Valet parking for us as we forgot to make an appt. Driver was prompt both ways. Driver back.. drove like a maniac thru the parking lot in the dark. We arrived at approximately 9:30 PM. 1 1/2 days later I found front end damage on our car. Was told by so called manager I should have checked for damage in the dark in the rain and reported it before I left the lot. We didn't use our car the next day and found damage the following day, but couldn't call till after work. He claims they have never damaged a car in 12 years. And wanted to know if I took pictures of my car before we got on the shuttle to the airport to prove the damage wasn't there.. who stands in the parking lot and takes pictures of your car when you drop it off at Park Shuttle 'n Fly? The ticket stub we were given did not say double check your car for damage before leaving when you pick out up. After 6 hours on a plane now it's dark and at 9:30 at night who would think to double check for damage? Very disappointed that they don't care.

Its tucked way back in a way that makes you wonder where you are going. However, I felt pretty secure about my car when I got there. They shuttle you from your car after you drive in. You pay when you leave for the most part, at least I did. Most confusing part was where to get picked up. You wait by the shuttle Island outside the baggage claim. I waited at the every end, on your left if you're coming from the airport entrance. You know you're in the right area if you see the Lyft and Uber pick up signs. Call them and make sure you have your ticket or your reservation because you need it when you check out. You also need the card they give you when you depart so they know where to put you when you come back. The shuttle Island is across the street. It is the 2nd waiting area and you have to cross where people drop people off/pick them up. That's thr best I can tell you. I would use thr service again.

I haven't parked at the airport in years; however, this place was recommended by a few friends as safe and convenient (it has barbed wire around part of it and is staffed 24.7). I reserved a spot online the day before, and when we pulled into the lot we were directed to a spot and picked up by a shuttle immediately. Upon my return, I called the number on the card they give you (with your parking spot number) and a shuttle was already waiting. My issue is with the keying that happened on BOTH sides of my car (in the 2 days of it being there) with a total of $1,000 in damage. I will never park at the airport again and would rather Uber if necessary as that would have been less than the deductible I will have to pay through my insurance. Shuttle drivers were nice though....maybe I am extremely unlucky, but thought I should share my experience

This place used to be pretty decent. Not now. Took them 20 minutes to pick me up at my car last week to go to the airport. Then they drop me at arrivals, not departures. Then today, I called when I got my bags. After waiting 10 minutes, the shuttle bus drove right by me while I was waving him down. We had a ton of luggage and he did not even make an attempt to stop. Then I called again to get them to pick me up and the guy on the phone starts arguing with me about where I was waiting. I’ve parked with them for years and been picked up at island #1 for years. I put up with the bird droppings all over my car but no longer. Forget this parking company. Unbelievably rude, blame the customer then swear at them on top of just being totally unreliable now. Sad that this company has fallen so far.

Convenient and safe parking near PDX airport. Rates are good and service is prompt. They have a shuttle that drops you from the parking lot to the airport. The bus takes about 10-15 mins to get you from the parking lot to the airport. It picks you up right in front of your car. They give you a card that you need to keep so that when you return, you call them up once you have picked up your baggage and they send a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and drop you right in front of your car again. It might get a little confusing in the beginning, but the staff is friendly and willing to help you out. The parking lot is gated and it feels safe for short term and long term parking. Would recommend this service in case you aren't very sure about leaving your car at the airport parking.

I've used them for over 10 years and haven't had any issues until this year, recently it seems it takes a lot longer to get picked up from the Airport. The last straw was when I landed during a snow event this Spring and couldn't get to the lot because their road was blocked from delivery vans stuck on the steep hill. It's not just that they don't have the access road plowed during inclement weather events but that they insisted on charging me for the days my car was stuck their. On top of having to pay for 7 days instead of 4 I also lost access to my vehicle and had to pay for an Uber back to the airport to retrieve it. You can't control the weather but you can control your attitude and how you treat long time customers and this is where I feel they failed.

Great place to park your car! I was nervous about leaving my car anywhere for an extended amount of time, and was relieved to have such a good experience here. Have your reservation available upon arrival to scan. I learned the hard way and couldn't pull mine up, and the nice lady printed it out for me. She then directed me on where to park. And before I could even get all my luggage out of my car, the shuttle was at my parking spot ready to pick me up. When I arrived back in town around 2 AM, the wait was minimal at the airport, maybe 15 minutes. Both shuttle drivers I had were super nice. I would definitely park here again if needed.

