as this place is the best after sadar for buying clothes, including females and males. The only issue is the parking spots, rest of the experience is wonderful.
