Not only was the pizza fantastic, but I also had a remarkable experience with the staff. I accidentally left my backpack, which contained my laptop, Apple Watch Ultra, and wallet, and the person who looked after it was incredibly kind and considerate. Their humanity and attentiveness truly impressed me, and they safely returned my backpack. I greatly appreciate their kindness and their humanity. The pizza was also exceptional. Great Pizza spot in Scarborough. This is definitely a hidden gem. Its located right beside the mosque in a plaza. The pizza is amazing, the price is good compared to the bigger pizza chains. The wings here are alright nothing too crazy to brag about. The pizza on the other hand is definitely worth it. They recently expanded the menu and added extra items to purchase. I would definitly recommend coming here for your next pizza night, you will not regret it. Best of all, the meat options are halal.

Worst pizza ever, ordered on one of the food apps and got it after 2 hours. Pizza is uncooked, I can see the shredded cheese under the toppings that didn’t melt. looks like pizza was drenched in sauce, very soggy, it leaked out of the box lol. Burger had a small triangle of tomato no onions and didn’t ask for lettuce but it was added, looked like the lettuce was chopped a week ago. Hadn’t eaten for a whole day as I was fasting and the food killed my appetite. At least care about the people ordering your food for Iftar. They go by 6ix pizza on the food apps as well as al madina halal pizza. Joke of a place this is. Don’t n ow how they survived for this long.

Al Madina use to be such an amazing place a few years ago. Great customer service, good quality food at a good price range. However, they've failed to maintain that, and as the years have gone by, the quality has went down unfortunately. This was one of mine and my family's go to pizza place's since it's close by and halal, but now I don't even remember the last time I went there. The staff after 2018/2019 started to become a bit rude and I remember a lot of people complaining about that. This place fell thorough. It was also one of my go to places in highschool because of there single slice prices.

We ordered large 5 topping pizza with half 'n' half toppings of ground beef and beef salami. Plus, 10 wings half 'n' half honey garlic and hot sauce. Wings are awesome. Pizza taste good too. Price is reasonable. The place is very busy, but service was very good. Will definitely recommend.

They ran out of pepperoni at 7pm on a weekend which was hilarious because it’s a pizza place and they are open till 4am. What’d next? No more pizza sauce?? It’s like going to a gas station and they’re like “Sorry we’re out of gas today, come back tomorrow.” Also the pizza didn’t taste like pizza it tasted like roti with garama masala on it. I told the guy extra sauce but it didn’t even have normal amount of sauce, chicken pizza tasted bland and was expensive. I’d rather go to papa johns and get a cheese pizza, at least it tastes good.

First off, the sign board on the outside was not lighted up and it was 10pm at night so we couldn’t find it right away. Secondly, the waiting place was not the cleanest. The chairs felt sticky and the floor looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. The pizza was mediocre. toppings were great but the cheese didn’t feel like regular mozzarella. They do give a good variety of toppings and not to mention it’s HALAL. Truly the star of the place is the chicken wings. They were delicious and juicy. Absolutely loved them.

I never had this worst pizza in my entire life. My friend ordered through Uber Eats. We wanted garlic spread on base along with extra cheese, we paid for extra but there was not even regular amount of cheese . We told to make it well done but the garlic was dripping because it’s not even cooked. Slice’s was awful. We had to dispose the food . I won’t suggest anyone to order pizza from here. Unless if want to waste your money.

Spent $40 on Uber eats for two chicken burgers which were cooked in 4 day old oil check These people claim to be Muslim yet demonstrate business morale worst than the YAHOOD. DURING RAMZAN FOR SEHRI (sahoor) They gave me Bitter over cooked chicken cooked using old oil. This is how Al Madina treats their customer. Absolutely Despicable you’ll answer for your blatant theft. Don’t forgot this is a type of cheating.

Absolutely disgusting service and taste. I've ordered buy 1 get 1 free pizza paid $30 and only received 1 box. But when I called them about this issue they said to contact uber and that they can't do anything about it. I also ordered burger on the side for another $14 and guess what, they didn't put cheese, nor any toppings or sauces. This is absolutely disgusting, like how do you go about that with your business. Dirty money makers.

Pizza and wings were good. Staff was friendly. Prices are great. Order online, saves a lot of time. 3 stars because i ordered 12 wings, 6 were supposed to be hot and the other 6 were supposed to be BBQ. All 12 were BBQ. The boxes even had hot and BBQ written on them to seperate them but the staff tossed both boxes of wings in the same sauce. Diced beef sausage was also burnt and tasted stale. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for these 2 things.

Pizza is always good, but is now pricey. $24 for this pie and half the slice does not have toppings. paid for 5 toppings but only got 4 ( 2 if you count they only put it on 40% of the pizza). Brothers scamming during Ramadan . Please have some human decency as it was the owner working. Much better product when owner is not in and students are fairly making pizza. Just charge more but please stop scamming .

One can get the best pizza at this place, it tastes so good with good amount of cheese and toppings and the ambience is very tidy. The best part here is there service, the people in the front who takes the orders are so friendly and kind. I suggest this place to everyone out there for an amazing pizza

This placed used to be so good, now the employees are rude and the taste isnt the same either, the food isnt fresh. The vegetables are not fresh on the pizza neither is the meat nor dough. Ajwa pizza is much better to go to then this place now.

Amazing food for amazing value. I don't know how they're so much cheaper than everyone else without being garbage. The pizza was delicious and so were the wings with a good amount of meat on the bone. My ONLY gripe is that their wing flavours are basic but that's not a big deal cause they have the classic flavours nailed.

Took a bite from one of the slices and saw a long piece of hair baked into the pizza. I’m extremely disgusted, never eating here again. I recommend this store make their staff wear hairnets so things like this don’t happen again.

I ordered the Tandoori Chicken Pizza , the taste is good but a little on the spicy side.I recommend buying the dip alongwith the pizza, it greatly complements the taste . If you walk- in and order , the minimum order time is 20 minutes. Also, it is open late night!!

They are liars they are tricking people one buy one get one free but believe me they are giving you very small size pizza and the taste was very disgusting i threw it away when i called them they just hang off the phone and was not

I went to Al Madina Pizza on Dec 31 . The staff were very dirty and the night staff served me another one instead of what I ordered and it was very oldest food

We got too medium size pizza ,French fries and some pops . The pizza was too hard and French fries were fully burned:( Just spoiled our dinner.
