The best travel service I have encountered, EVER! Hiệp Hải has been a huge help during my time in Vietnam. He listened to my need and preference attentively and suggested the best options. Got a really great value-for-money for a Ha Long Bay tour and was very satisfied. Hiệp Hải also helped me to find a transportation to a non-touristic city (Lang Son), something that is not part of his normal offering but he very kindly helped me and asked around. Again, secured a really good deal from Hiệp Hải (I asked a random tourist agency when walked around and was offered almost >2x of this agency's price). He made sure I felt comfortable with the options and I didn't feel any rush at all from him to pay/finalise the deal, something that I experienced from a few other agencies in Hanoi. Wow, I can’t even begin to say how much of a lifesaver Chu Hải is. Honestly every person who comes to Hanoi needs to be booking everything through him. He has the best prices (our friends on all the tours would tell us how much they paid and this stood true every time) and genuinely loves helping people get the best value/deal regarding anything you want to do! My friend and I did the Halong Bay and Ninh Binh Tour with him and he helped book all of our buses to Ha Giang, Sapa and back to Hanoi. He even let us store our luggage when we had a city tour and use the shower before our overnight bus on the same day. This guy’s a legend and if you decide to go with him regarding all your plans to the North of Vietnam, you will not be disappointed. If I could give Chu Hải 6 stars, I would. Planned a trip to Vietnam in Oct for 9 days from India. Mr. Hai assisted us with the Itenary from Ho Chi Minh - Da Nang - Hanoi. The trip was well planned by Mr. Hai with fun filled activities. He also took care of our internal flights and was helpful by providing us sim cards for the trip. All of the guides for the 3 different cities were informative Mr. Thang, Loc,Tommy and Coddy but a shootout to Mr. Thang as he was entertaining and fun. Hotels stay- Huong Sen Hotel Ho Chi Minh 3⭐ Golden Holiday Inn Da Nang 4 ⭐ (cycles are available for free) Hanoioi Hotel Hanoi 3 ⭐ La Pandora Cruise Halong Bay 4 ⭐ (food is exceptional) Mr. Hai planned an amazing trip and also gave us local coffee as return gifts . Mr. Thien booked our tour for a good price and kept communication with us in the days running up to our cruise and until we had come back which was nice. He even sorted out a transfer to the airport for us. We did the 3 day 2 night cruise to bai tu long bay. We had the bay to ourselves on the 2nd day which was unexpected. Its not as clean as I'd hoped it would be and lots of plastics in the water but it was explained to us before and during the cruise because of the fishermen. It's definitely possible to enjoy this cruise on the 1 night 2 days and we didn't need the 2nd night as lots of the karsts look the same! But we enjoyed the extended time to relax and Kayaking in the bay on our own! Thanks for a great trip!

Adventure Indochina travel is one of the best travel agency for Vietnam trip. We planned 11 Days trip in November month with them. Mr. Hai provided us all necessary accommodations as we requested. Mr. Hai is very helpful, he genuinely gave us very honest recommendations and deals. He also arranged Indian food whenever requested. Mr. Hai also assisted us for Return flight rescheduling as out return flight tickets were cancelled. Overall I highly recommend this Adventure Indochina travel agency. I just booked my Sa Pa tour with Johnny. He was very professional & patient, whilst I weighed up the various options. He then made sure I was happy with my choice & then called the tour operator to confirm availability for my selected dates. I was really pleased that he was able to arrange it for the following day, & at relatively short notice. He quoted a very fair & good price (lower than I had expected). Booked a cruise with them for Ha Long bay and everything was well taken care of. I’ve booked with them before in the past and they’re very helpful, clear and have great options to choose from. Unlike some other booking agencies around the Old Quarter they’re honest about what to expect and want to make sure you pick the trip that suits you the best. I went on the Peony cruise, would 100% recommend, the staff, the atmosphere and the luxury of the boat were incredible. Worth every penny.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Shout out to Thien my travel agent who made sure that everything went smoothly. The guide, driver and boat staff were also very friendly and professional. The tour included hotel pick-up & drop-off, 3-hour drive to the harbor, boat ride with buffet, kayaking, cave exploring, short hike to the Ti Top island summet and more!! This is a must do if you are in Hanoi

We booked our Ha long Bay tour (2 days/1 night) with Adventure Indochina travel and everything was great from the hotel pickup to drop off.
