WOW!!! Sometimes a single word can convey a wealth of information. I was wowed by my experience with this Travel agency. As a well seasoned traveler who has so far been to 5 out of the 7 continents, this has been my best trip. From the start the pre trip information was practical and covered everything you needed to know and bring for each portion of the trip including what clothes! Complete information about the visa and travel process was given with several and timely reminders so you couldn’t forget anything if you tried. I was met at the airport and it was a flawless transfer to the hotel which was beautiful and even though it was almost midnight Dorcas made arrangements to feed me. At that point I started to realize this was a trip with a difference. I joined a group and we had several tours across Kenya including the giraffe center, the elephant sanctuary, tea farms, Maasai Mara, the beaches and historic Mombasa. Everything was carefully curated and choreographed so that I had the best experience. I can’t end without mentioning the food- they selected the best restaurants and dining experiences including a dinner cruise on a dhow that included dancing. This is a family owned business and Dorcas and Wycliffe made it such a personal experience for each person arranging side trips and adjusting experiences to accommodate individual schedules. I left feeling part of their family and will definitely be visiting Kenya again on another trip arranged by them

So this is my first time in Kenya and all I can say is that I have been absolutely blown away! From meeting us on arrival at Nairobi Airport to arranging every little detail of the 10 day trip, Dorcas, Wycliffe and the entire Africawatalii team have done an amazing job. The itinerary was packed with so much fun. The team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time throughout. The safari drives looking for 'the big five' was so exciting. And then we had the surprise dinner on a boat cruise..... I could go on and on. I have genuinely been wowed over these past 10 days. The only sad bit is that we have to go back! Thanks to Africawatalii we got to enjoy and learn about a variety of things in Kenya, starting from an elephant orphanage, to safaris, to dinner and dancing with live music on a dhow, to visit community workshops where they empower women and disabled citizens.
