Went to pick up my car. It was damaged. Mirror broken clean off. We pulled up front and talked to the attendant. She gave us a form to fill out and the manager (Jesse) email address. We asked what we were supposed to do and she said to just call or email and talk to him. Called next morning, talked to Jesse. He informed me that it was a hit and run situation and there are no cameras that can see the cars. That they keep no records of where and what cars are parked and there was nothing he can do. I wanted to know who else was parked by me. He didn't know. All in all, should have called the cops in the parking lot. But the attendant was absolutely untrained for any situation besides "need a pick up". This is a reflection of the ownership and management. And the blatant disregard to my situation is just over the top. Yea, I cussed out Jesse on the phone. As far as I'm concerned, he busted my ride. The way he was acting like they don't deal with any of it, and can't provide any information because they don't know. As a manager you should be aware of what's going on in your lot. And help the people who pay to park there. Not tell them to fend for themselves. As expensive as the parking is there should be cameras all over that place. Not just the gate. Get it together airpark, it's 2023.

I was always skeptical of these private parking facilities near PDX., but decided to take a chance on Airpark based on reviews...and wasn’t disappointed. Parked and the shuttle picks me up right at my car. At the airport minutes later. Upon returning 7 days later, I use the app to beckon the shuttle once I had my luggage from the carousel. By the time I walk to the shuttle area I wait about one minute before they arrive, helping with the bags as well. DO NOT think you have to request a shuttle when you deplane! Wait until you get your bags as they are literally there in a few minutes. They drop us off right at our car. Turns out the battery was dead because we left the dome light on a week earlier. Not to worry, the attendant gave me a portable battery booster and we were on our way minutes later. We will see them again next time we fly!

Called to get some information about their lot. The woman I spoke with was very rude and demanding. I have a sprinter van and was asking about space. She said they would need to keep my keys so that they could "re park vehicle as necessary." I sked her to explain that. This apparently put her out. Basically there going to be moving my van around as they see fit. It's an rv, and I don't want a bunch of random people in and out of my van. I said I won't be leaving any keys, she said very rudely that this is obviously not the place for me and hung up on me. I couldn't agree more. Why would I want a bunch of rude entitled uneducated people jockeying my $100k Mercedes van around an over crowded parking lot cramming it into whatever space they can find. This is a joke, really!. Loser's !!!!

The shuttle drivers were awesome, and the rates weren't bad. BUT when I got back to my car my side mirror was damaged. I should've just paid $200 to park at the airport instead of trying to save a buck bc now it's costing me more to get my vehicle fixed. The manager wasn't there when we dropped our car off. They had mentioned it a couple times. And he wasn't there when we picked our vehicle up either. I was told there was cameras where my car was parked then and of sudden there wasn't cameras there. They had me just fill out an incident report and haven't heard from them since. I'm assuming I will just get blown over and have to deal with myself. I will never give them my business again and suggest you don't either unless you're ok with your vehicle being damaged.

Made an appointment on the website which quoted me $32 and some change with the AAA discount. They could not find any record of me, If you have a reservation system, why doesn't it keep of track of the said reservations? A name and e-mail address should be more than enough to find a reservation. I even buffered my trip with an extra 2 hours to ensure my price would be on point. Guy at the gate still tried to charge me over fifty bucks until I told him I wasn't going to pay more than a few dollars more than I was quoted, at that point we came to an amicable agreement on price, still paying more than quoted. The lesson learned is show up with your reservation in print.

Very convenient service. My only complaint was the shuttle driver that took me back to the lot, the sign in the truck said his name is Don. He was friendly and helpful with my bags. But he was driving in an unsafe manner. When we left the arrivals area and turned onto the ramp going to airport way he didn't merge when he was supposed to and continued onto the shoulder and then encroached on the protected left turn lane coming out of the parking structure. He then merged over right behind a car and continued to tailgate that car for a few more minutes. This was particularly dangerous since the outside temperature was below freezing so the road could have been slick.

