I was so disappointed in my move. I was excited to be moving and read all the positive reviews on this company and decided I would try a reputable company instead of the fly by night people b/c I didn't think they would gauge me for money. But I have NEVER paid this much or had it take this long to move a 1 bedroom apartment. I moved from a 1 bedroom 2nd story apt to a 2 bedroom downstairs apt IN THE SAME COMPLEX and it took them over 6 hrs. and COST ME $1000.00. I had everything boxed up, my bed was completely broken down as was my sectional. I only had 1 big screen tv, a desk, washer dryer (unhooked)and NO dining table or chairs. My oldest son did about 6 or 7 trips moving the little stuff that would fit in my car while they were there working and it still took them over 6 hrs. They had all my boxes out within 45 min (as I had them all stacked in the same place & ready to be moved) and then I don't know what happened, but the pace dropped significantly after that. I was told I didn't need to unpack my dresser that they would shrink wrap it when I called to get the quote, movers said No, and then proceeded to charge me for a wardrobe boxes. I called to discuss the cost of the shrink wrap prior to the move as I read in the contract that it is extra. Person on the phone said usually for an apartment move maybe $20. They used shrink wrap on my dresser, nightstand and desk and I was charged $50. I was also told over the phone that I did not have to use a mattress cover if I didn't want one, I said since it's such a short move I didn't. The movers didn't ask and while I was in the back dealing with other things, they proceeded to use one and then charge me. It took one guy over 20 min to wrap my TV (poorly I might add - see picture) and he had to wait and ask for help. At the new apartment, I was so frustrated, that I didn't even have them put the boxes in their assigned rooms, told them to just unload everything into the dining room (as I didn't have a dining room set yet). I did not have them assemble anything, we did my bed, sectional and hooked up w/d ourselves, just as we had them unassembled prior to arrival. They used a rock to prop open my door to my new unit, which was fine, until one of them caught it with the furniture dolly and dragged it across my new flooring until I told him what was happening, he could tell the dolly was moving differently, but just kept pushing it. One of the movers apparently couldn't do anything w/o instructions from the other guy, and the other guy would disappear and then I would find one just standing there waiting for instructions. Again, this move cost me over $1000.00 to move me w/I the same complex and took over 6 hours to complete. It was a very simple move, nothing complex, I had all the big stuff broken down already and everything else boxed. The only positive thing I can say is that both the movers were very polite. But past that, I am sorely disappointed and do not recommend. I had estimated this move to cost between $500-$700 plus tip based on time and hourly rate and location, but they milked that hourly rate more than I have ever seen any company do.

Title: Disappointing Experience - One Star I recently had the unfortunate experience of using All my sons] for the second time, and I must say that I was incredibly disappointed. While my previous encounter with them resulted in a satisfactory five-star service, this time around, it was nothing short of a disaster. The first major concern was the significant price increase. I was shocked to discover that the cost had doubled compared to my previous move. In fact, on one particular day, the company charged me over $3000, which was absolutely exorbitant for the services rendered. To make matters worse, the three employees who were responsible for the move seemed disinterested and unmotivated. It was clear that one of them was not happy being there, as their demeanor and lack of enthusiasm was reflected in their work. They simply haphazardly threw our belongings into boxes without any care or attention to detail. As a result of their careless approach, several items were broken during the process. Additionally, the employees complained about taking our belongings up to the bedroom, which was part of their responsibility. It was unprofessional and not the level of service we had expected or paid for. To add insult to injury, the employees also went as far as requesting tips from us. Despite their poor performance, we reluctantly paid them, but their attitude and behavior were highly unprofessional. Unfortunately, based on this subpar experience, we have no intention of using my sons again in the future. The way our belongings were treated, with little regard for their safety, coupled with the significant price increase, has left us extremely dissatisfied. Our previous move with them was completed perfectly and at a much more reasonable cost, which only highlights the decline in their service quality.

They quoted us a price of $1200ish to move from Heights to Copperfield. It ended up being $2100 due to the crew struggling to disassemble my bed for 1.5 hours. During this time, employees were taking 30 minute bathroom breaks, smoke breaks, and I had to go to Home Depot to get some tools since they didn't come prepared. They almost ran over a tree in the complex and dinged up a couple places in the place I am moving out of....just lack of care. Hopefully this doesn't cost me my deposit. When we arrived at the place I was moving into, I was immediately asked about a tip...right after being charged $2100 for this move I was quoted $1200 for. They also damaged a wooden piece of furniture of ours, told me to submit a claim, but didn't give me the contact number. When they finished up at 3:30 pm on a Friday with my house, their supervisor was sending them to move some other people's house to move them..I can only imagine how that went. They seem very overworked and not trained properly. Overall this was a terrible experience compared to last year when we used Einstein's. This company claims their third man makes the experience faster. It doesn't. Third man hangs out in bathroom for a total of 2 hours. Then gets out and asks for tip. Don't use this company. You're supposed to feel good after moving, I just wanted them to leave.

