Nice range of quilts, covers and sheets. I really like the fact they have little tester quilts you can actually feel. The quilt cover designs are simple but nice, preferable to other stores I visited. Price is good too when you factor quality. The customer service here is great; Sarah, the salesperson there, was amazing - she was very friendly and conversational, knowledgable about the products, and constantly checking in on me whenever I needed help. It was refreshing after having visited a couple of other places where the salespeople were disinterested and a little cold.

This is a review for Adair’s online (but that’s not an option with Google… sigh). If you buy from Adairs online when they’re having a sale you can expect weeks of delay before your goods even ship - and that’s if they’re in stock in the AU warehouse. Utterly unacceptable. To contrast, a company like Converse (shoes etc.) - always having sales, always clearly super busy, order one day and you’ll have your goods in hand within 2 days. THAT is how you run an online business. Adairs - just stay away.

Actually such helpful and lovely staff . Had the pleasure of being served by Sophie(I believe?) who was just a 10/10 salesperson. Was super intuitive and honest, recommended great alternatives to stock that had run out of the size I wanted and was overall fantastic especially for me being someone with anxiety. Awesome, amazing, would definitely recommend them if you want some genuine feedback and help :)

My 5 stars is wholly because of my experience with Kira! She was incredibly patient, helpful, and informative. The store was busy but she was able to attend to everyone with care and warmth. Adairs itself has a good range of products but I would recommend buying on sale or joining Linen Lovers ($20 for a two year membership which entitles you to great discounts!) Thanks again to Kira.

Finally got to go back to visit Adairs after a long lockdown. Was so thrilled with the amazing service by Kira! So much thorough knowledge and advice was shared and it made coming back into the world so bright and so wonderful. Will 100% be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While a smaller store they have everything you want. Staff are really friendly. Don't forget to join the Linen Lovers club for MASSIVE discounts and access to members only sales. Always a lovely range of homewares that will make your place look extra fancy!

The product range here is pitiful and the staff are not very helpful. I wanted Queen size pillow slips. They have none at all. I wanted a bed spread. out of luck. It is a bit like Monty Python's cheese shop!

Went into the store completely out of my realm yesterday and needed help with styling some home Deco in my office , both of the employees were so extremely helpful and I look forward to shopping here again!

Wanted a mini jumbuck bed topper. No stock of either sample Not much choice for sheets. Seemed to only sell one brand.
