Excellent service from the shop and from Igor in particular. I called from the Yukon, looking for a specific kind of rafter hangers for a cabin. Igor got right to it, and dealt with everything very carefully and professionally, but also in a genuinely friendly way. This is about as good as it gets.

These guys are great! Extremely helpful, really friendly. Helped me figure out what I needed and showed me where to find it. Had a bit of trouble finding the store, even though it's right on Arbutus. This will definitely be my regular hardware store from now on.

My past experience has been with overpriced tools and materials- even for a "smaller" store, but they seem to have a decent selection. But lately the customer service has been disappointing- even downright rude. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.