Our bedroom furniture was damage. This was not wrapped by any type of material when moving it. The movers said they did not have enough materials brought with them. They did not even wear gloves while handling it to avoid any type of damage with the dark/black stains. Additionally, they took our glass-top round dining table and ROLLED it out instead of picking it up and did not take the time to remove the 4 legs to the table. There is little damage to this item as well, it goes to show the movers did not take the time to be mindful of our belongings that are valuable to us. We had informed them before booking the services of all the furniture we had and the materials and sensitivity towards each of them as we knew it took special care to move our items. This was expressed TWICE over the phone with the representatives. While they were eager to book our business, they did not deliver to the high-praise they give themselves. Lastly, we were absolutely stunned that we were not disclosed additional fees that were charged at the end of the move, such as the materials and equipment used, cost for PER mover, the time starting from the time the truck left their office and much more that was very misleading. We regret hiring this company and never will again.

All My Sons makes moving pain free and as easy as you would like it to be! We moved with Alfonso Saenz, Trey Hardy and Rigo Rivera. I couldn’t recommend this crew enough. I’m pregnant with our third child and knew that I wouldn’t be able to do a bunch of the labor that moving requires. I called around to a bunch of moving companies and found that they don’t move clothes hanging clothes, pack any boxes day off, assemble and reassemble furniture or let you leave clothing in dressers. All My Sons offered all of these services and it was $20 cheaper an hour than one competitor. They also bring plenty of materials so that hall closet you forgot to pack—done! Your hanging clothes—delivered still hanging! No stress! The move they completed for us was difficult but they did it with such a great attitude and cared for our stuff as if was their own. It was truly white glove, concierge style, we’ll get the move done right service! Couldn’t recommend enough! The staff was also helpful in scheduling the move and selecting the right truck, crew size and move time. The quote they gave was accurate and fair. There were no surprise costs or tricky hidden fees. All My Sons is overall a wonderful company who made moving into our dream home a reality!

I have used their moving service to move 2 bedroom stuff, no electrical appliances no piano, only two beds, 1 coach several small furnitures and around 17 boxes (most medium size) clothes stuff.. , 3 miles from one place to another and both places have elevators. They sent 3 movers (one of them is complete new experience) dragged their feet intentionally and spent 8 hours. They even stopped the work in the middle and wanted me to pay before resuming. A threat, never see such behavior on other movers, when I raised my concern, they only reduced the hour to 6.5 and still charged me $1370. A complete rip off. More ridiculously, the movers missed one center support for one queen bed frame, ripped off the head board of another king bed, one reading table twisted and damaged the fixture so it can’t be reassembled back.. one plate broken, tea table scratched and damaged to my new place on the walls and doors. Those movers did not bring right tools and they did not pay attention to protect the client’s property. Now they said they offer me $270 to compensate the damage.. Never use this mover again.. too many fake reviews, make sure you do your due diligence before making decisions.

I moved last weekend and the three gentleman who took care of our things, Andres, Fidel and Carlos were superb. They were careful with all our things, thoughtful, respectful and genuinely lovely to have around on a very stressful day. At our new home, I accidentally had them move a table upstairs that needed to be downstairs and they quickly brought it back down and were so kind about it. Moving out of a townhome, I was nervous about how long it would take and they did it so quickly and efficiently that I barely had time to finish my coffee before they were ready to go. All My Sons was well worth the money to help us move and the peace of mind it brought. I'm so grateful they convinced us to have 3 movers instead of 2. The team was amazing, clear and helpful throughout the booking process as well. These professional movers are a must, especially if you have stairs or heavy items. They know how to handle everything and will take good care of you.

