The inside of the salon is nicely decorated but it does not have a sign visible enough to see from the street. The owner does really good hair but lacks customer service. Seems as if she really doesn't want clients. The salon looks dirty

Cute place. Not ideal place to seek for simplified natural hair maintenance (not style). Prices are different for naturals and I did not know till the day of. (Luckily I was prepared). A little hard to find from the outside.

Tasha styled my hair and her customer service skills were trash, she left the appt twice for whatever reason causing my SILK PRESS to take 4 hours. She had an attitude the whole time. I don't recommend going here.

Horrible customer service and uneducated people that do hair and not willing to rectify the situation. Instead I feel that the owner was very rude and non chalant like my opinion didn’t matter .

Quality of craft is good but owner needs to focus on Customer Service skills and cleaning. Bathroom especially!
