Albuquerque City Drug is a small, independently owned pharmacy in the heart of downtown. I have been getting my prescriptions filled there for a little over a year now. I have found the staff to be warm, personable and knowledgeable. The pharmacist has always thoroughly answered any questions that I have had, and done so with a smile. I like this pharmacy so much that although I moved several miles outside of downtown, I now travel that distance to continue patronizing this pharmacy. I even pass a couple of much closer Walgreens along the way. I highly recommend. Especially if you live in the greater downtown area.

Called to see if they had an Apple charger and they said yes. Got there and they asked if it were okay if it were out of a package and I said sure. When I got back to charge the phone it didn't work. Will take it back for a refund of course but just inconvenient was assuming it would work when I said it was okay to be out of the package. Thanks for the response that helps me understand. I cant get back there before Im out of town but appreciate the follow up from you.

Katrina, the Pharmacy Tech, I'm guessing, is very friendly and extremely courteous to the clients who utilize their delivery service. This is the ONLY Pharmacy in town, that I've found, who delivers your Rx's when ready... and doesn't charge a delivery fee. I went in here to buy a cane and was impressed by the excellent prices on medical gear, as well as the friendly personal service I received. It's a small shop, but clearly well-run and very busy too. With a good selection of sundries and otc meds, this is a great place to shop for city dwellers, travelers and anyone tired of fighting the chaos and anonymity found at big retail outlets.

Between this pharmacy and Silver Street Market Grocery store there's just no reason to go any place else. Located directly in the downtown district it's the best of city living . Very competent business. I am disabled and still I have never been inside this pharmacy before because I have no need to. If I ever need anything they are there like family ! Won't go anywhere else .

I'm so glad I found this pharmacy after trying to deal with one of the larger companies for much too long. The staff, pharmacist.... everyone, are simply the sweetest and always lovely. Very friendly. I transferred my prescription from Walgreens to this pharmacy. They do have a pmi intern so if that bothers you that's something to note. She is really nice and seems eager to learn more while I'm there field. It's imperative that we SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!!

Not only did I receive prompt and courteous service as a new customer during a dental emergency, but this pharmacy communicated with the prescriber to ensure I was able to receive necessary medication same day. I really appreciate the advocacy in my time of need.

Probably a great place to go to if you want to pick up prescriptions. As far as a general-type drug store, they stock the most basic of over-the-counter medications. Not much in the way of any other items you may expect to find at a big box chain drug store.

Amazing Pharmacy!!! And to top it off downtown, fantastic! Couldn't get any better. Customer service is amazing, and they deliver to top it off! Would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Y'all should give them a try.
