Ace runs a total scam. I reserved parking online at this lot for a Thursday performance of Frozen with my daughter. Paid $40 for 3 hours. Got to the lot and they first say I got the wrong lot. Then I show my reservation and Google map with pictures of the lot and he admits I got the right lot. He tells me the fine print says no guarantee of a spot and to move on. I did not want to miss the show because my daughter heart would be broken so went to Horton Plaza parking to pay Ace another $20. What a complete ripoff. Ace takes my reservations and $40 and no guarantee of a spot!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Staff tried acting like COVID Clinic staff to get us to make a vaccine appointment through them and wait in the parking lot until our turn. They even handed out official COVID Clinic pamphlets. I told the clinic staff about this since it's all in the same lot but they didn't seem to care. See photo of them trying give fake appointment sheets.

We had oath ceremony one day and the staff work at this place did not allow us here. There were more than half of the parking spot open. The staff was a African American and he said he has a lot of work to do if we park there. When we finish the ceremony, the parking lot is full. So this parking lot is not open to everyone?

Complete scam. They show a sign with a rate then when you leave it’s 4X as much. If you call to try to get a refund the lady you talk to is rude and unprofessional. She told me I was blind and stupid. ACE is the WORST. Find other parking options.

Very reasonable price of $5 per day during weekend. Located within 20 minutes of walk from the main attractions (USS Midway, Star of India and etc). You can find another parking lot closer to the boardwalk.

Hard to find parking(but plenty of private paid parking lots).After searching for about 15 min.,I found a metered spot about 8 blocks from where I was going.

I give this parking lot 5 stars bc it's always so entertaining when parking in this particular lot... Homeless set up camps along the side of the lot

I don't care for this parking lot because they let homeless people sleep here. But at least the parking spaces are nice and wide.

Empty... With all the condos coming up in downtown ACE has made a killing $$$ in sales of there lot.

Parking was great. But it was an interesting one, too. You go up to go down.

$10 at night. Easy to vacate after attending the San Diego Civic Theatre.

Need to have security to keep homeless away from the parked vehicles
