Speaking only for the Victoria branch, although things didn't go according to plan (what does lately?), the team here handled things really well. They were super flexible with pick up dates, and tried hard to problem solve the things that didn't pan out as expected. They were also really courteous and empathetic. Nothing's perfect all the time, but it makes a difference when folks are helpful and understanding.

I received a voicemail that my door was ready on May 2nd and it seems impossible to reach someone to in their sales department. I left 2 or 3 voicemails but I haven't heard from anyone. It's been 5 business days now and it's holding back my installers. You would imagine they would want to collect the balance for the door.

There inventory is poor .. all the wood they get is poor and warped.. I got trained poorly there.. there machines are like 40yo. spent your money somewhere else.. another Americanized company that just care about quantity not quality.. poor company . Poor poor poor

Bought a little lock from this place, decided it was too small. Came back to return it 2 hours later and was denied a return. Guess it's really hard for them to re-package a lock. Not only are their products overpriced, they don't offer returns.

Gentleman at the desk sold us a pull bar for handicap bathroom which he said was ‘to code’ Turns out it isn’t. They would not take the return and offered nothing in its place. Very disappointing service.

I always love coming here. There is almost everything you can desire that they will have, and even if they don't they will make an effort to find it for you. I will keep coming back.

Inside sales were super helpful... the people over the phone could use a bit more product knowledge. Had to drive in to get what I wanted. But worked out good.

Some staff is good and knowledgeable but it only takes a couple rotten eggs. Non-stock takes ages to get in but mostly an industry issue.

Downstairs staff, one was friendly.. upstairs staff was the rudest greeting I’ve ever received.

Still a unique place fir the highest quality residential and commercial hardware.

Good place to go for door locks and other associated door hardware.