Amazing Service! cheaper than Economy Parking, they pick you up at your car seconds after you park, immediate delivery to the terminal, no route through the parking lot. the lot is secured and monitored 24 Hours a day. on the return to my car, the maximum length of time i've waited for a bus to arrive is 5 minutes. they drop you off at your vehicle, they help with your bags, and paying has always been a quick process. depending on where you live, parking here for 3-4 days is cheaper than 1-way on a rideshare service, and that is without "Demand Pricing" I'm sold. won't be using any other service in the future.

It's been a couple years, but I kept their card and just booked with them again... I will always use them.. sure we stayed at one of the hotels next door and they said we could park our car there... But everybody and their dog could get to our car at the hotels.!! Unfortunately there's a lot of homelessness around the Portland airport, last time I went there was a car on fire block away and guys peeing in the road. I came back and my car was safe and sound , thank Goodness, and they were so nice especially the shuttle driver

I left on a trip (July 31-Aug 8). On August 4th my pregnant daughter flew in from Alaska and plan was for her to pick up my truck at Park N Fly. I had left a key for her at Park N Fly. My daugher reported to me the service from Park N Fly was AMAZING. My daughter had two suitcases, a dog, and a kennel. Park N Fly, once called, was at the airport in minutes and would not let my daughter load anything. They did everything and gave service that was incredibly good. Next trip I will spend my parking dollars at Park N Fly!!!!

I would have given higher rating if it were not for the shuttle driver. We had a decent experience on our way to the airport from the parking lot. But when we returned from the airport to the parking lot, the shuttle driver was driving very rashly. In one instance, the driver accelerated from the stopped position so fast that, my wife and kid were thrown off the seat. It was a harrowing 10 min experience from the airport to the parking lot. I would seriously rethink to buy parking here.

I gave this a very low rating because it took quite a while for the shuttle to come and pick me up at my car and then the driver stopped just as someone was pulling into their parking space Rather than letting another shuttle pick those people up. We already had some people on our shuttle that needed to get to the airport. We waited for like 15 minutes for several people to lazily climb out of their SUV, then load 9 suitcases on to the shuttle. I'm just glad I made it in time.

I used this service for the first time this week on a short work trip and I will be using them again for sure. I don't trust my vehicle in parking lots, especially at PDX. As soon as I drove into this lot I felt relieved to see how secure it was. Shuttle got me right to the airport in 5 minutes or so. On my return a shuttle showed up to the pickup location as I was calling in for it. They dropped me off right at my vehicle and helped with my bags. Perfect.

GREAT PARKING EXPERIENCE. We have an oversize vehicle and sometimes in other cities we find that airport lots cannot accommodate us or charge excessive amounts. I called ahead to verify but the manager was very willing to accept us for a great price. The cashiers upon arrival and departure had been notified in advance to let us in through an alternate gate we could fit through. We had a wonderful experience, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

It was a little confusing to get to, but upon arrival, the shuttle was already there and we got to the airport promptly. The service was quick, friendly, and helpful. When we got home from our trip, the shuttle driver picked us up with minimal wait time and was friendly. Honestly some of it could have been good timing and having booked online ahead of time, but overall we had a smooth, positive experience. Highly recommend this company!

My partner and I don't normally give reviews but we wanted to give a special shout out to one of Park and Fly's drivers, Eva, who showed us extreme care and genuine kindness when we had forgotten to turn off our car prior to our trip and came back to an empty gas tank and a car full of exhaust! She went above and beyond for us to get us what we needed to get back on the road & we're really thankful - give her a raise!

My first time leaving my vehicle at the airport to travel. As soon as I parked my vehicle, there was someone there with a shuttle to pick me up and help me with my bags. Nice, quick trip to the terminal. After flying back, go down to the baggage floor, and look for the 'Park 'n Fly' sign. Either someone will already be there, or you can call the number on the card they gave you to call a shuttle. Good service.

