Rockstars at this office-Dr Moore and Shannon! (5 stars) The remaining Office staff members are difficult to deal with. (1 star) I have been seeing Dr Moore for years; he is a fantastic physician and really takes his time to understand my concerns. He carefully listens to me and offers options. He truly is one of the best physicians I have ever seen. This is all countered by his staff, who most of the time seem inconvenienced that you have called for an appt, have a question, etc. My prescriptions have constant errors, and it is routine for me to call Dr Moore's office to ask them to fix it. Any conversation with the staff is usually seasoned with negative attitude, interruptions, and a sense that I am wrong. Shannon does an excellent job! She is a valuable part of the team and is always professional and courteous. So why haven't I gone to another doctor? Shannon and Dr Moore are the reasons I tolerate the rest of his staff. Accepting their negativity is worth being seen/treated by Dr Moore.

Two times in one month, once for me and another for my son, I was hurt and my son was sick. Both times I called the office as soon as they opened to get worked in for a sick appointment and both times we were denied an appointment. I asked the second time this happened, what was the point in having a PCP if we cannot get seen when we need him the most and I was told that I was welcome to look elsewhere. Strangely, I got a phone call and voicemail about two days later from a representative at St. Vincent’s to help me find a more suitable provider. I did not initiate the phone call so it had to have been initiated by Dr. Moore’s office. That was retaliatory and petty. It’s frustrating as I thought that PCP’s were like the gatekeepers, but not anymore. So initially when you’re well and establishing, Dr. Moore is great, but his office staff or Dr. Moore cannot work you in if you’re sick so find a hood urgent care nearby as a backup if you see him.

Dr. Moore is a great PCP and had always listened and took my concerns seriously compared to previous PCPs. But the reason why I'm give a 4/5 is that the desk staff have failed to contact me back both via email and phone calls. It's like they don't care - and I'm a patient who needs to come in to renew my prescription every 3 months. So after a month of trying to get a hold of anyone, I just gave up. Granted I relocated to another city a few hours south BUT never have I actually requested to be taken off as a patient, so I don't know what communication issues are going on at the office but it needs to be dealt with.

Made an appointment with Dr. Moore; took 4 weeks to get one as a First-Time patient. Office cancelled my Friday appointment 4 days before it. I asked the receptionist if he was working though Thursday, and returning on Monday..? "yes, he is." So the doctor just decided he would take Friday off, obviously not sick...! I asked when his next available appointment was. I was told, "about one month out". I told her that was unacceptable. And, this would show up on their Google reviews. Here it is. Hope that day off was worth it.

I was lucky enough to have Dr. Moore as my primary physician some years back. Unfortunately my insurance is no longer in his network. I have never had a more involved doctor that took the time to truly help me and dedicate time to actually helping me instead of prescribing meds that may not line up with my personal health goals and needs. I would recommend this doctor to anyone, and have to my son and mother. Excellent care with this doctor.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I felt so much better after I left the office. Dr. Moore literally sits down and has a conversation with you regarding what is going on with your body and the plan to correct it. Extremely thorough doctor and I sincerely appreciate that. The office ARNP, Samantha Berry is a gem!!!! The office staff is very professional and warming. Love, love, love this office! I highly recommend them. ☺️

Dr. Moore has been our primary doctor for several years now. His staff is great and his location is very convenient for those who live on the Southside. Dr. Moore actually takes the time to listen to your feedback, rather than trying to push you out as fast as possible with a prescription, as most doctors do. We would definitely recommend Dr. Moore if you are new to the area or just wanting to switch your doctor.

Staff is always pleasant. Dr. Moore is a great listener, patient, and always considers my needs, as well as, offers several alternatives and or recommendations so that I can decide for myself what best suits me. I am always treated with kindness and compassion. I would recommend this doctor to anyone, in fact, I sent my son to him when he turned 18 and had to pick a primary doctor of his own.

Hoity toity people will fit right in here, Botox party sign on the receptionist desk for lady's night out. Unfriendly snobby receptionist, and the doctor talks down to you, like the know it all pretty boy type doctor he is. If you DON'T want a humble doctor, this is the place to go, first and last time that we will go there. Guess that’s why there was no one in the waiting room.

I began seeing Dr Moore in Jan 2018. While yes sometimes I may wait a bit.... it is well worth it as he listens and never makes me feel as if he is rushing thru my appointment. He makes me feel welcome to express exactly what I am feeling both in person and via the patient portal. Has been a great experience with him as my primary care doctor!

Thankfully my prescription isn't too serious, have been calling for 3 weeks to just get a reprint....either no answer or get put on hold. Hopefully I can get ahold of someone soon to remove my documentation so I can find a new doctors office. Amazing how something so simple was made so difficult worst experience ever with a doctors office.

Dr. Moore is awesome!! He is kind, compassionate, listens attentively, makes recommendations, and shoots straight. Scheduling appointments is easy; wait time minimal. He is on top of the latest cutting edge medical research, his practice is diversified, and I really like that. He has never steered me wrong!!