Shuttle drivers were great! (Except being distracted with their phones)HOWEVER this morning we got shuttled back to our car where there was at least FOUR inches of water in the row our car was parked which meant we had to stand in that to put our luggage away. Both me and my wife’s shoes are RUINED! Not to mention it is gross. I notified the attendant as we were exiting to which she asked her manager about it and she said the manager said there is a drain there, and it must just be clogged. Now, if that is so why is no one doing anything?! Two pairs of shoes ruined. I definitely won’t be retuning especially if the manager would not even come out to speak to me.

Thoroughly impressed! Arrived and staff offered free valet and had me picked up immediately at my car. When I arrived back at the airport, called the number for pickup and a shuttle showed up within a couple of minutes. Gave the driver my ticket and he communicated to his fellow colleague who had my car already started and ready to go as I got there. Additionally, the entire parking location felt very safe and secure with cameras, staff over looking the area and gated entry/exit. Bought my parking pass through SpotHero which saved me $10+ with discounts etc. Worth checking out if you're looking for a safer and cheaper rate parking structure near the airport!

Update - they have seem to have improved significantly. Yes, I gave them another chance after realizing that their competitors nearby require reservations. Old review: Had been using Airpark for 17 years and service has gradually decreased to the point I will not return. My kids and I stood in the rain at 5:30am waiting for a shuttle that was too full to take us. Waited another 10 mins in the rain. Called the office to inform the attendant and he acted defensive and blamed it on lots of travelers. Driver told us only 2 shuttles operating - on spring break? Inexcusable. You are in the business of managing this.

I feel like my car is safe when I park here for days and weeks at a time. They pick you up in a shuttle immediately after you step out of your vehicle, and they will pick you up moments after you walk out of the airport when you get back home. They are literally two miles from the airport, so parking here will not add stress or a great deal of time to getting to your flight. From parking to getting to the airport is like five minutes, tops. They also have a loyalty program, so you can get some free parking after you've stayed there a certain number of days.

Just experienced some of the worst customer service ever. I arrived without a reservation (thinking I didn’t need one or that one could be made on site). After telling this to the man on shift he responded simply by saying “you need to leave” and pointing to the way I came from. I then told him that I saw they had availability online and he laughed in my face and said that wasn’t an option. I didn’t have time to argue as I had to make it to my flight. I honestly thought he was kidding but he was very much just a jerk. Don’t waste your time here.

I've been using them for years (initially based on a recommendation from a friend who worked at PDX) and have always been happy. Staff is always friendly, shuttles are always prompt to and from PDX, and I've never had an issue with our car there. Even when we showed up one time during spring break and didn't have a reservation, they said they were full, but they managed to fit us in to a place that wasn't really a parking spot (in the gravel by the fence), but that worked out just fine. Highly recommended.

I've been parking here for years. Love that they pick up and drop-off right at your car. Also, I love that they watch out for your car. Once, I left a back window down. They covered it with plastic and kept rain out while I was gone. Another time, a tire went flat while I was gone. They brought an air compressor to my car and got me enough air to make it to the tire shop. Their discount for each 7 days is helpful because I park close to 60 days per year.

Apparently they charge at the exact 24 hr interval. Dropped off car at 5:02 am on Thursday. picked up car on Sunday at 9:45 am was charged for 4 days. We are seniors and discount was 50 cents a day. Total bill 50.00 that's crazy. Man at counter was extremely rushed and rude receipt says Michael dont know if thats his name but he had a strong accent. We've used them for years but we will be using Park and Fly they give a good senior discount

One of the first times I traveled alone and I get back to my car that has a flat! These guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! They put air in my tire and made sure I knew where the closest Les Schwab was (showed me in his private car by letting me follow him) they not only keep your car safe and sound but make sure you travel safe as well!!! I will recommend these guys over and over again!!! Thank you AirPark!!!!

