I was very well taken care of by Advantage after I ran into a real mess. While enjoying my rental I was hit by a deer on a dark country road. Go figure! Unfortunately I had not taken out any insurance, because I thought my credit card company had me covered. Well it didn't! Ouch! Oh well, I returned to Advantage the very next day, and was greeted by Marc at the kiosk. He was very accommodating and really helped me, as did Coung, Derek and Edwin of Formula Honda, where the kiosk was placed. They are all really great guys. I was then put in touch with Rachel at the Advantage main office who was exceptionally helpful as well. The very first words she asked were, "Are you okay?" which was very reassuring in this hour of need. I was naturally very worried about what I would have to pay in terms of the damage to the vehicle, and so I had spoken earlier to a couple of body shops and received estimates. They were reasonable, but I really needed the best price possible. Anyways, I then left Advantage not knowing quite what was to happen next. That's when Rachel really shined like the angel that she is. What happened was that I got a call from her a couple of weeks later saying that the car had been fixed and that the bill was about twenty five percent cheaper than the best estimate that was provided to me. AMAZING! I have to say, I never felt from the moment I brought the car back, that I was being taken advantage of in the slightest. Rather, the advantage was on my side and that is not something you experience often with large corporations. They really care and they really know what they are doing.

Honda gave me a car from this agency coz my car was in for service at Honda service centre, this agency know next to nothing abt customer service. After i drop of my car guy called me and said there r scratches under front bumper which i m pretty sure were there before they gave me the car but I didn't look. When they gave me the car it was dirty from inside, no idea how these guys running the business. Seems like making fraud claims on customer is what they r expert in. I told them to not charge on my credit card for anything coz i will prove scratches were there before they rented out the car. So people make sure when u rent any car from this agency not just look around the car the way they show u.. look under also so they can not make any false claims later on or even better rent from well know agencies like Enterprise.

I rent from advantage car rentals a couple times a week to go to school and my schedule isn’t set and Rohan has been super to help work around my school schedule and he even went out his way to help me out, ALOT! . He’s a super friendly guy and garunteed to share a couple laughs whenever I go, it doesn’t feel like business I’m conducting because he’s so cool to talk with, and because of that, that’s why I continuously go back to advantage because I know I’ll get quality service and I’m 100% sure I won’t get anywhere else, keep doing what you do Rohan!

After the horrible car accident I was in they came to my rescue with a car rental as a lot of Toronto had none left after the flood. They treated me very well and were very accommodating since I had to go through a couple different vehicles. They even came all the way to my place to pick up the car from be at 10:30 at night to work around my schedule. Much appreciated and thank you to Raj and the others.

Garbage i rent car last week from here where i return my car they very next day they took $1000 from my credit card without informing me nd when i got message from my bank i called them they said there is scracth on car which i realy dont know about nd if there is scrach it dosent cost $1000 dollar to fix it fraud fraud place never ever renting from this people again 0 star

I have rented from advantage 3 or 4 times now and this time my experience with advantage was appalling. The customer service agent at the makham and finch location was rude and disrespectful. He basically accused me of being a liar and also told me not to let a 3 month old control me. I would never rent from advantage car rental again!!!

The place seems understaffed. The guy who dealt with me was very pleasant, polite and helpful. Doesn't seem like there is a large fleet of vehicles though.
