The customer service in this store is absolutely appalling. Clearly the staff only care for their commissions and not the end consumer. Considering the amount of money we have spent here to find the items either faulty and/or damaged is unimaginable. The staff here need to go through some compassion training and need help with giving the satisfaction to their end consumer. It’s a shame because one staff member there is an absolute gem. Please avoid this Adair’s and drive to another as they are only there for themselves and not the customer. Overpromising and Under Committing is what you will get.

We browsed in this lovely store while on holiday. Staff were wonderful at answering all of our questions. We bought a cheese board but unfortunately left it in another store and only realised when we were at the airport about to fly back to NSW. We called the Werribee store to let them know and they went above and beyond to return our cheese board to us. They posted it all the way to rural NSW without charging us for it. We couldn’t believe that they did it. That is customer service to the next level. Thank you Adair’s Werribee. We will definitely shop with Adair’s more often now :)

Friendly and helpful staff who showed me several options of different throws when I described what I was looking for and also showed me different colours that could be ordered in. Drove back from Geelong Adairs which had the worst customer service of any I've been to. Highly recommend this store.

Ordered a blanket online and it arrived and it wasn't what I wanted. I went to the Werribee store and asked to look at similar products thru the window due to covid restrictions. I was extremely happy with the service I received.

Always loved them but its Good they have AFTERPAY Shop pay AFTERPAY and take my shopping home with Me …

Searched for gel mattress topper for single bed. Bought one here a few years ago but they no longer stock them.

Staff who has tattoos on the arm is very rude and orther staffs are busy with chatting . Very rude service.

Whilst being on the more expensive end, Adairs offer some beautiful, unique homewares.