If I told you about all the great experiences I received it would be too much to write… My crew was Rivera &Hardy…..Handled my items with care…Knowledgeable, professional, Personable …As a single parent I had to go to work after this move they tried to move as swiftly as possible. I had a great experience with AMS. It was my first time using movers and I shopped around a lot before contacting them and I immediately was impressed by the professionalism and transparency throughout this process. My movers were amazing. They took great care to make my move as easy for me as possible. They were incredibly professional throughout the process and protected my furniture. It was a fantastic moving experience, every one of them was kind, responsive, and helpful. I cannot recommend them more. One example of extra care they took was by making sure to organize the furniture in the storage unit with an aisle in the middle so it's easy to access everything. If you're needing to move, I absolutely recommend them. When I move again, All My Sons is the only mover I will use!

This was my first time using a moving service and the team I worked with was great. They asked questions on where I wanted items to go, how I would want them packed and followed direction well. There were also friendly and I felt safe being around them (single female POV) - The only thing I did not like was the office charged for supplies that would have cost less if I purchased them myself and asked the team to use them which is why I deducted a star. Lesson learned. Overall, I highly recommend you request Joel Gray's team. Joel, along with Ronnie Salcedo, and Bobby Skinner are the best team I could have worked with for my first move and they set the bar high. They were as careful as they could be with my belongings, communicative with me, and they work well together.

Such an amazing moving experience . From the start, we had Noelle who gave us great customer service, and was with us from start to finish of our entire move. We needed to store our things for 2 days while escrow closed on our home. She said not a problem and made it work. We then had Dylan, Alex, ToneKat, and Alvaro. They all went above and beyond when loading and unloading our things. If you are deciding a move this is team you want to do it with. We had the same people pick up our items, and the same people drop our items to our home. We will refer everyone your way. Special shout out to Dylan and Alex, who had to pick up 4 heavy dressers and take them up 2 flights of stairs. Job well done gentleman. Thank you “All My Sons” for a job well done .

So I will give 1 star for the guy I spoke to on the phone..who helped me with my complaint. He was reasonable and understanding. However my move wasn’t terrible but definitely not the best experience. There was a rain delay during my move. I understand that and I wouldn’t want anyone to work during heavy rain and I felt bad for the men. However, it seemed as if I was charged more than what I should have been due to them stopping twice for the delay. I also had damaged items and missing legs from my expensive adjustable base. I’m 5 months pregnant and I’m having to sleep on the floor because we can’t even put my bed together. I’m very disappointed. My son headboard was also broken. I will say the guy on the phone is really nice.

My husband and I hired the All My Sons Moving & Storage Company to move our school of music to its new location. As you can imagine, as a school of music we have a lot of very delicate instruments, very heavy acoustic pianos, and all the furniture. This was a big move, but these 4 guys: Joel Gray, Carlos Reyes, Andres Martinez, and Antonio Trejo-Pineda were the sweetest, kindest, and professional people ever! They had the best attitude and spirit to do everything. They moved everything with so much care, that we are so grateful for that. There are not enough words to express our gratitude with these guys. Jesus, Eli, and Jacob did an amazing job! They were professional and hard working. They were so nice and it made the move a pleasant experience. I hired another moving company and had it reserved, but when they showed up, they refused to move anything because things weren’t empty and they don’t move bags (even storage bags) which was never told to me and they tried to charge me $1200. I didn’t have that kind of money so they left and I called All my sons and they were amazing! They fit me in, even though it was last minute and moved EVERYTHING, even the bags. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future!!!

I hired All My Sons for our office move which happened just this past weekend. The whole process from when the estimator came out to do a walk through, obtaining a quote, certificate of insurance, down to the actual move day was carried out in a very smooth and professional manner. I am a fairly hyper-organized, control freak of a person, and i am surprised they were able to satisfy me! We were assigned 7 guys, and every single one of them was very careful with ensuring there are no scratches or dings on anything. However, the best part was, they were all so friendly! What an experience! I hired a 2 man crew, but they sent a 3 man crew without charging me extra! After we loaded everything, there was a small hiccup with the truck. So, in an effort to get my things to me and unloaded as quickly and safely as possible, they sent a 6 man crew to my house. Everything was handled so professionally and I want to especially thank the gentleman who were SO careful and thoughtful with protecting our tile floors: Richard Abraham Devon Anthony Claudio and Rakesh! The four movers I had (Fidel, Carlos, Jesus, Alvaro) were incredibly fast, professional, and showed great care with my belongings. They beat the deadline because of their efficiency and focus. Tyrone, Bobby, and D Rack did an excellent job wrapping, packing, moving, and arranging our things in the storage unit! They were on time, polite, thoughtful, and very hard working. We have some odd shaped items that are quite old and several very fragile pieces as well. Tyrone wrapped them carefully to ensure no damage occurred. Ditto for Bobby and Dararackus. This is our third time using All My Sons, downsizing, moved in stages. GREAT service, highly recommend.

