Stunning results every time!!... I started seeing Bob about a year ago or so when I was looking to have a Keratin treatment done. After calling around various salons in the Mississauga area, I came across Agucci Studio because of their amazing prices. I met with Bob, he consulted me on the Keratin treatment and I went ahead and booked the the appointment for the upcoming week. My hair is colored black, coarse, frizzy, wavy and generally has a mind of its own. After leaving the appointment for my Keratin treatment, I literally felt like a new woman!! I've never seen my hair look so smooth, shiny and straight! I was elated with the results. In fact my hair has been so soft, smooth and manageable since my treatment (almost 12 months later!). It actually improved the condition of my hair. After that miracle, I started to go to Bob for cuts. He's quick, and he knows what works for different hair types, and he will communicate what he's doing to your hair along the way. The salon itself is quaint little place, super clean with beautiful simple decor. Music is not overbearing like some salons and there isn't a bunch of people just milling around. Its a place to go to relax for an hour and get pampered. This past weekend I went to get partial highlights done. I wanted violet streaks on my dyed black hair. In the past, many hair dressers have tried to lift the black dye to add color, but it was never successful. My hair was always left feeling like dried hay and the color was never able to be obtained. This was at some of the trendy salons in the downtown core, Sherways Gardens (very popular salon), and even the Kingsway where I was paying extremely steep prices, Low and behold, Bob was not only able to achieve the color I was looking for, but my hair is soft and silky and I've been getting compliments on it from everyone! Bob is truly a master at his craft. He takes the time with each client, and respects the clients time as well. The prices are unbeatable for the quality of service provided. He's less concerned about his image and more concerned about his clients - which I find rare in most salons. I've read some of the other reviews on here and am completely perplexed. Perhaps ppl need to manage their expectations a little better? From the moment I stepped out of Agucci Studio after my first visit there, I knew this would be my new "go to" place for any hair issue. I like to think of it as my own secret gem, but seeing the talent Bob wields I felt it would be selfish of me not to share. Especially those with difficult or unmanageable hair. You will thank me for sure!

Highly reco you go here and ask for Elaine! You will have the best hair cut experience ever! I've been seeing Elaine for my hair for over 10 years now and now my mom is seeing her for cut and colour as well. Not only does Elaine do an incredible job no matter what I'm looking for (just a trim when my hair is super long or chop it all into a trendy bob) but she is also amazing at looking through Pinterest inspo pics I have brought, making recommendations and bringing the vision to life. In addition, Elaine also has the most incredible energy and is hilarious so every hair cut I have the best time ever. She feels like a best friend you've known your whole life and there is no one I trust more when it comes to my hair.

The services provided by Agucci Studio is of high quality. I personally wanted to thank Bob and the staff for always accommodating me even at the last minute. The staff is friendly and very professional and provide good recommendations for hair care and treatment. The studio is always well maintained and kept neat at all times and practice social distancing measures and proper hygienic practices to keep everyone safe especially during this pandemic. Rest assured every appointment is truly worth it because you know your hair is well attended and taken care of. I have been going to Agucci Studio, and seeing Agnes, for twenty years, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Agnes has been with me through various color changes and haircuts. She understands hair texture and can advise on what will look good - she takes her time to explain and always listens to feedback, which I greatly appreciate. She cuts hair beautifully and understands nuance in color - I have gotten many compliments on how well she blends color. I highly recommend Agnes and could not be happier with the service at Agucci Studio.

This was my third visit to agucci .. I’m so disappointed of how they react .. I was late 11 minutes due to transportation issue. the stylist started to explain to me that she can book another time for me then the blonde stylist interfered the discussion while she was hairstyling another customer and started to give me a lesson appointments and timing. she mentioned that they aren’t a Barber shop and started to shout. She was so aggressive and disrespectful so I escaped the place immediately and I’m not going back again.

I’ve been going to Elaine for about 12 years for my hair highlights, cut colours and followed her everywhere . She is amazing and passionate about what she does and is always careful in keeping your hair in its healthiest state. She’s up to date and I love what she does with my hair every time because she listens to what I want and also suggests what she thinks. Plus I always get compliments on my hair . I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Elaine without a doubt at Agucci Studio . You won’t be disappointed

The salon seems good but they don’t work very professionally. I booked an appointment with them before almost a week and asked for a specific stylist and they confirmed me his availability. However, when I showed up they changed the stylist and said I had no appointment with the stylist that I confirmed for. It was so surprising for me and then when I tried to request them to make some adjustments they were so rude. Even then I got a haircut just to pay respect to my friend who recommended me the salon.

I have been going here since late 2019 and my hair dresser has been Sylwia since then. She does a great job and always gave a neat and great hair cut. Recently I went here and had a different dresser and she completely messed up my hair style. Throughout the hair cut I felt that the dresser did not wish to cut my hair and was not gentle at all. 5 Stars for Sylwia but 0 for the individual who cut my hair this time. Never going back agian considering that I drove almost 30km one way for an awful haircut.

I went here for the first time a few days ago and my experience surpassed my expectations. This salon is a hidden gem tucked behind Rabba, which is probably why I hadn't noticed it before. Loved my haircut and my stylist Elaine (Ella) was so welcoming and kept the conversation going throughout my appointment. The place is also clean and the owner has done a good job of incorporating social distancing measures to keep customers safe. I will definitely be going back!

I've been coming to see Bob for over 10 years! He know how to cut curly hair! I'm able to wear it curly or straight and am always happy with the result. Friendly service, great cuts. Also, he recommends great products to keep my hair healthy. I've even brought my pre-teen child to him for haircuts; and we all know how particular they are! My child was happy with the results. Would highly recommend him.

Been going to Agucci for the past 15 years, ever since I was a kid. I think that really speaks for itself. Bob's my guy and as long as you're able to Bob, you'll still have me as a lifelong client. Gotta give the girls at Agucci credit as well since they do a fantastic job too; my family has also been going there for almost 10 years. Overall, Agucci is THE place I would recommend for haircuts etc.

Walking into this salon feels like home and every hairstylist is beyond talented! Elaine is my go to as she will always make sure I will live my best hair life! I’ve visited this place on my road trip and I did last time reservation. I need it just basic straight cut and I’ve got a lot mistakes on my hair, I think is not worth it for the price, I wanted nice fresh cut for the wedding.
