I had my car serviced there two weeks ago and am still waiting to hear back regarding the service charge which was very different from the $149 service offered on their website. I will never be going there again and will warn everyone against them. Hopefully at some point my request for a call back will be followed up.

I would like to start by saying I would never ever purchase another car through Metro Holden after my experience. I got treated very rude and the after experience I received with taking out finance was very bad. Staff and Managerment won't deliver on what they promise let alone go out there way to help.

I was able to negotiate a great deal on my trade-in and new car (without my husband present) because I was respected and taken seriously. James & Joshua were fantastic and Tiana in the office was extremely professional and very helpful. I will be coming back when it’s time to upgrade again.
