Public library
"Not the most quiet of libraries which makes it a very difficult place to try and study, ironically its the staff who have loud discussions rather than the general public"
"This is my first review of anything ever and I've finally been annoyed enough to make one"
"A lovely library with a great range of books and delightful staff"
"Such a lovely library for getting children in to books"
"This library is in a great location and lots of natural light! Unfortunately it is a bit small and it probably the loudest library I have ever been in, hopeless if you want to study or a quiet space to read"
Not the most quiet of libraries which makes it a very difficult place to try and study, ironically its the staff who have loud discussions rather than the general public. My biggest issue with this library is that they throw away donated books into the bin, i'm not talking about the ones that are donated to the rotary club, but i've seen on several occasions books being thrown into the garbage on the corner of the street! these should be given away to the public rather than simply thrown into the garbage bin.
This is my first review of anything ever and I've finally been annoyed enough to make one. Came in and politely asked if there's any computers to use for the public and the lady at reception responded with "as you can see there's clearly none available" in a derogatory tone. Cultural differences in Australia clearly. Seems to be a common theme so far and only been here for three weeks.
A lovely library with a great range of books and delightful staff. There is an excellent area for kids to play and read. There are a range of books for all interests and reading levels and the staff are very helpful. There are computers to use and plenty of tables and chairs for comfortable reading or studying.
Such a lovely library for getting children in to books. It’s a vibrant reading and play area, especially perfect on a rainy day with toddlers. Great selection of books and really helpful staff. Really highly recommend.
This library is in a great location and lots of natural light! Unfortunately it is a bit small and it probably the loudest library I have ever been in, hopeless if you want to study or a quiet space to read
One of the better libraries in the area. There are lots of nooks for reading, using desks, comfortable lounges. It's well set up to relax and read. Public toilets, wifi and computers.
a gem of a local library with incredibly obliging librarians and a huge selection of everything. Massive, calm space with many seating options. Local treasure.
Very good and handy service even during the lock down, librarian set a bundle of book for kids to collect it without look at online. Welcome attitude.
Good collection of books of all genre and catering to all ages, nice place for little children to spend some time with the toys as well
