A+++ 10 out of 10 I've been a policy holder now for over a year when I went to do my first renewal I didn't like the price. So they worked with me and figured out a way to get the price down on top of that anytime that I needed something they were there nights weekends. A plus plus again. I'm due for my renewal again pretty soon I hope that everything works out the way that it should and the price goes down or stays the same. I also have the Drivewise app on my phone and let me tell you that app really does help you keep below the speed and not drive so erratic for me knowing somebody's watching. I can get a discount if I just drive correctly. Full coverage on the new cars and liability on the chevy. God bless keep the faith and never stop praying.

Ive dealt with this location for a year. Anytime I call no one ever wants to answer, if you leave a voicemail, they don’t call you back. My rates were reasonable ish so i dealt with it until enough became enough. I damn near had to harass them to finally get my policy canceled. I signed the form and thought all was well. Fast forward weeks later, apparently they didnt cancel it, even with the form i signed. Now i have to go up there in person to get things taken care of. Save the hassle, go to AAA insurance, its cheaper, they actually answer when you call and if they miss you, they call back.

I wish Allstate was better. The agents that have helped me that work with my agent aren’t the best but the service department has some really friendly agents. They made changes to my policy and didn’t tell me what changed. I only found out because my bill went up about $80/mo. I will be leaving once my policy term is over.

They provide the absolute best service I’ve ever received when dealing with insurance companies. My situation was a bit complex, and they still took a lot of time and patience to walk me through the entire process!