This was the 2nd time I have used this lot. They are affordable and I had zero wait time. The shuttle guys are always friendly. (Apologies to the gentleman who I didn't get to tip last time.) I can't keep track of tipping etiquette so when in doubt I tip. I know it's their job, but I can only imagine how much attitude they get to encounter during their shift. Travel doesn't bring out the best in people

I left my truck here for 2 days and when I came back my truck was keyed!!! I don't recommend this place! from now on I will have to buy me a dash cam! Make sure if y'all decide to leave your vehicle here y'all monitor it! Why would anyone scratch any vehicle for no apparent reason!!! Now is costing me 1,257!!!!! And of course this place is not responsible for any damages

I’m always taken care of here. Quick pickup from the airport. The prices are fair and I get a vet discount as well. That’s extremely appreciated and a core reason that I exclusively use them. We’ve never had a bad driver and they’re so helpful especially in bad weather. They’re my go to place for long term parking. I’d rather leave my car with them than family lol.

Thank you Tried to tip him with my cc but the cashier said tips had to be cash, sadly didn’t have any on me. You guys should absolutely allow Cc tips. We’ve parked here several times and the speed, service and price are hard to beat! They pick up and drop off right at your car, and we’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle either way (any time of day!). The lot seems safe and well lit. Remember to bring some cash to tip the excellent shuttle drivers!

I’ve used Park Shuttle’n’Fly for a decade. It’s safe and very efficient. I’ve never had any problems with leaving my Mercedes Benz in their lot for up to a week at a time. Shuttle drivers are courteous and helpful. Prices are reasonable for this reliable service. I’ve only had positive experiences with this company.

My first time using Park Shuttle ‘n’ Fly and it was easy, cheap and so friendly. Car-side service both to and from. They were there within 10 minutes to pick me up a 1am. Especially traveling as a single woman I felt safe and secure. Will definitely use every time in the future.

Less expensive than short and long term parking at the airport. Very convenient. A bus meets you at your car in your parking spot. Takes you to your airline. When you arrive home the bus picks you up and takes you directly to your car. The drivers are very nice and helpful .

We returned to a dead battery and were so grateful that this facility had a portable battery charger on hand. I always use this parking when i fly out of pdx, and have never had a bad experience. The shuttle is quick, drivers are friendly, and my car is always safe.

Do yourself a favor and use this place every time you fly. Been doing it for years now and will never go back. If you can’t get a reservation on their site use airportparkingreservations.com seems they hold spots that are unavailable via the park n fly website.

Nothing but praise for this airport parking outfit! We waited no more than a few minutes for our ride to/from the airport, the lot spaces are a healthy size (no door dings), and the drivers are incredibly courteous and friendly. They have their system dialed.

I've always trusted Park Shuttle n'Fly for parking at PDX. They are quick to pick you up for transport to the airport and are timely when you get back for pick up at the airport. Have felt safe and haven't had any issues in the past 15 years parking there.

CALL THEM WHEN YOU ARE AT THE AIRPORT AND TRYING TO GET BACK TO THE PARKING LOT! There’s a number on the card. Didn’t realize this because the website said they come every 15 mins. Luckily someone else had called so we were able to get back pretty quickly.

Poor service, indignant management, and dishonest practices. DO NOT park here. We were not only double charged but upon review of our bank statement they are making us jump through hoops for their mistake after claiming they voided the charge out.

Good service, easy to park and get the shuttle to and from the airport. We had to wait 10 minutes or so for the shuttle on the way back to our car (it felt longer because my kids kept asking if every shuttle that pulled up was our shuttle).

Was going to park my car at the Economy lot until I saw the reviews and photos of cars broken into. With PS&F I was able to reserve ahead, it was cheaper than the economy lot, and they picked up and dropped us off at my car. Less expensive

My car was keyed here. They didn’t do anything for the damages. When I called to speak to them, they ignored me and helped customers in their office instead of paying attention to the phone call. Unbelievable. Never using this place again.

I have always used this lot for parking while flying. I feel good about the security of the lot, the friendliness of the staff and drivers and the prompt service. Make a parking reservation ahead of time because this place fills up.

I am usually a bit hesitant about using third-party parking, but this was a great experience! Super fast shuttle to and from the airport. Made a reservation online and had no problem. A few dollars cheaper than the airport Economy!