Great service! The drivers carried my bags and when they brought me back to my car, even put my luggage in my trunk! They are very anticipatory of needs, like making sure I put the ticket they needed in my cup holder and after my trip, when I was clueless about the ticket, they knew exactly where they suggested I store the ticket. Definitely recommend. Also, I found a good deal on Groupon.

The employees here are seriously awesome. I was extremely grateful for the unbelievably fast shuttle (that picks you up and drops you off at your parking spot) and help with my luggage. Special shout-out to the late-night driver I rode with for the Creedence and overall impeccable vibes. Make sure to have some cash handy for tips, they absolutely deserve it.

What is wrong with your web site!!! I can't book a reservation. The calendar is frozen at the current date and can not be changed!!!! The old web page worked just fine why did you change it. I called the parking site and spoke to someone that was parking cars said they said just come on in.. So why do I need a reservation? PLEASE FIX THE WEB PAGE

We've parked here for all our family flights and the service is consistently great. The driver typically follows you into the park to help with your bags. When you return, they're prompt to pick you up at the terminal. Every driver has been pleasant and friendly. This trip, Antonio was our driver both ways. He remembered us, where we went and why.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! I parked at the Super 8 location on September 8th and came back the 15th just to find that my catalytic converter had been sawed off my truck!!!! I’ve called and called and called and either I get someone that can’t help or I’m told to call the manager of the hotel so they could reimburse me.

Alonzo was very friendly and helpful as well when my Turo rental car appeared to have a flat tire upon pick up. We really appreciated being able to use Airpark Portland when we flew out of state. Their parking lot was fenced in and safe and their staff is awesome. You can call them when you are ready to be picked up at the airport or download the app and push the request button. Super easy and fast. The drivers were all very friendly.

This place has gone down hill. I used to use it every time I flew but in the past couple years either they're under new management or they're changing things that one doesn't need to change. I don't wanna download an app on my phone for a parking lot. It's a parking lot. I park, I pay, I leave. Just keep it simple.

I appreciate this place. It's fairly convenient, not too expensive and the shuttle are always right there. They bring you right to your spot when you return too, which is helpful, unless you lose your ticket, which I do, a lot. But they help you find it so no harm no foul. They're friendly and helpful too.

I left something on.. my jeep wouldn't start. Brown, straight up pushed it out of the spot and gave me a jump. I will always park here.

Our driver went "above and beyond " this morning. As we entered the drop off lane, there was a gentleman with a white cane standing on the sidewalk. Even though our van was at least a half block away, our driver ran back and assisted the man to the airport terminal. What a wonderful driver!!!

This should be your go-to option for long term parking. Only slightly more expensive than the economy lot, this is actually a little closer to the airport. Concierge bus service picks you up from your parking spot and collects you from Arrivals when you call. 10/10 would recommend.

Decent airport parking experience with friendly staff who go out of their way to get you to the airport on time. Beware that the entrance is off 82nd Street. There are car2go bays too in the event that you need car sharing options. Rate for one day is $13.

The staff here are great. Always quick picking me up at the terminal but they have to stop in the designated area which is safety first. If you park often get the Airpark card that accumulates free parking and makes checking in and out a breeze.

They where great from arrival to pickup. Especially thankful for driver Mel. When he dropped me at my car and helped with a bag, I found my battery dead. He took off and returned under 5 minutes with a portable jumper. Awesome customer service.

Two drivers from airpark drove past me even tho i flagged them down. After the third time i called i was told to walk farther down so they could pick me up. Poor communication!!! In the wind and rain still waiting. Wont use them again.

Car was broken into in this lot over the weekend. Luckily I didn’t have anything of value it it. The window was forced down and damaged the internal parts and will have to be fixed. This lot is not protected and neither is your car.

Very rude guy answering calls at night! We ended up waiting 40 min for a pick up. Thrifty is a much cheaper 24/7 parking service pdx with more professional costumer service. Lesson learned.

I love using Airpark at PDX, way faster and easier than using the PDX economy lots. The shuttle drivers are always very prompt and friendly, and my car has been kept safe.
