This is my closest Adairs. I have shopped here on multiple occasions and generally when I am just in my casual or work out clothes. Every time I have entered the store I have found the staff so rude, greeting everyone in the store other than me. If you don’t look like you have money good luck getting any help. The only time I received half decent service was after the attendant saw I was about to spend over $1000 - she stuck on me like a fly. Incredibly bad customer service which is such a shame - I’ll now be traveling to the second closest adairs.

Jackie at Knox was lovely and helpful helping us pick out a Christmas present! We left with the wandering folk bed spread and are very happy with our purchase! Thank you Jackie :)

Great Adairs store the staff were very helpful even though they didn't have what I wanted....they were only to happy to try and help me find what I wanted

Like the store. Unfortunately if the staff member was in a 100m race vs a sloth. The sloth would win by 90m. Slowest service I have ever received.
