Hanna has been incredible throughout my 3 week journey from North Vietnam to the south of vietnam The first day I walked into her office she was so enthusiastic, with a wonderful welcoming smile. She helped with a great SIM card to start. We chatted for a while. I told her what my ideas and places I would like to visit. She was able to organise everything for me including transfers, hotels, excursions, hotel pick ups and drop offs. Nothing was to much for Hanna She was like my very own personal assistance, keeping in touch by WhatsApp , making sure everything was right for me, even providing meals that were not included. I spent 3 amazing weeks in Vietnam and usually I would organise my own travel arrangements but I found Hana at the beginning of my trip in Hanoi and ended up having her make all my arrangements as she did such a great job! All it took was a quick WhatsApp message and she would be right on it any time of the day or night. Felt like I had an expert right next to me for the entirety of my trip. Very reassuring and made the whole journey a lot more enjoyable as I didn't need to worry about anything. At one point I checked into a hotel and they had given me a room that was below what I paid for, quick pic over to Hanna and before you know it I was upgraded :) Would definitely use her again.

Hanna Travel Agency is the best choice if you are planning to do a trip in Hanoi or around. This office offers its customers a good service by analyzing which tour is the best for the customers needs and the prices are fair, too. Hanna takes her time and makes sure that there is no problem with your trip, e.g. to Ha long Bay or Minh Binh. Furthermore it is a good place for several additional services like changing money or if you need an ATM. If I visit Hanoi again, Hanna Travel Agency will be my first choice again.

It's lucky that I decided to go to Vietnam to book the service, because after comparing online prices and prices at Hanna Travel Agency, Hanna's price is only a little lower than the online price, but includes shuttle bus. 2-way trip at the hotel, while if booked online the price is higher, but does not include the 2-way car for the Ha Long program. So I feel very lucky to have found Hanna Travel Agency. I highly recommend booking services here. 100% reputable.

We went in to book a VIP bus to Hoi An the day before. Hannah said she had booked us a bus and even gave us a discount for a late deal. The next day, 1 hour before pickup to the bus station, we got a text saying she couldn't book us a VIP bus and we would have to take the sleeper bus instead. I understand the VIP being full but we would have preferred to be informed at least the day before, or as soon as possible, in order to find a more suitable option.

Hanna's Travel Agency planned a fully personalized 15-day trip across Vietnam for us and they did an absolutely amazing job ! Great customer service and support during the trip - Cherry and Sarah were just a message away all the time. Leaving all the organizing in their experienced hands - instead being completely carefree and focusing on experiencing this amazing country - was the best decision possible. Hanna is super friendly and knowledgeable of travel in Vietnam! She has worked many years with travel agency and speaking good English. Never! Never! Never buy a tour in a limo. We paid more than a regular bus. As a result, we drove in terrible conditions. In the back seat, where the legs do not fit, the seat is low and uncomfortable. Very cramped.
