I had a carport built by theses guys but they couldnt get the gutters right it took a lot of phone calls to get them back to site and about 3 or 4 goes to get it right, it still over flows with heavy rain, however the sales guy knew I was wanting to build a large rural shed so he promisted to make it up to me on the next job and give me a really good price. They manufactured the shed before the site was measured, the sales people and the supervisor were arguing among them self’s and the shed door heights were made wrong, in the end they tried to pass on the reworking costs on to me, when I said I would only pay the quoted price the supervisor said that they would not do the job So I have had to start the procedure again with another company The sales or management have not contacted me or apologised and I am still trying to get my deposit back. Very disappointed and found the whole procedure very unprofessional !! My response to you: Firstly this was not my first email since I sent one on 3rd December at 9.28am and another on the 7th December at 12.23pm. Yes Its unfortunate that it took a review on google to get a detailed response from the owner. Prior to this I received only a cursory response from your supervisor encouraging me to cancel the contract in writing for legal purposes. I resent the implication I am not telling the truth since your salesman brad agreed on site in front of the supervisor and I that everything I asked for was agreed to and included in the quoted price. It’s a pity now that brad is on leave until further notice. I am still waiting for a response re the refund of my $1000 deposit.

So happy with the work done and everything else leading up to the completion of my beautiful double carport/ garage/patio area. Was an extremely large area and from demolition of old patio, to the building of the new structure I was kept notified of dates and times of work to be done. All staff/ workers were friendly and accommodating to my enquires and always kept me up to date in a no nonsense friendly manner. ALL workers/ contractors completed their work in a very professional way but with a touch of "family" The finished product is beautifully presented with all work done to a professional standard with no problems at all. I would recommend ALDINGA Home Improvements for any work around your home as attention to detail and happiness of the client is utmost in their ethics.

I have engaged Aldinga Home Improvements on several occasions over the years for work around my house. Firstly for a tapered, custom aluminium fence, secondly for some new gates and most recently for a large shed, also custom built and very complicated. We just moved to Aldinga Beach and thought we’d give AHI a try for the replacement of the whole fence of our new house. We are super happy with the end result: extremely well done, and so fast too! This changes everything, from the looks to the feeling of security. Pricing very decent too. Everyone was terribly friendly, helpful, professional, resourceful, both at the office and “on the ground”. They sure know their stuff! They always tried to reduce the nuisance the work caused to our neighbour. Very thoughtful! I had 4 boundaries of fences installed and unfortunately on 2 separate occasions some panels came apart. Although it had been a couple of years since the works had been done AHI still repaired the fence at no charge. I have just had UFP (under fence plinths) installed to the fences which should have been done at the time the fence was erected. Rather than not being interested in taking responsibility for the oversight, AHI and I came to a fair agreement that would not put either of us too much out of pocket and they were professionally installed and look great. This company has stood by their warranty all the way.

Aldinga Home Improvements recently installed a large pergola for us. I cannot rate their service and professionalism more highly. From the initial communication with requests for various quotes and advice/changes (as we didn't know what we wanted), through to the selections and installation, nothing has been 'too hard' for them. Every person that we have dealt with within the company has been extremely friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for home improvement needs.

We wanted to re-roof our verandah with Insulated Panels to make the area cooler in summer & warmer in winter. Due to this roofing material (100mm thick) having a much more generous span specification, we were able to remove 3 steel beams. This has given us higher ceilings and opened up the space nicely. The 4 LED down lights also look fabulous. The guys at Aldinga Home Improvements did a great job without any fuss and we are delighted with their workmanship and communications. Highly recommended by us.

We were looking for a shed builder to come in and quote from start to finish without the hassles of finding someone to errect the shed then another to concrete etc. Not only did AHI come in as one of the most affordable but they delivered everything we wanted. They were at all times professional and polite but the biggest positive was they communicated every step and were true to their schedule. We cannot praise them enough and the stadard of the build was 5 star. Thoroughly recommend them.

Rang up AHI to check about a quote that a builder gave me (a builder that AHI had recommended). They took my details but did not get back to me with any information. When I called back I was met with rudeness and defensiveness - "You are not my customer ... this is not my problem ... I have got better things to do." I suggest that if you are a tradesperson then AHI are a good ally to have but if you are just a client/customer then do not go near them.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough! We recently had a big shed installed at our river shack and it is so well constructed that I'm sure not even the 1956 big flood could harm it! Compared to some of the cheap imported rubbish on the market, the sheds these guys build are made to last. We are extremely happy with our choice, and have become the envy of our neighbors. This business errects carports, fencing, pergolas, paving, paths, retaining walls and other building jobs. Their quotes r fair + reasonable and they do a professional job. Often the site is left better than when AHImp started the job. AHImp r highly recommended.

Very happy with our new verandah, shed, fencing and gates. All the staff and builders were professional, work was completed on time and the quality of work is very high. Been waiting nearly 7 months for a shed very little communication about build times unless asked first and don't really listen when it comes time to book in the assembly/build dates so had to change plans to suit them hopping build quality makes up for the stuff around