I just wanted pop on here and give a shout out to Alvaro and the guys working with him today (8.12.23). They were moving my neighbor out and I stepped out my apartment with 3 crates to carry downstairs. Alvaro offered to carry them down for me and the other gentleman standing there did the same. I thought that said something very positive about them and, hopefully, the company. I will definitely keep this company in mind for my next move!

Alfonso Jeff and Chris first off were very amazing came in time and started helping and taking all the boxes to the truck. Alfonso was very respectful and amazing helping and telling he's go it and don't worry. They were very amazing and fast. They really did help and moved everything from a 1st floor to 2nd and even a small studio piano these guys are absolutely amazing I can't state that enough and recommend them to anyone moving.

I would highly recommend all my sons moving. They are incredibly professional, and Ryan with whom I spoke with over the phone was very accommodating and polite. The entire team was efficient and careful, including Mitchell Sarnataro. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and were careful not to damage walls or items in boxes. I will absolutely be using them for moving and packing services in the future as needed.

They initially quoted me a price for 3 men to move my belongings and only 2 men came for the first 2 hours. When they were done, I was charged double of what I was quoted. They charge for fuel as well but they don't tell you that when you book. A lot of things were broken. I would not recommend this company. The movers have no experience and may not be able to put your furniture back together. Book at your own risk

We could not have done it without Zachary and his team! They were so polite and trustworthy moving our stuff. It was no easy task to bring everything we owned up 4 flights of stairs but they were efficient and made our move a breeze. Highly recommended, specifically, Zachary and his team!! This is the second time I've used All My Sons and both times were perfect. The booking process was very easy - the office communicated very well and answered any questions I had without making me feel silly. On moving day, Victor and Farrell were professional, efficient, polite, and treated my things with care. Overall it was a stress free moving day and that's mainly because of All My Sons!

From the quote to the move everything was perfect. Clarence Gray and his team were on time, courteous and very professional. The crew all got along well and worked so well together. This was a huge two day move, whole house and everything was perfect. My son had previously used them and they did a great job for him too. Moving is never fun but these guys made it as smooth as possible.

Jose and his four co-workers were fantastic. They had a full 4-bedroom home including garage wrapped up and on the way to the new address in 2 1/2 hours. Very professional all of them, very disciplined in what they were doing, and accommodated all the furniture, etc. where requested. I would recommend them 100% and if ever need moving again, I will go to them. Extremely pleased.

We used All My Sons for a move from Lake Jackson to Port Aransas, TX. We were very happy with our experience from start to finish. The crew of Tyrone Bushnell, Joel Gray and Carlos Reyes were excellent. They arrived on time, and loaded and unloaded quickly. They were courteous and took good care of our belongings. We highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Clarence Grey and his moving crew were outstanding, doing a move in a 3 story townhome for me. They were quick, but very careful and deliberate. When loaded, we then went to a my-box yard and put the contents in a box for storage. All of this was done in 4 hours!! Their service was the best, and I plan on using Clarence and his team to move when we move after selling.

Tiffany and Charles were amazing and thorough with our move. They made the move super easy for us and we didn’t have any issues with anything broken..communicated with us the whole time making sure everything was where we wanted…would definitely recommend to family and use all my sons moving company in the future. We are very pleased and happy everything went well.

The professionalism is not what I expected from this company. Not only did they back over some items while backing without a spotter because all the rest of the were playing football. Fantastic job from Antonio Trejo and Jesus. Very kind, and professional. They went above and beyond. They rearrange furniture, set everything up just as we asked. They were so kind to move things on the fly when we couldn’t quite make up our mind. I would love to hire them again on my next move.

Movers were great the company over charge it and make it seem they have reasonable price. They told me $139 per hour plus 15% I moved from 1 bed room to home. I really hired them for stuff that required a truck. My grand total price was $875. I only moved about 15 mins away and was only 1 trip.

Joshua and his crew were fantastic! They were fast and treated all of my belongings with care throughout the whole move. I was a bit nervous about my piano and my smart fridge but they took care of everything with ease. Their professionalism made me feel very comfortable. I'm glad I hired them.

They were hired to move a 1 bedroom apt 1/4 mi away. We were charged over $1000! They worked slowly as I assume they were instructed to do. It took them 3 1/4 hours just to load a 1 bedroom apt at the first location and then still had to unload. Horrible company. Never again.
