Absolute Disaster. Called Laser to fix a blocked drain and the plumber came and tried and instead of fixing the blocked drain caused damage to the Sewer Pipe and on top of that had his equipment stuck in the process. Would expect a professional organisation to employ skilled resources with tools that work. On top of that instead of fixing the blocked drain - in this case a simple hydro jet spray - they instead claimed that they need to cut concrete and get access to the pipe (probably to get their tools back) and take the pipe out and then clean and it was a hefty bill with over 8 hours of effort for something that was a simple exercise. Without fixing the issue they left. Got the block fixed through another Plumber in about an hour for less than the call out cost at the same location for which I got an damage as well as shabby unprofessional work. I would not hire and I would recommend that you stay away from where possible.

Thanks to the all the team from Laser Plumbing who provided us with an outstanding and magnificent service. This team knows how to work smarter and not harder, they are very efficient in what they do. I'm already thinking how I can use them again with things I've been wanting to do around the house. They aren't too big of a company that you feel disconnected with those that come out to do the work, this is where they shine in their customer service keeping in touch with you at all times when needed. Also they aren't too small that they are hard to contact when you need them, or don't have the up to date expertise or tools to do the work. Very boutique.

The drain was blocked and their plumber was unable to unblock or remove the trap so used a blower to try to clear the blockage. It worked for about 2 days then blocked again. Toilet repair was done with a replacement valve ( the only reason they get any stars at all)...They overcharged for the time spent and added a "minimum Fee" surcharge that I was not aware of, resulting in a cost that was double the amount the agent quoted on the day when I asked for a rough estimate of cost. I would never use this business again.

I recently had wonderful service from Laser Plumbing for a difficult repair of a faulty switch on an old Rinnai gas fire. After stupidly calling a large franchise and getting stung with a call out fee and ridiculous quote, I called Laser Plumbing. Dale came out within 2 hours, fixed 3 blockages from the sink to the street in an hour and charged a very reasonable price. Total professional - removed all items under the sink for me and put it all back. This was a relief as I have a baby and needed our sink urgently. Will be booking again for another job soon. We have used them for several years to service evaporative cooling and more recently to repair a damaged heating duct. From the first contact through to the final clean up they have been responsive professional and prepared to think outside the box to get the. Job done. I've used Laser on a number of occasions now. This time for installation of replacement gas cooktop. Quote was best out of four sought, fastest turnaround (next day install which no other could provide) and final invoice was below the original quote. We woke to discover that our evaporative Air Conditioner had given up the ghost. Dale attended the job and gave us the news that we were expecting. The crew moved heaven and earth to track down a unit that could be delivered and installed within the week. Level plumbing cleaned out my gutters. The job was done efficiently and thoroughly by two lovely plumbers. But I was particularly impressed by the company's efficiency - a date made very soon after booking; several updates on the time of arrival; detailed photos and notes made along with booking for next year. A very good experience overall.

Laser Plumbing had a plumber at my place the day I called them and had a replacement hot water heater for me the next day. Fast, professional service, gave me a number of options, and didn’t try to up sell me. Will use again as needed.

They quoted 4 hours of maintenance and did less than 2. Maintenance was included in the quote because "it was required" but then they didn't actually do any. The attached photos supposedly account for 2 people working for 2 hours.

Used to be very good but the most recent guy they sent was quite hostile and unhelpful. A shame because this used to be a fantastic business with great staff. Have to say I will be trying some alternatives in future.
